"Performant et efficace"

Commentaires: Globalement je suis satisfait d’Hubspot, je l’utilise de manière gratuite pour mon site web. En revanche je pense qu’il y a des axes d'amélioration dans la configuration de ces outils car ce n’est pas très instinctif malheureusement.

Avantages: HubSpot est très efficace notamment pour la création de formulaire en ligne et l’utilisation du chat en ligne. C’est un outil très important pour mon business pour ne pas perdre contact avec mes clients potentiels.

Inconvénients: Malheureusement je trouve l’interface compliqué a gérer et a comprendre. Ce n’est pas forcement instinctif et facile à configurer notamment pour le chat. Je pense qu’il y a encore quelques progrès à réaliser la dessus.

"Fantastic for e-mails. Forms and landing pages need some TLC."

Commentaires: Overall, Hubspot's marketing hub has been of great benefit to our organization. The only thing stopping from me giving it full marks is that certain aspects of the hub need to be expanded. For instance, the form system doesn't allow you to remove form submissions, and even though many people have requested that functionality on the HubSpot ideas board, it has been tagged as "not planned" for over a year now. I am puzzled as to why their otherwise highly flexible form system has a few shortcomings that mean it can't remove our need for Gravity Forms or other solutions. The call to action button builder is also not as customizable as I would like, although with some HTML knowledge it's easy to get around this issue.

Avantages: It's very easy for anyone to make a beautiful-looking e-blast to send to a mailing list. Managing lists is also very easy and flexible. The default e-mail templates are beautiful and easy to customize, and the drag and drop interface for e-mails is very easy to use and highly customizable.

Inconvénients: Some parts of the marketing hub, such as the Form builder, need a little work. Some features available in Wordpress's Gravity Forms plugin, for instance, are not available in Hubspot (e.g. conditional logic for showing certain form elements such as text boxes, etc.) The landing page editor is also not as easy to use as the e-mail builder, and I'm not sure why it wasn't designed with the same drag and drop system as the email builder.

"A platform with a soul— HubSpot keeps marketing human with products built on best practices"

Commentaires: HubSpot is the best tool to use when learning marketing automation. Our marketing team uses HubSpot Enterprise for emails, forms, landing pages, web chat, and social scheduling. Our biggest pain point has been our third-party integration with our CRM-- we use Microsoft Dynamics 365. The more tools/features you're able to use in HubSpot, the more convenient (and powerful) it becomes as you really can benefit from having "everything you need in one place". But as companies grow, it gets harder and harder to maintain that vision. I wish we could take advantage of all of the HubSpot Enterprise features we pay for but too many of our existing tools overlap with them and that's where the importance of reliable integrations come into play.

Avantages: HubSpot has allowed us to streamline our marketing efforts so we can focus on what really matters. With We've been able to automates so many mundane processes that we used to do manually thanks to HubSpot workflows. HubSpot's ease of use also makes training and transferring ownership/management of the tool more efficient. What I liked:
• Simple, intuitive fool-proof interface
• Great support and learning resources
• HubSpot Academy makes it easy to learn marketing automation
• Workflows look like they were designed by a kindergartener-- I love how simple they are to understand and build

Inconvénients: Six months into using HubSpot we outgrew the "honeymoon phase" as we started running into limitations with the platform, mostly involving integrations with other tools we use. At the end of the day, HubSpot is phenomenal at what it does but has real limits to it's function and flexibility-- it doesn't scale comfortably to larger enterprise companies/databases. If HubSpot fits within the scope of your company's marketing needs, it's a delight to use. HubSpot is built by marketers for marketers and it's run by a very human company that injects soul and purpose into it's products. Improvements I'd like to see:
• Better CRM function-- it was too limited for us to use
• Greater flexibility with reporting custom dashboards
• Ability to use spend/budget data from LinkedIn Ads connection
• Ability to A/B test automated emails without workaround

"Scalable, easy to deploy, faster ROI"

Commentaires: Excellent. Couldn't be better compared to other software vendors. Solving problems, getting things done is intuitive, fast, excellent customer support.

Avantages: Compared to other automation platforms, deployment is easier and takes only weeks to start. Inmediately after is in production, we've started to improve processes to make them more effective meaning, getting more inquiries, request for proposals and quotations.
Integrating Hubspot to other enterprise software is SO smooth and easy, no need to spend months to get data from different softwares to integrate front-end and back-end.

