"Excellent product to manage large shipping operation"

Commentaires: Princeton's customer service and sales is approachable and quick to respond.

Avantages: The dashboard viability allows one person to oversee hundreds of daily load. You can quickly see what load are not covered and assure the issue is resolved. The dock appointment system has saved a significant amount of money in truck detention.

Inconvénients: The flexibility of making on the fly changes to the available dock appointments is an issue that needs to be addressed. Not being able to block holidays for incoming tenders makes our carriers work when they should be enjoying some family time.

"Good platform for all to use"

Commentaires: Overall experience with Princeton TMX has been positive. I find that they understand my business needs and we are able to find solutions within the program to assist my team in maximizing our service potential in a cost effective manner.

Avantages: Use and training of the system is quick and simple. Data visibility is easily customizable to fit my company needs. Customer support is responsive and available 24/7.

Inconvénients: Would like to have a more robust and dynamic report making tool.

Avantages: The ease of getting reports for different occurrences.

Inconvénients: The scheduling interface is not in military time.

"Princeton TMX great software from a great organization"

Avantages: Princeton software is easy to use and gives a full spectrum of TMS functionality. The presentation and design are top notch and make the user experience effortless and smooth. Software speed is quick when queuing up requests. Columns are easy to sort and move into the position most desired adding to the use of the software. Customer support is strong and adds that next layer of personality to the Princeton TMX package.

Inconvénients: Nothing significant comes to mind as far as a dislike with the software.
