Rocketseed Review - Best Extensive Email Signature Platform

Avantages :

The customizable banners and customer support. Especially the help and support received from Morgan and Wade. Absolute Legends.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the automated monthly reports would bug out and we would need to contact support to fix it.

Amazing Product and Support

Commentaires : Our experience with RocketSeed has been amazing. Everything from sales, implementation, account management, and technical support have been outstanding. One of my favorite things (being in IT) is that they listen to feedback and actually implement feature requests. RocketSeed's email signatures and banners now rank as our third highest website traffic generator and has become an integral part of our marketing stratedgy.

Avantages :

RocketSeed has been very reliable, and we have not experienced any downtime. We were able to utilize Gsync to pull in our user directory from Google reducing our on-going maintenance. The signature designer and HTML editor are simple to use for both our IT and Marketing teams. It has the ability to schedule banners and signatures to automatically run within certain timelines. They have great report generators which give us insight into our campaigns. It also integrates with Google Analytics to generate even more insight.

Inconvénients :

RocketSeed's documentation is lacking, but their support team makes up for it. The signature design preview on the site is not always 100% accurate, so it's best to test the signature using a variety of email clients to ensure it renders how you want.

Pourquoi passer à Rocketseed Email Signatures : It was a close call between RocketSeed and Exclaimer, in the end we went with RocketSeed because they were able to implement custom font's in our signature where as Exclaimer is limited to what they provide. OpenSense was also a consideration, but at the time did not have a great signature editor. Sigstr was decent, but is actually just built on top of the OpenSense platform which raised concerns about support capabilities.

Their support and training teams are top notch with great training provided to our team. We would highly recommend Rocketseed to companies looking to brand their email with banners and customer email signatures.

Avantages :

Rocketseed makes automating email signatures seamless, with the ability to update emails signatures, email banners, and schedule banner changes for our ecosystem of companies very easy ensuring we get the right messages to our clients quickly and effeciently.

Inconvénients :

There are no real cons. Perhaps I would want to change the size of a email banner for some campaigns to larger format designs but its not a deal breaker and the set size has worked for us.

The worse policy, looking for an alternative, I have requested a trial, they offered me a trial for £1,000.00. hobible customer service. avoid at any cost

Signature Software Made Easy

Commentaires : Our dedicated Rep is pretty great to work with. He mostly makes the experience, and it's been an easy switch from a competitor. We never had a positive experience with other companies in this space, until this one.

Avantages :

The easy Integration process, good sales team, and support are decent, but overall the best part is the creative services team who will do the signature for you.

Inconvénients :

The interface is a bit outdated, but a new release coming soon, so that does not really matter.

Excellent Service!

Avantages :

The software helped us a lot for spreading information across employees, partners and customers. With targeted banners we also drive traffic to our specific content and it resulted with high conversion. RocketSeed team is there to support us 24/7. I do not remember a moment that I had issue with reaching out the team.

Inconvénients :

One and only thing about the software I am not happy with is the user interface.

Branded, Controlled and Impressive Email Signatures.

Avantages :

This system linked with Microsoft 365 is extremely easy to use and upkeep. When we license a new user and they send their first email they pop up in Rocketseeds admin page. We add their details and move them into a branded sender and that's it. For a small company with very little IT support its a great tool. Also the always present and timestamped signatures are an important feature for us to avoid spoofed emails with copied signatures.

Inconvénients :

I always hoped that there would be an update to allow the user information in Microsoft 365 to pair with the admin page in Rocketseed. However, this is a simple admin task and hasn't taken away from the product.

Avantages :

We have signatures and signature banners through Rocketseed and over the past 4 years of using their service, we have had nothing but a great experience with them! Our signatures are professional and interactive, allowing receipients of our emails enough information to contact us and interact with our offerings.

Inconvénients :

I have only has a good experience with the signature banners.

Great solution if you want to maintain consistent branding across staff signatures

Commentaires : Now that it is setup. It's running optimally and is easy to implement campaigns.

Avantages :

We are able to manage staff signatures centrally. This gives us control to what is showing from staff signatures. Another good thing is that we reach a lot of audience through sent emails from staff. We can also track the performance for each banner.

Inconvénients :

It was a challenge when setting up. Our IT team weren't much knowledgeable about the solution. Also, our staff data wasn't ready for the solution configuration. This created a lot of work before we could implement.

My review

Avantages :

Visually appealing w/ a simple yet captivating design. Interactivity w/ the sales/custer service person is a great as I'm not knowledgeable with this technology. Excellent customer service.

Inconvénients :

The initial implementation stage was challenging as there was a delay in getting it set up. I believe I should have been given more options than what was provided.

Commentaires : My overall experince has been very positive. Prior to subscribing to this software, I met with several individuals that walked me through what the process would look like and provided several "test" signatures and banners so we could view in real time-really help cement our decision.

Avantages :

Love the branding aspect of the products. Our staff sends out hundreds of emails everyday and this keeps up top of mind and allows us to deliver timely notice of events.

Inconvénients :

Creating new banners and new signatures on my own. I know this is my issue so not sure what can be done to solve this. Bottom line-we love this product!

This product is so easy to use and affordable and it makes company wide email signature management and brand management a breeze.

Inconvénients :

We had a hiccup with our signature implementation and I would have appreciated more communication before the switch over. The problem occurred because we previously used Rocketseed through a third party so we already had signatures on our emails. When Rocketseed and our IT department took their first implementation step they accidentally switched off our existing signatures without immediately replacing them with the new signatures, without us being informed to be able to expect it. They however fixed it very quickly

Commentaires : The support from Rocketseed has been incredible with someone available to assist at all times. For any integration questions, the support team is always on hand. The platform training was clear and straight forward and I can not recommend them high enough.

Avantages :

The simplicity to set this up alongside the support we got for designing the signature template has been faultless. Since integration, the fact that I can easily monitor the clicks on the signature, see what works and what doesn't is invaluable.

Inconvénients :

Nothing, from start to finish for integration and the day-to-day usability is so simple. Weird not seeing your email signature when you compose a new email but that's about it!

Commentaires : Our experience has been really positive. Our Account Manager is responsive and always answers our questions. If she can't answer them herself, she gets the info from the relevant team and gets back to us.

Avantages :

For example, Sales send out a product promotion banner, whilst our Training team send out a banner linked to our User Guides.

The price is higher than other providers, such as CodeTwo. However, as long as the service levels remain high I think it is justified.

Avantages :

It integrates well with Microsoft and Office 365. Their support is excellent and they go out of their way to assist. Rocketseed makes you feel as if you are their only client. They are accommodating and we had a good customer experience. Our engagement with our staff has increased tremendously and our engagement with our clients are definitely improved.

Inconvénients :

Integration of any new systems always takes a bit of time, but it went very smoothly. So far so good, with nothing bad to report.
