I like the fact that is can be used with different modules that are integrated with each other.
I find it hard to navigate, meaning there are to many steps to complete a work order or request.

Avantages :
(1) All departments have access to the same information at any given time. (2) Creating scheduled work orders is very easy. (3) Ability to change labor for one or many work orders or for scheduled work orders is so easy. (4) Ability to follow up on a work order and ready the notes and time stamps has been so helpful. (5) Employees have a sense of accomplishment after a days work when they see all the work orders completed. (6) Ability to place a work order on hold for what ever reason helps it to not fall through the cracks. (7) Creating tasks in a work order ensures everything will be done and nothing will be missed when pulled away from a project for an emergency. The employee can return to the work order and know what still needs to be completed. (6) Many modules available for different departments to benefit from and all having access to the same information.
Inconvénients :
(1) We should be able to export all information we enter into WorxHub. We are not able to extrapolate information we entered into the system that would benefit other departments, i.e. run report on all pets, run report on individuals on oxygen, etc. If the role permissions have allowed the person access to the information, they should be allowed to see it and/or download a report with the information. (2) We are not able to see cell phone numbers. Majority of people only have a cell phone. We should be allowed to see the residents demographics on all work orders. It is a waste of time to go to another page, searching for the residents profile, and then being able to make the call needed to the resident. (3) Running reports could be a little easier. (4) When searching~ the header does not stay at the top. When you scroll down you loose the column header. Very frustrating. (5) When viewing information from the search mode - we can't lengthen the column to see all the details.
Facilities and Campus operations and maintenance solution
Commentaires : This suite of solutions have enabled us to reduce time on transportation needs, simplify room booking, validate expenses on maintenance, and convert from being reactive to proactive by managing recurring and scheduled preventative maintenance work orders. Our organization has adopted bar coding of assets which saves time tracking assets and helps account for repaired, replaced, and misplaced assets.
Avantages :
The Worx-hub software and suite of solutions is of exceptional value and very user friendly. Like any other system or activity, what you put into it, you will get out of it. The system is scalable and interfaces well with multiple hardware platforms. Ease of use for end users is exceptional. Our end users include residents with little to no experience, staff with basic to moderate computer systems experience too our fully engaged maintenance and operations staff.
Inconvénients :
The most challenging aspect of the software, like any other, is the initial data entry of assets, products and systems, where none previously existed. It would have been far better if we had the ability to port over data.

Overall the software works well for our needs. It is easy to use, easy to set up, simple for staff to understand.
The software helps keep my staff on track with request and with PMs.
It also help track cost that can be used at budget time.
Avantages :
The software has PM procedures built in, when you set up PM you can choose to use this procedures or they help you in building your own. The easy of setting up the program Worxhub staff was great to work with The easy of using the software, easy for my staff to learn to use.
Inconvénients :
Sometime the Category and Subcategory does not fit. Worxhub does not have an interface for Bio-med test equipment to communicate data to worxhub, it has to be enter manually.
Willing To Listen and Adapt
Commentaires : It is overall an very good system, we use 7 modules currently. I would say it, as with anything takes some getting use to when you make an change but this switch was truthfully with simplicity and ease to make once you start using more and more and you will become so user friendly with the system.
Avantages :
Over the years we as an company have made suggestions to TWH for items to be added or changed and TWH, listens and adapts when possible to make these features that are important to the end user, as long as the benefit the greater good.
Inconvénients :
There are some occasional items that you have to work around with the way TWH classifies things, I was use to the address of the Residences being an Asset, but not in TWH it is an location. That does not allow for PM Work Orders to easily be set up for the Resident and not have to input the seperate Asset that you are setting the PM for.
Review of Worxhub
Avantages :
I like that it is user friendly. It is very helpful that the system is easy to understand, since I have to train multiple staff on how to use it.
Inconvénients :
A resident passed away before I started here at Meramec Bluffs. Every month I have to cancel his trips in the system manually. I have contacted Worxhub customer support numerous times over the past 2+ years and am always told the same thing; there is nothing that can be done to remove his name/trips from the system.
Invaluable software
Commentaires : From building the information tree at the beginning to scheduled preventative maintenance, this software is easy to use and does it all.
Avantages :
User friendly software that creates and maintains a legacy of information.
Inconvénients :
There are some glitches in the software that cancel your selection when you try to click on a category in a scroll down menu. You are sent back to the top of the menu and have to start scrolling from the beginning.
GMCF Worxhub Review
Commentaires : Use it daily and has worked really good for our facility and what we need it to do. Have never had any issues with anything since we started.
Avantages :
Ease of use for anyone easy to pull reports and keep track of all work orders. The tracking of all work orders and PM orders is critical in healthcare.
Inconvénients :
Not a worxhub issue but i know our facility doesn't use the program we have to its full capabilities.
Amazing software
Commentaires : Great product and amazing customer service. Customer Service is always willing to assist with any issues and they are very friendly.
Avantages :
It is very user friendly and I am able to go in and create barcodes or set up work orders to track how work is being completed on a daily basis.
Inconvénients :
I wish that you were able to scan a barcode and it track who was where. It would be more beneficial for when an employee goes into an area.

