Gain de temps important.
Utilisation via le cloud : Accès à tout moment, n'importe où (tablette, smartphone depuis chez nos clients).
Mode SAAS (Software as a service) => accompagnement, mise à jour ...
Avantages: Un logiciel 2 en 1 qui apporte les services d'un CRM et d'un ERP permettant d'avoir une vision complète et donc de prendre des décisions efficaces. Simple et intuitif je recommande pour ceux qui ont plusieurs logiciels ou encore qui multiplient les solutions internes.
Inconvénients: Pas de point négatif relevé à aujourd'hui

Amazing how much you get from a single unexpensive tool!
Commentaires: We started using KeyOffice a CRM for our sales team and quickly extended it to support the whole order to cash process. It now also supports some delivery processes and we're considering to extend it to purchases. It has been easily adopted by users
Intuitive (makes it quick to implement)
User friendly (easy user adoption) Of course (as any Saas software) : no installation, no hardware administration or software upgrades to care for Great Customer service
Inconvénients: How to integrate with external services (print on demand in our case) was not intuitive.

Very useful for small businesses and self-employed people.
Commentaires: Reliable software, affordable for the most of self-employed people.
Avantages: It covers the most of our needs - the cloud service is very useful, while working with people outsite of you country. Good pricing, easy to understand, good document management.
Inconvénients: Maybe the software coud offer a bit more features - training management, for example? It covers my needs, so this is just a suggestion.

Great software with nice features!
Avantages: When using CHrome, the interface is very reactive. Overall, the interface is user friendly and adding products is easy
Inconvénients: In some webbrowser, the interface hangs, but not when using Chrome. Otherwise, not many cons for this product.

A great tool for an independent or a small companies to manage simply and quickly it's activities.
Fully web based, easy to start, simple to use and cover the most needs I have.

As an international organization, we needed to centralize our documents and contacts in the cloud.
Commentaires: Centralization, Daily backups, Ease of use
Avantages: KeyOffice gave us the opportunity to centralize all our important data in the cloud. The daily backup works perfect and the data has always been securely available from any device, without need for VPN connection.
Inconvénients: The project management part should be worked out a bit further. It is not complete enough for us to use it.

Commentaires: Very easy to understand, clear menus and features.
Avantages: Small but intuitive product. CRM, document management and agenda is very easy to use
Inconvénients: Almost nothing :-), I wish I could connect with a google account or integrate some more external tools.

Clean, simple interface
Avantages: Clean, simple interface. Easy to understand. Taillored for small companies with limited resources and quick result.
Inconvénients: For us its perfect maybe not for very, very large companies! Seems to be quick and responsive. No blocking problems yet.
