Commentaires : Interface intuitif et complet pour gérer simplement vos équipements.

Avantages :

Un outil complet dans la gestions des règles de pare-feu ainsi que dans l'analyse des logs. Indispensable lorsque l'on parle de Cybersécurité.

Inconvénients :

Le cout reste un peu élevé mais nécessaire pour la gestions d'un parc de pare-feu.

C'est un très bon logiciel très pratique et très fiable pour l'utilisation

Je ne retrouve aucune faillite à cet logiciel

A good product that keeps getting better every software release

Commentaires : The product started from a very specific and limited view. The product improvements make it useful from not only a pure security role but also a compliance role.

Avantages :

The product started out giving me a very good look at firewall information and has continued to expand that information more and more. In the case of my installation, we use the information from the firewall sent via SNMP, so the additional information allows for us to look and search for threats in another pane of glass.

Inconvénients :

I have found removing instances can be difficult at times.

Commentaires : I needed some help in initially setting it up. Called tech support, and was very pleasantly surprised. NO long hold time to reach a tech. Tech's knowledge of Manage Engine and Windows Networking, and firewalls in general and my SonicWall was superb.

Avantages :

It was purchased for monitoring VPN usage, once in place and up and running I discovered many more useful features

I have been called very picky SOB, I haven't really found anything I dislike

Commentaires : Excellent and an easy way to gather great visibility into firewall performance and concerns.

Avantages :

The Firewall Analyzer product makes it very easy to see all the relevant data I need out of my Cisco ASA, and is much more convenient and easy to use than Cisco's own ASDM product.

Inconvénients :

Nothing in particular, the product is much easier to use than ASDM, so I don't see any real downsides.

Commentaires : The sales and pre-sales phase was pretty smooth. The implementation/setup and integration of firewalls was swift and was well assisted by ManageEngine. The product is working well in our environment and catering to the requirements effectively.

Avantages :

The total cost of ownership in terms of license price is cheaper than similar firewall analyzer tools. Provides multiple features like industry-leading tools and is pretty easy to set up. Integration is possible with almost all firewalls.

Inconvénients :

There is a scope for improvement around product documentation.

Manageengine Firewall Analyzer is great with or without a SIEM system

Commentaires : Overall it's been worth the money and the work to get it going properly. It won't fully replace what a separate SIEM can do, but has certainly has some great features along those lines.

Avantages :

Before we got a separate SIEM system the Firewall analyzer provided a ton of data about what was going on from a security perspective with the data moving in and out of our firewalls. Even after we got a separate SIEM, some of that data was super useful to just have within Opmanager and be able to see it when we are looking at the general health of the infrastructure without having to go to the SIEM system.

Inconvénients :

Not all firewalls are created equal. Manageengine has better configurations for some firewalls over others. If you are using Cisco, it's basically plug and play. Some other providers require more work to configure and get similar levels of data.

I could easily generate reports by day, time, month and even year. It could generate all sorts of reports that helped us identify users bypassing our firewall rules.

Not able to resolve most of the sites IP address visited by users that make it difficult to tell the type of site