Inconvénients: Dashboard could be more flexible or include more default pre-set dashboards by category. It is getting better compared to a year ago but still needs some extra effort, specially the dashboards related to content (blogs).

"Beware of the Ad Spending Limit"

Commentaires: I signed up for another year to get access to Microsoft Ads control (supposed to be in BETA.)

Avantages: When enabled, it is easy to review the overall advertising performed in Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. Basically an All-In-One platform to create content, share content and see who interacts with the media.

Inconvénients: Recently learned about a $10,000 limit per month on advertising. Normally do not spend this much monthly, but I was on Holiday. Going on my 11th day without using the ADS feature. (It stopped allowing maintenance of the ads through the easy to use control panel for ads because I went 465 dollars over the limit in December.)

"HubSpot: An Ecommerce Dumpster Fire And Living Nightmare"

Commentaires: Having talked with nearly all of HubSpot's Product Managers, we've found that the brokenness of their platform is not unknown. In fact, it appears to be a common issue amongst many other businesses which they are "in the process of fixing". Maybe in a year or 2 this platform will be the cream of the crop, but as it stands we can't even tell how much revenue any of our emails are making. The level to which HubSpot is missing the basics of ecommerce is inconceivable and, to say the very least, shows a systemic problem with their organization. We should not have been sold this platform and yet here we are: floating down the river Styx without even knowing it. All ecommerce platforms MUST avoid signing any contract with HubSpot.

Avantages: Aside from our incredible account representative, there is not a single aspect of HubSpot which has benefited our ecommerce business. In fact, we have spent nearly 12 months having to deal with broken transactional messages, false sends, false reporting statistics, and an entirely broken emailing platform altogether. It has put our company though serious financial pains and has not proved its worth. As it currently stands, no ecommerce business should ever sign up with HubSpot.

Inconvénients: HubSpot, through its archaic systems, broken ecommerce bridge, and shoddy reporting tools, has single-handedly brought our marketing efforts to its knees. For nearly 12 months we have sent out broken transactional messages, been unable to track our email revenue, pour in countless hours of unnecessary developer work, and watch our revenue decline all because we chose to trust this platform. Genuinely nothing works for ecommerce. Aside from hand-coding messages like its 1999, we can't even put products in our emails. Product data itself exists in HubSpot, however, no customer has access to it. The platform is broken.

"A decent tool for marketing automation with a few key issues"

Commentaires: Hubspot is a good tool to start learning about marketing automation or if you are a small company with few leads to store. It is a visually appealing platform with some interesting functionality. The social media advanced scheduling option is one of the best features as is the ability to make easy landing pages. For basic marketing needs, this is a decent option. For larger companies with more complex needs, Hubspot has many issues that will impact speed and productivity.

Avantages: The customer service team is excellent and there is a handy chat function so you don't have to wait on an email response. For social media, you can schedule posts months in advance and view your marketing activities as a monthly calendar. Landing pages are also easy and quick to set up. This is a great tool for smaller organizations with limited contacts or leads to store who need basic marketing support.

Inconvénients: The company continues to make unnecessary updates with little notice that often seems to decrease the functionality of the tool until the changes are reversed. Email is very difficult to use as the template you set up views very differently across multiple popular email platforms (to be fair, this is likely an issue with any email automation software). You also have to change your template in a different view pane from your actual email so you're constantly switch back and forth between views for very minor changes. The simplest spacing adjustment takes forever. However, the contact database portion of Hubspot is where we have the most trouble as it's hard to sort and group leads with any way other than by making smart lists or using personas. Your database will get messy fast and there's very little way to clean it if you are a large company which means over time you will be paying for useless leads in your system you cannot find and eliminate.

"The step up for when you're getting serious"

Commentaires: I've worked with Hubspot as an individual, with a large multi-national company and a medium-sized non-profit. I would say that most solopreneurs should probably stick with MailChimp or MailPoet. When you have a good budget for marketing, definitely consider a move to HubSpot.
I've also used Pardot by SalesForce and it's very comparable. I believe Hubspot is easier in the beginning than Pardot, while Pardot has better connectivity to outside systems (like SalesForce, of course).

