We were one of the early adopters of this tool a few years back and have seen it evolve over time.

Commentaires : great rewards and recognition software. We have great engagement with it and buy in at multiple levels of the organization.

Avantages :

Its amazing for getting to know the people within our organization and providing us with opportunities to reward them with what matter to them. We've been able to support our team members with stuff thats meaningful to them. Everything from travel, singing lessons, whale watching, volunteering and many things in-between. I find it much more fulfilling that giving someone a coffee card or something like that (although we still do those). The tool has evolved over time and some of the things that make our lives really easy include: Data - our people seem to really take care in populating their bucket list items and goals. Leaderboards Activity feed Events - we've done a few events based on common interests and they were great Slack integration Recognition and the points system are pretty cool. We've recently used it for an operational excellence award that that experience worked out well so i think we'll keep using it for that as well. Support is awesome as well and they keep putting out new features with good quality.

Inconvénients :

We have been using this tool for a few years now so we have seen it grow since its infancy. The things that I would like to see improve in the near term is some slightly improved reporting/manager dashboard but i think they said its in the works and they deliver on their road map, and recently they updated the UI which is a big improvement over the previous version we were using.

Avantages :

Intuitive to use (no training required), setup to match our branding, fun feel like a social media platform, so many ways to customize to your particular organizational needs!

Inconvénients :

Once we onboarded and started using the platform, there were a few feature requests from our company, and Bucketlist has been fantastic with adding them to their roadmap for 2019!

Bucketlist Review

Commentaires : The reward system is fair but if we can have more ways to accrue the points, there would be at least some more motivation to participate in the program.

Avantages :

I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten.

Inconvénients :

The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. Eight points per month barely scratch the surface for the amount of hard work we put in and does no justice for the devotion we put in to the company.

Commentaires : Thank you for giving our cry for recognition a voice and our culture a visible identity. We had a panel of colleagues who would agree that adding the bucketlist reward system to our culture has filled the void of Recognition for achievements that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. We have extraordinary people going above and beyond everyday. Thanks to bucketlist we now have a voice where we can cheer together when our peers are rewarded for their part in our success. From the launch to Administrative support Bucketlist has be a great corporate tool. We are even able to regularly incorporate the positive experiences in our Town Halls and company newsletters.

Avantages :

There were many platforms but none were as customizable to our Culture, Values, and Reward structure as Bucketlist. Also the service offered to build our own system and launch it was unparalleled to any other.

Inconvénients :

There were some features we wanted that were lacking but have improved with recent enhancements.

Best software for employee engagement

Commentaires : Bucketlist's software has helped our team recognize each other on jobs well done, bond with one another through super fun activities booked through the built-in marketplace, and gave us something to look forward to at the end of a successful quarter. In short, Bucketlist helped us feel like a real team and kept our spirits up whenever we experienced burnout.

Avantages :

I love how the reward system ties into the core values of our organization. That helps build a sense of community and rallies our team members around the same goals, whilst encouraging peer-to-peer recognition and and driving employee engagement.

Inconvénients :

Bucketlist has done a ton of good for our team, I just wish there were some more options on the in-app marketplace to choose from.

Great tool for rewards and recognition

Avantages :

I love that Bucketlist makes it easy to recognize my team for their accomplishments in and outside the office. It's also a great tool for helping our team stay connected to our core values.

Inconvénients :

While I use the peer recognition Slack integration often, I find that I don't use all the features of Bucketlist on a regular basis. I do need a bit more incentive from Bucketlist to log into the dashboard and explore their product further.

Loving Bucketlist!

Bucketlist is the most intuitive workplace value program I've seen.

Commentaires : Coworkers are finding personal growth in their role at the company. I also feel like natural, engaging conversations are being formed around our Bucketlist goals.

Avantages :

I love that I can keep up-to-date with my coworker's professional and personal achievements. Because of Bucketlist, I discover common interests naturally with my co-workers.

Inconvénients :

It's hard to say. I would love it if I could also have a Bucketlist group with my circle of friends.

Great app!

Commentaires : Overall myself and my colleagues enjoy Bucketlist as it gives us an easy way to recognize our team members who sometimes probably feel under appreciated until now.

Avantages :

Its an incredibly easy platform to recognize and engage employees of different departments. It allows us to reward those who are going above and beyond and foster a sense of appreciation for our hardworking employees.

Inconvénients :

It takes a bit to get used to and to ensure everyone is using it to its full potential you need to ensure everyone has been oriented to the new software. This requires more time and training.

Bucketlist alows closer relationship between management and workers

Commentaires : Initially, i did not have interest with Bucketlist . Buckerlist was not posted where wrokers punch in. Buckerlist informatin was posted on the hallway where employees dont notice it.That is why i was not aware of buckerlist until a close friend should the QR code. Then once i was registered in Bucketlist, i spread the word and it catches fire with my friends.Overall, i have a great experience with Bucketlist.

Avantages :

I ike the most is the recognition of employees services and how to redeem it quickly. Bucketlist bridges the gap between employees and management. Bucketlist encourages employees to work better, knowing there is reward later.

Inconvénients :

Bucketlist shows your favorite co workers. Bucketlist, after thorough analysis, identifies which employee needs to be fired from work place.

Bucketlist Points - Worth the effort!

