Best tool for tracking. It has no complicated process easy to use. This tool help to connect with my clients. So many things can be done with this tool when compare to others.

Then during the pandemic, we extended the use of the platform to customer meetings and upgraded to the paid version as the frequency of conferences and the size of the audience increased. Zoom proved to be a very efficient productivity tool and the investement was recovered much quicker than expected through the increase of revenue and fast growth of the sales pipeline.

Caution required as it's a known fact that hackers disclose Zoom accounts on the dark web.

This software also help to plan future activities and goals to grow our business by creating reports and surveys and analysis, tracking system.

ZooM is not that much compatible for iOS or Mac. Although, I am still using this software so I like this software, at start this software's dashboard is bit confusing but after understanding all the features now I can use this software confidently.

Commentaires : Overall experience is good. It always nice to know and track your your sales force and automate at the same time with ZooM.

You can easily track what exactly is happening in the field. You can easily track all of your sales team and it also minimizes the coordination time between field and the backend team. The moment an action is performed by a sales executive, it is followed by an email and an SMS. Any action performed by a field executive and automatically shared with MIS and appropriate action is taken based on your flowchart.
Inconvénients :
The only thing abut ZooM is that it has only email support.

Avantages :
The app is very easy to understand and use. Our sales team does not take a long training time but can use it nicely.
Inconvénients :
The design of the app can be 'cooler' and now the look is quite plain. But it doesn't affect the usability though.

I love the Padlet and the creativity to set up according to my needs for the meeting or training I am conducting. I love creating breakout rooms and popping in on each room to check in and answer questions.

Commentaires : We only ran ZooM through a POC for less than a year for a customer. In the end it wasn't something we could recommend to our customers.

It's very simple and basic interface doesn't take much time to learn.
Inconvénients :
ZooM is not iOS or Mac compatible. This means if you buy ZooM you do not have the option run it on iOS in the near future. I'm not sure if this is on their roadmap.

I tried this sales force software because someone recommended to me. As a graphic designer I sell a lot of t-shirts, stickers and other printed goods. I used it for less than a year, but the interface is very clean and easy to understand. It wasn't hard to set up the inventory or the invoices, which is great because you always want to share a duplicate with the client, all the data is right there! Customer signature feature is great.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.
