"Best Till system i have ever used"

Commentaires: Apart from how great the software is the customer service is on another level itself i have never had a company so professional that when i make a email request about a issue or feature within 5 min i get a call to solve the issue the gentlemen always goes the extra mile to make me happy. The software has changed my whole companies approach to repair business it was needed many many years ago. Massive thank you to the team and what great software you have made.

Avantages: How transparent the software is for me as the shop owner and also to my customer it has already made a massive difference to our customers and this is just the start. I have not even looked into the loyalty and marketing feature yet.

Inconvénients: At the start i was very overwhelmed but after a few days i was up and running and it helps when the senior manager is on call and resolves my issue within minutes simply outstanding service

"You can't get any better than this software."

Commentaires: You simply just can't get any better than these guys they listen to their customers respond to emails within minutes even if emailed in at like 1 in the morning witch you cannot find anywhere else. I highly recommend my gadget repairs for really any type of business that needs repair tracking and invoice support.

Avantages: My gadget repairs is the best software out there for any cell phone or computer repair business hands down. With the easy-to-use interface that is just not even scratching the surface. the point-of-sale system has to be one of the best out there out of any point-of-sale system. The repair ticketing portion of the software can't be matched by anybody it is really that good. But there is even more. I came from repairshopr which had minimal integrations. they have an integration for absolutely everything and anything you need plus more.

Inconvénients: There is none. Absolutely everything from the software experience to the support as flawless.

"Good Software for our business"

Commentaires: We work with MGR for the past 6 months and so far the software served us well, any issues we had during the set up period were resolved promptly by the support team at MGR.
it is very simple to use and give good solutions to our business

Avantages: It is very simple to use and cover all the areas required

Inconvénients: There is nothing i can point out, overall is give good solutions

"Never been so impressed"

Commentaires: I have been using RepairShopr CRM for few years now, but they never added the functions or features i wanted and needed for my business. So our workflow had to change to match the way RepairShopr is thinking, which of course is not working for everyone. I started looking arround for a new repairs shop CRM and booked a demo with MyGadgetRepairs. They took their time with me and answered all my questions plus giving me new ideas and advice. I told them all the changes i want before i start using MGR and in less then 2 weeks they was finnished adding everything. No doubt the best customer experience i have had! Highly reccommended.

Avantages: The software is very good and secure. They have amazing customer service and they are also very willing to add any functions or feature that your repairshop needs. I highly reccommend this software and the company behind it.

Inconvénients: There is no cons. I am a skeptic and i have been looking for something bad with this software. I just can't find it. Everything is so good and perfect.

"Great experience. The team is very helpful. system ease to work. Customer support really quick"

Avantages: This product does it all. It keeps me in tune with all my customers and vendors. It has all the reports to make educated decisions on course changes for profitability.

"Most advanced repair software on the planet!"

Commentaires: Absolutely Fantastic! Brilliant service, brilliant product!

Avantages: Ideal for retail stores! World class software way ahead of its time! Customer support is instant and they go the extra mile every time. Software platform is 99% customizable for your store!

Inconvénients: None at all. This software has only good things and there is nothing I can fault.

easy to use
one look in one page to oversee what need to be done and prioritize

Inconvénients: nothing it's a great tool to work with!

"MyGadgetRepairs repairs great services and support"

Avantages: They are very professionals and their support is very friendly i am happy they are providing many services under one roof

Inconvénients: I wish they extend their services to other countries
As their services are unique in such a way that you will never find these much services under one roof

"MGR ROCKS !"

Commentaires: Reports are great and plentiful , their help desk is top notch, especially our man.

Avantages: the ease of use and ability of service provider to customise to specific needs

Inconvénients: nothing as yet as we are only under 3 months in use
