"Exceptional solution and service"

Commentaires: MobileWare has been fantastic to work with. Rather than requiring us to change our processes to fit their system, they have great flexibility and were able to fit our needs and processes. Their service and solution has become an instrumental part of our organization.

Avantages: MobileWare helped our organization save over $1.5M in the first year on our Verizon account. The intuitive GUI makes understanding the financial and usage data very simple and straightforward. Our ability to submit and track tickets and requests in the platform adds tremendous efficiency for our team

Inconvénients: There hasn't been an area that we have been dissatisfied with.

"Telecom Billing Coordinator"

Commentaires: Very satisfied with MobileWare's service, cost savings, device inventory, and willingness to adapt to change.

Avantages: Easy to use. Excellent customer service. Helps with controlling Cell Phone Costs. Better way to inventory devices.

Inconvénients: Cost Center Coding. Very difficult with our company accounting codes.