My experience using CMMS
Commentaires : It has been an amazing experience and I am so glad that the company finally took the leap to CMMS across organization with a product that were able to tell her to are business model and operation.
Avantages :
Having the opportunity to pilot program at our facility for nearly two years was very challenging at a rewarding experience for me. Having the freedom to customize the system to our policies and procedures was invaluable and continues to be. I have used other systems in the past but the freedom of customizing the work has been a godsend.
Inconvénients :
They're still a lot of room for improvement and I wish they would listen more to client feedback in terms of some of the user interface and some features that should be looked at too further enhance and improve the system. The mobile website hasn't really changed much since I started using the system but it used some refinement and usability. I wonder if a better approach would be to have a phone app that could be more powerful than quicker. Some of the features that are found on the regular website are not found on the mobile site.

I really like the integration of the different modules and we have several building in several locations . The PM function is priceless and allows us to be proactive on our maintenance and keeps us on schedule and prevents lots of downtime on our key equipment. The ability to track staff time as well as send out surveys to requestors to make sure expectations have been met is also very valuable.
I love the WorxHub and the improved efficiencies in our department related to using WorxHub.
Avantages :
I like the fact that is can be used with different modules that are integrated with each other. I also like that the available modules when combined allow you to pretty much manage and collect data related to all aspects of facilities management. I think the customer support is very friendly, professional, respectful as well as timely to requests for assistance.
Inconvénients :
I think when we purchased the software we did not get what we thought we would be getting and learned that some modules needed to be purchased separately and were not included in the package we had originally purchased.
Worxhub Security
Commentaires : We are in the beginning stages for using worxhub. The worxhub staff has been tremendous in helping us get this program set up. We are looking to launch the program with our staff very soon. I used Worxhub with our IT department the past few years. It was easy to receive work orders and make notes on the job, so you could review specific information about the job that was done. As our experience grows, I look forward to giving more feedback with the Security program.
Avantages :
It gives an sense of ease to the employees. They can scan their checkpoints and it automatically logs in with a time stamp. The layout if pretty user friendly. You can easily type of a report from the software.
Inconvénients :
The software is not an application yet. So we have to use it as a webpage.

I greatly appreciate this resources in our daily activities. The mobile interface is invaluable and ability to regulate what's submitted, the overall flow of work generated, allows me to communicate to multiple
parties on the status of the work order and pending aspects of building
Avantages :
I really appreciate the integration that ties multiple aspects of each room: i.e. resident location, assets, history and comments resource, and the ability to break down each staff member according to assigned jobs, the pulse, and the overall ability to search based on various aspects from each work order.
Inconvénients :
There are some, not many, but some paths that don't feel natural. There are specific sub categories that feel slightly buried, and navigating some of the additional information that one cannot change is bothersome. Aspects of these sub folders feel arbitrary to really finding and grouping information.
Worxhub - maintenance software
Commentaires : Worxhub helps so much with compliance and keeping us in the good books with the government. It provides great evidence when needed to show that our systems are well maintained. We also utilize scheduled work orders a lot and equipment reading features. Very helpful.
Avantages :
Reporting features are excellent. Storage of data is superb and as long as my maintenance teams have put in appropriate detail in their work I can take an incredible amount of reports to support the work they do.
Inconvénients :
Not all my sites utilize all of the features due to cost. Everytime their is a new fearture, it always comes at a cost. Additionally, the program itself can be a little tough to navigate. We have used the program for over 8 years and still to this date some of our sites struggle a little to utilize its full capacity.
Wish we would expand the use of WorxHub
Commentaires : Once set up, I love the program. Wish we could add Housekeeping to our program. You must have strong WiFi to operate smoothly and correctly.
Avantages :
Very easy to navigate. Like being able to print reports. When we had to eliminate one building and add another, it was not as complicated as I feared. Adding staff is easy. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and her team are wonderful!
Inconvénients :
Finding the correct report is a little time consuming. We don't have a data entry person to handle Asset Mgt entries, remove staff, change out compliance work for Maintenance, etc. so changes and updates can be dreadful. The original set up was also very time consuming.