Avantages: Hubspot is amazing, with great tools for list building, segmentation and email marketing. The process for building emails is easy and enjoyable and the workflow automation is a breeze. I've used MailChimp and Pardot and Hubspot is very different from either of those. Hubspot is for the company that's ready to up their marketing game to the next level while still being simple enough that your team can be onboarded and working quickly.

Inconvénients: I'm not really a fan of the blog and landing page functionality and i really think you should do those on your own website and then tie them into Hubspot, which is fairly simple to do. Also, when you get into "Deals" and integrating sales and reporting from other systems, the simplicity goes out the window. It can still be done, but it's not as easy as the email marketing functionality.
Also, Hubspot has its own language and terminology, so it can be a bit confusing until you get used to it.

Inconvénients: Configuring Hubspot to match business goals requires a good working knowledge of Hubspot. It is recommended that businesses have at least one person on their team who has a Hubspot certification. Alternatively you might choose to work with an experienced Hubspot partner.

"Hubspot Marketing Automation: top of the range marketing wizard"

Commentaires: HubStop is revolutionary in the marketing arena. For any business that wants to make the most out of emailing campaigns and get higher leads, HubSpot should be a priority. With HubSpot Marketing Automation I've seen an incredible growth in my business with almost zero effort. Managing my lists has never been easier. "Everything i need for marketing is here"

Commentaires: We has receive so many benefit when deploying this software as our main hub for our marketing automation. Serving our customer and managing their ticket and inquire by email or contact form has been more easy to handle by this software.

Avantages: HubSpot Marketing Hub has the least learning curves that even our newest member of our team can navigate and using all the tools here without too much training. Editing the email and newsletter template and preview it in mobile device or normal web browser before finalize the design help us to manage the layout better for our customer viewing it.

Inconvénients: I really hope they can add more customization option for the template for us to have more dynamic and interactive email landing page. Integration with Wordpress plugin is a bit buggy and not capturing the right row of data. We had to import it manually and it really taking times and so much hassle for us.

"Everything can be done with this software"

Commentaires: This software has giving us a very great experience in managing and analyzing our marketing campaign, and all of our marketing emails has been automation with this software. CRM platform gave us solution for our customer issue and handle it within the given time frame.

Avantages: Managing and viewing insight for our marketing campaign performance from various platform like google advertisement and Facebook advertisement. All of our marketing campaign data are combined on this single software which help us to analyze the campaign effectiveness and progress. The landing page template help me to design a lot better landing page.

Inconvénients: The learning curves with HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite high, and a hand-on training is a must for our marketing team to fully grasp all the capabilities that this software can offer. There are still lacks of option that comes with the landing page builder, our web developer will be more happy if they could upgrade this feature.

"Marketing made easy"

Commentaires: HubSpot Marketing Hub help me to integrated with all other services that we use for our marketing and sales process. Now, we can access it all from this single hub and effectively increase our productivity of our sales team.

Avantages: I really like that planning and deploying marketing strategies is very easy. I let me to grouping the previous client contact list and use the lead for the new campaign that we have plan. The report generated from the campaign launch has a great information insight that help us tracking our marketing campaign effectiveness.

Inconvénients: The contact list size offered for the enterprise plan is quite small for we effectively use. We need to sent multiple batch of marketing email for it to fully sent it to all of our contact list. There are some technical knowledge still needed to maintaining the website and that is not too easy like everyone else claim.

"Easy to use and it's great for creating Landing Pages"

Commentaires: It's really good to have lots of functionalitys in only one platform. In the same interface you can create Landing Pages, you can set up your marketing automation and also have your CRM.

Avantages: The UX of the platform is good. It's intuitive. I really liked Hubspot academy, I learned a lot about Inbound Marketing in general, not only about the platform itself. It's easy to create Landing Pages.

Inconvénients: At the beginning I felt like they contacted me to see how everything was going but after some months they didn't contact me very frequently and I felt I still need the help.

"Multifunctional"

Commentaires: My experience has been great with Hubspot. The level of support and functionality is extremely great.

Avantages: Hubspot allows you to keep track of clients as well as build your website. You can set up marketing campaigns to keep in touch with clients. You can trigger automations based on many different features. The best part of Hubspot overall is the support they supply. They are AMAZING!

Inconvénients: It can be confusing to use. There are parts that get confusing such as not being able to center specific things on a landing page but if you contact support they'll provide you with work around options.
