Avantages :

The speed of which data is updated to the server, for example, the performance monitor. It's pretty much Realtime data.

Inconvénients :

The ui/layout can be difficult to get used to, certain features don't appear to work all the time for instance the search feature.

Easy to implement and get started, a good group of tools, and documentation included. Good AiO.

Commentaires : I have used competing packages (ConnectWise, AutoTask, Level Platforms, etc, etc). They are often too bulky, some not intuitive, frequently very expensive.... this was much easier to implement, it is pretty stable and does not have a lot of overhead requirements. we were able to get up and going quickly and when we give customers access they are able to navigate the software without a huge amount of technical knowledge or a big learning curve.

Avantages :

simple, easy, straight forward, a nice collection of basic features all in a single interface that is easy to get up and going quickly. software is also affordable and the company is both easy to communicate with and work with when needed. it has become our staple everyday go-to software package. it keeps our team on track and communicating internally and with our customers.

Inconvénients :

all the basic features are there, but new feature development is slow. integration with other platforms and technologies is also lacking. luckily you can do most of what you need without having to speak to other programs, but true cross talk with other AV, Backup, Process Mgmt, Accounting and other platforms is limited.

Commentaires : I've installed and configured Naverisk at multiple employers and every time my experience with Naverisk has been fantastic.

Avantages :

What I like most about Naverisk is that it isn't too complicated but gives you all the useful tools in one window. It's also lightweight. Other products I've used like Automate provide similar functionality but are much larger programs and don't operate as efficiently.

Inconvénients :

I'll be 100% honest and tell you there really isn't anything I dislike. The product and team behind it have ALWAYS been excellent to work with.

Commentaires : This could be such a good product, many feathers are there but it is always something that does not work. In every release it is something new that does not work. If something is fixed something new stops working. The development of the product is slow. I would assume that we create 2-3 support cases a week and have done so since we started using the system 1,5 years ago. We cannot trust that the status of the client agent is correct. I really believed in this company as they listened in the beginning of all our problems but now…no.We are looking at other systems now and it is hard to find a replacement as the product in general is god and featerrich.

Avantages :

A complete solution, attractive price but you pay with frustration.

Inconvénients :

A lot of problems, limited API, Slow response from support

Commentaires : It had a bit of a learning curve to it, but their on boarding program with professional technicians was bar none the best value I've had with a company in this space. The forum provides fast updates and improvements, and the owners seem to actually care about the success of my business.

Avantages :

Naverisk provides a single pane of glass from me to run my operation from. They provide access to all the important tools, scripting, logs, and more that I need to keep an eye on my customer's environments. Coupled with outstanding support, a great customer forum, and constant improvements. It's the little engine that could.

Inconvénients :

Like anything in a Post Catalina Mac Support world, the integrations for Mac could be better, but I haven't found anyone doing it better these days.

Remote Management and Automation made easy

uninstall, or when the service appear offline while the server is still running (maybe corruption in the installation?)

Great all-in-one product

Limited product, horrible customer service

Commentaires : In looking at these reviews, I can only surmise many manufactured. We used this product for two years, having now switched to ConnectWise, which we feel better meets our needs. Naverisk's base offering is adequate for very small MSPs with limited needs. We realized its limitations perhaps a year or so too late, but nevertheless made the decision to switch to a more robust solution. My deep frustration and quite frankly, resentment, stems from Naverisk's customer service. Our total investment was $24,570. Of this amount, $13,200 was for BitDefender licensing. Upon termination of our relationship, Naverisk suspended our account with BitDefender (understandable) but positively refused to un-suspend us for the 15 minutes it would take to migrate the license over to ConnectWise, thus forcing us to do a completely new roll-out and waste many hours of time. ConnectWise has confirmed they routinely will accommodate partners who switch to other providers but Naverisk elected to behave like a petulant child. Despite my overall dissatisfaction with the product, I always had respect and appreciation for the team at Naverisk until this happened. I feel it's important to educate potential customers of the unethical manner in which they do business so they don't make the same mistake we did.

Avantages :

Easy to use and simple. Quick deployment. Responsive UI.

Inconvénients :

Very limited feature set. Adequate for a very small MSP with very simple needs... for the money, there are much more robust products on the market for around the same price.

Great Product love using it

Avantages :

Been using Naverisk for 6 years +. 2,500+ Windows, Linux, Mac devices being managed. Just signed up to another 3 +s contract term.

Inconvénients :

The development process isn't as smooth but it is getting better so I am looking forward to what they are bringing to 2019R2 & 2019 R3.