Commentaires : It is nice to know that my hard work and efforts are noticed and result in my ability to be rewarded with gift cards of my choosing.

Avantages :

It is a boost in your day when you receive points for a job well done. I was surprised to see the vast number of gift cards available for bucketlist points. Points turn into appreciation.

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints about this product, it is easy to use and worth the time and effort. Since my organization is a market and I work for several hospitals it is unfortunate that most of my customers cannot find me in bucketlist to award me points (this has been brought to my attention) because I am only listed with one facility instead of all the facilities that I service.

Bucketlist rewards

Commentaires : Awesome. it was super easy to redeem, I would prefer if that was hard copy of card but e-copy is good too just don't want this to loose in my emails.

Avantages :

I love the fact bucketlist points give that opportunity to appreciate your peer and let others know the achievement done by the individual. This is super easy and most efficient way to say Thank you and acknowledge.

Inconvénients :

Not much of Cons, Only as manager you can have more then 100 points per week to distribute,

Feedback to bucketlist

Avantages :

Ease of use and simple UI design with nearly flat colors which are pleasant to eyes.

Inconvénients :

My suggestion would look least interested still I want to talk about it. If I search on google as "bucketlist", I get so many other results, rarely anyone relevant to features Bucketlist providing though. I would say SEO could be improved to make it stands out in the google search results that makes it more reachable.

Great tool to share success stories and getting company perks

Commentaires : If you are looking for a tool to share success stories within your company, express recognition for someone who helped you out or just send some cheers along the way, Bucketlist is a great and very well integrated tool. It comes with all the little gimmick you are expecting, so you can add emojis as well as pictures to your text. You r company can create their own badgest like "employee of the month", "over achiever" or whatever you want.
The customization allows you to get what you exactly want.
On top of that you can collect points to either get perks your company put intpo the store or you can choose from a variety of gift cards. The "out of the box" gift cards work like a charm. I just recently redeemed a gift card for Boston Pizza and it took less then 5 minutes from redeeming the poits to have the actual gift card as a PDF on my cell. I love it!

Avantages :

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of anything, It really depends on how well you get the tool customized to meet your companies needs. Also I am just a user and do not administrate the tool. So, hard to say.

Bucketlist recognition for my team, peers and colleagues

Commentaires : We all want to give recognition and encouragement to our fellow teammates, and this makes it so easy while putting them in a running feed so that everyone can share in the positivity and motivation!

Avantages :

I like the ease of use. The whole process is easy to navigate from sending recognition to redeeming points myself. I like that there are fun little touches like gifs and emojis that add a little whimsy and/or meaning to the words and points awarded.

Inconvénients :

I have not found anything that I did not like or was hard to use with they process yet.

Bucketlist review

Commentaires : Productivity has increased overall. Also brings an excitement to those who receive or give points to coworkers helping out the general attitude of the workplace.

Avantages :

The product has helped productivity grow in multiple different areas. Gives employees something extra to work for. Bucketlist is also simple to use and easy to learn. The ability to recognize your peers on your own and not just managers adds an extra bonus to the product.

Inconvénients :

Some rewards show up at different timeframes. It would be nice if they were all in sync. However, 80% of they time they are super quick. I think adding a little spice to the rewards website would be good instead of just a list with rewards. Needs to be more eye-catching.

Employees Appreciated

Commentaires : My overall experience with Bucketlist, is having the opportunity in letting my co-workers know what a Great Job they do within our Company.

Avantages :

There are Awesome advantages to having the Bucketlist, it really helps that individual employee know that they are appreciated for everything that they do within the Company. It shows that you and only you are acknowledged for the good work & helpfulness you give to other employees within the company.

Inconvénients :

There really isn't any Cons for me to mention. It's a Great Software to use within any Company.

Bucketlist

Commentaires : I love giving points out at the end of the week and it’s so cool to see what points you have received during the week. I mostly redeem points for gift cards so I save up the points and use the gift cards for gifts or for my favorite restaurants!

Avantages :

I like that you are able to redeem points for not only gift cards but you can redeem “experiences” you can use your points to hike the smoky mountains or learn to fly and I think that goes perfectly with the name because it can really be used as a bucketlist.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could change the “viewable by” to more than just recipients and the whole organization. Like if I wanted to compliment a coworker on something they did I’d like to copy their manager.

I would prefer all users were notified when recognition was given and not just the ppl receiving it.

Would like to be notified when someone comments on a recognition you made or one where you were recognized. Would like to see a list of all recognitions given.

Great addition to our company

Commentaires : The Bucketlist team have been amazing and responsive since day one! They made the start up process super easy sand even held training sessions for the staff. Most importantly, the software itself fits our needs and everyone is happy with it! Amazing experience overall.

Avantages :

The software is user-friendly and very accessible. In addition to accessing the program online, users can download the app (compatible with iOS and android devices) or simply use the add-in feature connected to Microsoft outlook. It has never been so easy to send out peer recognition!

Inconvénients :

There's not a wide range of usage reports available useful for accounting and budgeting purposes.

User Friendly

Avantages :

As a user, I love how easy it is to turn my employee recognition points to real $$ that I can use. I have mainly used it for gift cards, and the process is simple to redeem, get the gift card email and plug it in to the store.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to be able to select a custom amount for gift cards. Sometimes I have to redeem my points several times to get the right amount of $$.
