What I and my team like the most is being able to use it to request online reviews and also to text message prospective and current clients using various templates. We also use it for WebChat.

Inconvénients :

Chekkit always stays on top of everything to avoid problems.

Commentaires : Over the last year, singing up with Chekkit has been a huge help to our company. Every interaction I have with the team is a pleasent one and I'm confident that they have my back when it comes to any request I have.Since originally signing up with 3 radio stations, we've grown with chekkit and have brought other brands on board.

Avantages :

Above all of the great features provided by Chekkit, it is their customer support and service that really helps them shine and blows me away.Working with our representative and the team to come up with solutions to various issues is amazing. The team really understands what we are trying to accomplish with the system and work all hours of the day to make sure that we are taken care of.Find customer service like this is difficult, which makes me constantly recommend Chekkit to industry peers.

Inconvénients :

There are too many negatives with the Chekkit system, and whenever issues have happened, the team has had solutions along the way. We've broken Chekkit multiple times with the amount of engagement we get as a radio station and they constantly have our backs.The only negative I can say is that the insights and analytics with our accounts don't function the way that'd like, to properly see our analytics on demand (they are working on this though).

Commentaires : Experience is ok. A lot of patents won’t do the review even though they have consent at the appointment so that feels efforts are wasted.

Avantages :

The thing I like the most is the access to other companies reviews

Inconvénients :

The thing I liked the least is that there is no link between checkkit and my dental software and this haer is responsible for sending the review. It is sometimes hard to remember to send out a review but if there was a link between the two to have the patient selected without the user typing in all the info.

Chekkit makes texting visitors and customers EASY!

Commentaires : Our regulars customers can leave messages and know that we will reply with the information they need. Our new visitors see that there is someone at the other end providing answers to their questions rapidly.

Avantages :

With Chekkit, we can be reached quickly and therefore respond just as fast. There is a trace of texting correpondance. The service is great and the whole system is easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to report all has been fine since day one.

Chekkit is easy to use, scalable, and a great value. We can send product photos and pricing directly to the customer and use the text conversation as a makeshift quote sheet to reference. Customer Service is great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are quick to respond with any issues or questions. We can also bulk upload review requests to collect online reviews on facebook, google, and more.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to do group messaging and send more than one photo at a time.

Commentaires : It's easy and they are not trying to charge you an arm and a leg for review management. Way worth the price.

No Brainer Product for Reviews and Text Communication

Commentaires : For the price, it is a no brainer for a small business that has customers that like to text questions.

Avantages :

I like that our office number is also a number that can be texted. All communication can go to a general inbox that can be assigned to a team member.

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints with Chekkit. It has met all our needs for this area of our business.

Commentaires : Largely excellent! A few minor issues have come, but the support staff appears to be right on it, from billing to more technical matters. Long story short, they are a valued partner that helps our brand reputation eclipse that of our competitors in five US states.

Avantages :

We use Chekkit for soliciting client reviews via text and email, and the integration with our Google My Business and Facebook pages is remarkably slick and easy to use. While Chekkit has many other features, getting reviews with a one-stop, predictable, effective solution is as good as it gets.

Inconvénients :

Like all software providers, Chekkit occasionally makes updates that need your attention so the features continue to work smoothly as intended. I would say a little communication or announcement would be appreciated. However, having said that, most of the changes have been easy and intuitive to figure out and solve for.

Commentaires : No major or minor issues. When I did have an issue, it was handled via email and resolved in a day or two.

The easy of use and the clean design. It is easy to train new staff on how to use it.

Excellent Alternative to Higher Priced Packages

Cost and support help. Chekkit offered many of the same features of higher priced packages. Great support system and people!

Reporting features not as robust but support helped us tremendously.

Avantages :

Sending picture messages is very important to us. The app is easy to learn and use but more colors or obvious differences between all the selections could help with finding features faster.

We have occasional issues with picture messages not going either to the customer or from the customer.

Commentaires : It's been good. Good feedbacks from patient and as well not so good. Had a couple of NO's when asked if I would be able to send it to them but other than that it's been good

I feel like I'm pestering the patient at times. Maybe if can be sent randomly to patients would make it easier.

A Great Way to Get Reviews

Avantages :

Chekkit is a super easy way to interface with your customers and it makes it very easy for them to leave a review for you. All and all I am really imporessed with the platform

Inconvénients :

I think that as good as the platform is that it might be overpriced, at least in my industry. I realize that good reviews have value but given that there are other ways to get reviews I wonder if the product should be more affordable.

Commentaires : Very friendly staff. Easy to use. Patients get the text very quick. We are always aware of any changes weather it be via email or a call from a staff member. They are always looking to improve.

Commentaires : We were checking out a couple of different avenues when customer service from Chekkit contacted us. We had a great informative meeting in which we learned how Chekkit could help our business. So far things have been great, the dashboard is easy to use and if there is ever a question we are promptly helped. It is a great local company!

Avantages :

I found the software to be very straight forward and easy to use. If I had a question it was easy to get in touch with someone to help!

Inconvénients :

The only con that I could see so far would be that there is not too much room to edit the personalized message that is sent out.
