Avantages: The product allows for complete visibility of project and order process flow, most importantly profitability. AccessIT provides phenomenal support before, during, and after implementation. We have been on the system since 2009 and could not be happier.
Inconvénients: There is no "undo" button. Fortunately, this is also a great example of how tightly wound the accounting structure of ContractERP is.

Avantages: They continue to support the product via webinars showing many features, user specific shortcuts, and overall knowledge updates, making it an ever-evolving management tool.
Inconvénients: It is a bit overwhelming at first glance. The many available screens can be cumbersome and easy to get lost in.
Changed the way we do business. A must have!

Avantages: The team and the software knows our business. They have made so much wasted resources, inventory, and money go away.
Inconvénients: The only thing I dislike is that we did not find them ten or more years ago.