User Friendly, Accurate Data, A+ Customer Service
Commentaires : The WorxHub has made my job so much easier. It is geared to our business and not made to fit. I get accurate reports with very little set up and they are easy to understand. Whenever I have encountered a situation requiring help, if I can't solve it with the generous help section, I usually have it solved quickly via chat with a customer representative. I am a daily user and I am so happy we made the switch to The WorxHub as it has my work life so much easier.
Avantages :
User friendly, accurate data and most importantly, A+ customer service!
Inconvénients :
I don't have anything I don't like about the software.

Commentaires : Workloads, how to move people around accordingly to manage time and materials which in the long run benefits our residents the most.

Workload management, asset tracking, space management, record keeping, transportation, are just a few features that we use on a daily basis on our campus
Inconvénients :
Yes, at times there are some things that need to be added or moved to different locations to make it great but the good by far out ways the bad about this system. It's hard to go into detail at this time.Workloads
WorxHub Software
Commentaires : Great program - easy to use, and even easier to teach others to use.
Avantages :
I love the ease of putting in work order requests through Worxhub. I can see when they have been received, as well as get an email when they have been completed. I share log in info with staff and they no longer have to come to me with their issues, I encourage them to enter themselves.
Inconvénients :
What I do not like about Worxhub is the unaccountability of the preventative maintenance program. Tasks are easily bypassed by staff for another day. I understand it is the managers job to follow up, but sometimes these tasks add up quickly.

Commentaires : meeting customers needs by tracking work and having it done in a timely manner.
Avantages :
WorxHub puts preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and asset management in one collective place where we can schedule work and keep a good history of everything on our campus. This also makes billing residents easy and paperless.
Inconvénients :
WorxHub works well. The issue for me is getting everyone to buy in and use it to it's fullest capacity. WorxHub has been used here for seven or eight years but not nearly to it's capacity. I've been here six months and am trying to make the a "way of life".

Commentaires : I'm glad to use this software, most issues with the repairs, appliance replacement, rent calculations has been solved, easy to keep track on what has been done, even send out different types of letters to the tenants.
Avantages :
Rent calculation, keep a clear evidence of the tenants. Issuing work orders for repairs. I would like to get more trained in how to use more fixtures like: inventory, accounting, etc.
Inconvénients :
I didn't have the chance to use all features, but for the work orders, rent calculations its much easier to use them comparing with Yardi software.
WorxHub at VMRC
Commentaires : WorxHub enables us to provide a quick response to maintenance needs by our residents. It also provides an excellent way of recording or tracking our work completed.
Avantages :
Ease of use and ability to quickly create or edit work orders and particularly preventative work orders.
Inconvénients :
Customer service has been excellent, but there were just a couple items or requests that could not be changed or tailored for the way we use WorxHub.
Maintenance
Commentaires : I personally like it, the problem is getting our front line staff to put the work orders in. Somehow we need to shorten the process. As of now our staff sees me in passing and they tell me when something is wrong so I have to create work order and take it out. I believe I click my mouse 22 times to complete a work order.
Avantages :
Easy to use on my end, and it keeps track of what I do. It has saved me when the State comes in for survey at least twice
Inconvénients :
To many choices after work order is completed, the staff who put work orders in say it takes to long to figure out.

Commentaires : We use WorxHub to help manage compliance issues and reported concerns.
Avantages :
Easy to use once you are use to the product. Our facility is using WorxHub for several departments to manage preventative maintenance, work orders, housekeeping needs, IT work orders and daily tasks, and Central Supply requests along with transportation needs.
Inconvénients :
I remember getting set up was challenging but I would say the same with any other program until you are use to it.
