Excellent Strategy Tool

Commentaires : I have purchased the Strategy Development Process app on your website. It is a wonderful product. I am currently working on developing an overall strategy for my business.

Avantages :

Ease of use and takes you through all the steps. The tool has saved me a lot of time.

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to my mind. Overall the product is value for money.

Great for those non-standard CRM and process management tool users

Commentaires : We are a venture collaborative tracking onboarding and engagement of many different types of revenue and partners. Praxie allows us to create customized boards to manage those complex and intersecting relationships. And, visualize our progress against milestones and goals.

Avantages :

We've tried multiple CRM and workflow management tools. As not the traditional sales organization, none provided the diverse functionality we needed - CRM, strategic planning, innovation management, and project management - without the significant time and cost on customization. Praxie allows us to manage and track the data and relationships that matter to us. And dashboard and measure them in ways that are meaningful to our company.

Inconvénients :

The impressive level of customization capability comes with the tradeoff of not being turnkey for most applications. This is not an APP-ified solution.[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team are great about creating the right architecture and tools. But, it is a process to get there -- but without the price tag of a custom Salesforce build. The other tradeoff for the customization capability is it is less intuitive to update things yourself than other software options and the system can require double coding or recoding to track intersecting data points.

Worst Software Ever

Commentaires : The experience of using Praxie left much to be desired. Despite providing many apps and templates options for their users, none of them work beyond the surface level. I tried using the PESTLE template, which was a big mistake. There were no options to change anything, except the text boxes on the far right side. If you write too many characters, it simply will not include it in the final exported file. The bottom functions can barely be seen or accessed on the PC browser, making it very difficult to export and save files.
Lastly, many barriers have been set in place to make as difficult as possible for users to provide any feedback or reviews on the service. Instead, tehy opted to only show a select a few (possibly fake, hired or biased) reviewers to give them 5/5 stars on every review!
I hope someone will be fortunate to see this review after it has been buried beneath all the bull on top.

Avantages :

There is nothing positive to say about Praxie

Inconvénients :

- Terrible interface - Terrbile browser integration (can't access bottom functions) - Basically zero customizability options for Templates - Garbage export function (won't include all written material)

Magnus, we're sorry for your poor experience during your trial. You seem to have just downloaded a template or used a free mini-app. Its purpose is to be simple so it is easy to understand. We would ask that you we would ask that you contact us so we can understand your requirements to make the app more functional and complex. As you used a free mini-application, it is quite limited on purpose. Commentaires : Our overall experience with the Praxie team has been exceptional. They provide a top notch software that meets our needs and works with our processes to launch new products. If a unknown problem exists, they work quickly on a solution that meets our expectations.

Avantages :

One of the best features about this software is it is 100% customizable. As we searched for programs, we found many of them having too many bells and whistles that we just did not need. Praxie provides a platform that the customer is able to make to fit their own process, not just something out of a box.

Inconvénients :

The least features I like about this software is not providing some functions that an out of box software would have. There have been a few features we found we needed to have that wasn't readily available, but the Praxie team worked hard to produce and provide as asked.

Easy to implement and user friendly

Commentaires : We started to use Praxie to share dashboards on portfolio management at Group level, then jumped into brainstorming ideas campains.

Avantages :

The canvas board is just something wonderful. You can taylor your dashboards easily the way you want without any IS support.

Inconvénients :

To modify some card templates requires some learning curve. Not exactly WYSIWYG

Great Platform to support innovation

Avantages :

Ease of use and flexibility are very well appreciated. I love the ready to be used templates and real-time bubble graphs showing visuals to monitor projects.

Commentaires : Great experience working with Praxie and the team. We look forward to using and iterating on the tool and potentially expanding to other applications in the future.

Avantages :

I like the optionality and flexibility of the platform to build what we need for our particular business case. Additionally, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very easy to work with and was helpful in addressing all of our needs for the platform.

Inconvénients :

The way things are linked can be quite confusing to operate in as a new user. The tutorials certainly helped here. I also would like more flexibility on formatting of the dashboard graphs (ie. easier to read date format). Lastly, an automated back up would really be helpful in the future.

Outstanding content library and templates

Commentaires : Excellent - satisfied customer and will be a repeat user.

Avantages :

After a fairly extensive search, Praxie consistently showed up as having the best set of pre-built content that I could find anywhere. In general the system is easy to use and the customer service is top-shelf. There's a lot in Praxie that I haven't explored yet, and I'm keen to come back to it and find out more.

Inconvénients :

As a new user I found navigation to the things I wanted sometimes a little difficult, but was always able to find what I wanted after a small effort.

Avantages :

Praxie has one of the most robust innovation management platforms on the market, which isn’t just based on leading edge best practices but is fully customizable to incorporate other tools, templates, and data. The team includes experts in the innovation process who provide thoughtful guidance in a highly collaborative process as part of their approach. Their support team is highly responsive and addresses any issues quickly and efficiently.

Inconvénients :

There is still some work to do on data editing.

Commentaires : I waz invited by email to have a trial for the software by providing my credit card details. Just saw today that it was charged for an enitire year. Nothing shows on the billing section and did not receive an email notification about this purchase.
No contact/customer support is shown on their webpage. Seem dodgy to say the least.

I did not have a chance to try the software yet. Even though I was charged for a year my trial subscription shows as being expired
