Avantages :

It has made it possible to carry out a much more organized learning process to keep employees updated with news and new tools so that they can learn and have a commitment to the company and have constant training in a very modern way. A more active communication is maintained between the team, achieving among all resolve doubts to achieve objectives

Inconvénients :

I have managed to have the desired expectation and they have not failed me, I like everything and I dislike nothing

Excellent customer success model and user-friendly interface

Commentaires : Our experience with MentorCloud has been very fruitful. We had a plan in mind and to build a program for that would have taken us a minimum of 24 months, but with MentorCloud's customization we were able to implement it within a month.

Avantages :

The features and the fact that they offer customised products to suit the needs of different organizations is great, however once we started working along side MentorCloud, I have come to understand that the values of the [sensitive content hidden] passion of the team and their methods of customer success is what I enjoy most. No matter what the problem is ,it is faced with utmost sincerity, which makes the program netter and better day by day.

Inconvénients :

Ease of onboarding due to our SSO limitation is something that has not yet worked for us, however it is a privacy limitation from our side.

Mentorcloud feedback

Avantages :

I have never used mentorcloud prior to working with the US Dream Academy. The software was easy to navigate and understand the profile features.

Inconvénients :

The scheduling components including "fireside chats" and mentor meetings. I could view all other mentor/mentee activity but we often had to rely on zoom or google meet because we were unable to get a meeting scheduled within mentor cloud. For virtual mentoring as well, the addition of breakout rooms would be a nice added feature as we only had the capability to do group meetings.

Great platform for coaching and mentoring

Commentaires : I liked this product a lot. It is very easy to use. It's very effective to build mentor mentee relationships.

Avantages :

Mentor mentee matching is so effective on MentorCloud. Setting up meeting with video call, was easy. Video/audio was flawless. I had a great first conversation with my mentee. I think this product is needed in today's day and age given mental illness is increasing steadily. With this platform, I am sure we can help create a community where we can support each other. 🙏🏽

Inconvénients :

There is nothing so far that I didn't like about MentorCloud.

Nicely-designed system; crisp performance

Avantages :

I was able to coordinate meetings easily with my mentee. The system allowed us to communicate, without necessarily sharing our personal contact information. I ended up sharing my personal contact information with him, but not all people would want to do that.

Inconvénients :

As with any new system, it took a little bit of time to become accustomed to MentorCloud. After I learned where things were, I found it very easy to use.

MentorCloud is a great partner for us to cultivate Mentoring culture in the company

Avantages :

It is a smart easy to use platform. Great staff to assist us on the mentoring program execution along the journey. Very expertise staff to help us(customer) to design the program and achieve desired success.

Inconvénients :

The only fitfall is current the platform are not Chinese language friendly.

There are very few, and minor at that, issues with MentorCloud.

It's easy to arrange and have conversations using the platform. The quality of audio and video is good.

Inconvénients :

It takes too many clicks to get to my mentee. I have to first get through a screen of recent mentors and mentees that started to use the service. I'd like to start at my account.

This excellent software connect to the best mentors and make you learn your chances or clear the most important chances in your life.

You have a very short demo time and you need to buy the full experience because the not all the tools are available.

Connection with mentees is made easier. The reminders from the host site about the interactions also works well.

Platform not always on forefront. If probably there could be an app to always be able to just tap in for contact

The amount of different ways mentoring can be given/received, in groups, individually, and in both directions. This maximizes value.

Avantages :

As a youth mentor volunteer, MentorCloud did an excellent job in facilitating my mentor-mentee match-ups and weekly session scheduling!

Inconvénients :

MentorCloud could be optimized in its section division, as I sometimes get confused between tabs.

I like the profiles and how they effectively match people. The intake questions are also valuable to me.

Inconvénients :

The video/conference feature doesn't always link to my Teams, so I have to send double the amount of invites. I also receive a lot of emails when I create fireside chats as people accept / sign up for them.

Great Tool for Building Mentoring Relationships

Avantages :

The MentorCloud is very powerful with the individual profiling and participants' matching functionality, getting our participants connected across geographical locations and/or discipline background. The site is easy to navigate and convenient to use. The Library is the great resources for our participants to get information.

Inconvénients :

The functions to book sessions is less frequently used by our participants who mainly like to connect through work email or Teams meeting.

I highly recommend MentorCloud

Commentaires : MentorCloud's software is very expansive. There are so many features to work with on the platform. I think the platform would be a great value add for almost any kind of business for internal or external mentorship and training programs. Their customer support team is excellent and goes above and beyond to create materials, train and follow up with the participants, and plan and brainstorm ways to make the program better. They are just selling software, they are selling an experience. I have loved working with this team and their product!

Avantages :

My favorite features within the MentorCloud software are the circles, scheduling tools, privacy features, community posting board, and the learn tab. All of these tools make building a community easy and providing resources even easier. I love that you can communicate with participants solely through the platform. This helps with keeping personal information private and keeping program messaging organized.

Inconvénients :

I don't like that fireside chats cannot be recorded and shared. If we are going to have high-level keynote speakers hosting chats I would love the opportunity to reuse that content in the future. Specifically for my program, I don't like that mentees and mentors can request matches themselves. I think this causes confusion for everyone involved.

MentorCloud. in the wine industry

Avantages :

We're a small team with limited resources, so being able to manage a mentor program of 100+ participants through MentorCloud is amazing! It's user friendly and there's a great customer support team there to help with any questions.

Inconvénients :

MentorCloud emails sometimes go straight to participants junkmail, causing a breakdown in communications.

There is significant hassle in organising and coordinating mentoring programmes, especially for the HR community. With MentorCloud, it takes away all the painful administrative functions of mentoring and it also provides a way for mentees to find their own mentors and learn to manage their learning and growth process

Inconvénients :

At this point, Mentorcloud solves most of my mentoring challenges. I can't see how else it can evolve - it is great. covers all the key challenges. I would like to see it rolled out to the community and to schools too in a B2C way

Commentaires : I have a much clearer direction for my company in regards to a consistent marketing message and the types of clients I want to target. Also, ideas on how to overcome specific objections to the transformational products that we are introducing.

There have been from time to time some scheduling glitches with the software but we were able to overcome them pretty quickly.

MentorCloud was easy to navigate and the MentorCloud support team have been very helpful to ensure we use the platform effectively. It has been a key feature of our AF Mentorship Programme and provided an effective platform for mentors and mentees to connect. We really appreciate the team at MentorCloud - thank you!

Images or pdf cannot be added to the email circulation so fliers with graphics for email communications could not be shared with users.