This is the most complete RMM I have used right out of the box. Comes with all features enabled!

Commentaires : Daily alerts and monitoring of our customers facilities as well as a central ticket system.

Avantages :

Comes with all features enabled with a clear and simple interface! Multi tenant console for MSP is a great feature to enable sub resellers and customers. Great to see Naverisk has stayed focused on the core offering!

Inconvénients :

SNMP Support is sadly lacking across many versions and this would complete the monitoring ability of this product! Essential to get this fixed ASAP as this has never worked satisfactorily!

Naverisk RMM

Avantages :

Naverisk is a comprehensive RMM solution with a rich feature set which continues to improve. Naverisk support is very good and the ability to deal with real people makes a refreshing change. Our engineers like the fact that it is easy to use and with the ticketing system and excellent remote access capabilities, it has become our primary tool for supporting our clients.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard can be a bit busy and it takes time to get it properly configured, but it is worth the effort.

Everything you need for your MSP business

Commentaires : Does the job perfectly. Easy company to deal with. Support is excellent.

Avantages :

What really clinched it for me was the fact that everything is in real time. No polling endpoints every few minutes like some other systems. Interfaces well with Xero (for accounting) to make billing a breeze. Lots of remote control options depending on the situation. Clearly laid out interface. Easy to find everything.

Inconvénients :

Out of the box, alerting is a little verbose. Easily customised though.

Commentaires : Overall positive but with the caveats previously described.

Avantages :

It has the required features to manage & monitor devices.

Inconvénients :

Some updates to the platform do not seem to be thoroughly tested or trialed with end users before deployment and generate time wastage. Example: saved custom views for Devices and Service Desk have stopped working after Naverisk has been updated, requiring recreation of the custom views from scratch. I have to take screenshots as a precaution.

Commentaires : While there were bumps in the road and the software was not always the best or without issues, they have always been worked out and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] team has been great working through everything.

Avantages :

Working with the Naverisk development team through the years to help them get to where they are at. Having them build in many of the features we asked for over the years was very helpful.

Inconvénients :

Project Management and Cloud Spaces modules, both are rather useless to us.

Briliant Product

Commentaires : Naverisk has made life supporting multiple customers so easy with the customers section keeping pcs seperate from each other eliminating any accidental connections. Deploying naverisk is easy too.

Avantages :

The device and scheduling tabs are so handy in regards connecting into devices and having tasks and scripts ran at certain times.

Inconvénients :

The UI is a little clunky and views could be improved for device monitoring.

A Great Remote Support Software

All-in-one product to support your business and your customers

Avantages :

Simple to deploy with support throughout. Provides a quick and easy way to manage many of the daily IT requirements of business for you and your customers. Fast and responsive support.

Inconvénients :

Push authentication for MFA would be an improvement on Google Authenticator code input at each login...

Commentaires : The ability to manage all our clients machines and monitor usage centrally.

Avantages :

The constant updates and bolt on's of new modules that allow for more and more control of systems monitored. The support of the software is top notch, their team is amazing.

Inconvénients :

The granularity of reporting could be improved a bit, without the need of having someone on my end to do database pulls.

Commentaires : This software has helped me to retain and build my customer base. Complete visibility of what is happening at each customer.

Avantages :

Ease of Use, Value for Money, Support Personal, Functionality, Complete RMM, Patch Management. Completely White Labelable

Inconvénients :

Needs a Mobile APP. Lack of communication when purchased by ECI software. Hopefully, now REP have it back

Avantages :

Once you are used to it, it is very easy to use. The team helped us get the initial install up and running.

Inconvénients :

Used to have an issue with agents dropping but does not happen as often anymore. We also like that splashtop is now integrated and included.

Great Software With Ease of Use and Excellent Support

Commentaires : I found the Naverisk RMM and PSA software to be extremely useful in managing my clients and it allowed be to carry out the majority of my management all from the one platform.

Avantages :

With Naverisk RMM and PSA software I found it highly useful when it came to managing clients and their hardware. I could monitor performance of all the hardware and schedule software and patch releases. This allowed me to be much more reactive to any faults rather then proactive. In conjunction with its support system and remote management I found that I could maintain my clients needs from the one platform. In addition the support that is provided by Naverisk, from my BDM to the support staff, I would highly recommend Naverisk to any business looking at maximizing their efficiency at a very good cost.

Inconvénients :

In general I have very little negative aspects to point out regarding the Naverisk software with the only relatively small downside being that monitoring website status, whether it was up and running required slight customization.
