Avantages :

TripActions can be integrated with my company 's expense system and make my reimbursement so much easier. Notifications are useful as reminders before the trip.

Inconvénients :

One thing that is still extremely frustrating is changing a flight or hotel.

Avantages :

Aucun, rien à dire, tout est mauvais, de la plateforme elle même au SAV

Inconvénients :

Tripactions est un revendeur frauduleux. J'ai fait une réservation d'un hotel très couteux via leur plateforme. Mon manager n'a pas pu valider cette demande dans les 24heures. Elle a donc été automatiquement annulée et débitée. En appelant l'hotel, ils m'ont confirmé que Tripactions avait annulé la réservation, dans les délais impartis par l'hotel qui ne procédait à aucune rétention financière. C'est donc Tripactions qui a gardé l'intégralité de la somme et a refusé de trouver une solution pour me loger.

Très bon outil de réservation de voyage, gain de temps assuré !

Avantages :

La réservation se fait en quelques clics, tout est paramétré par notre entreprise, et c'est très simple de retrouver ensuite les factures. Possibilité également de réserver des chambres d'hôtel pour plusieurs !

Inconvénients :

le temps de chargement de l'app peut parfois être un peu long !

Everything all in one place!!

Commentaires : Overall I absolutely love it and booking trips is extremely easy.

Avantages :

That my entire trip was in one place - and all rewards information can still be applied.

Inconvénients :

The rental car function needs a lot of work. My receipt showed different information than the company had on one trip which was a painful issue to reconcile.

Not worth the time or money

Commentaires : Poor. Not only have they created more problems than they solved, they are hard to work with, dishonest, and overly priced.

Avantages :

That employees could book and have charges go onto the company card, cut back on employees having to use their own cards and get reimbursed.

Inconvénients :

Cost of product. Higher than all of the others we reached this year in our attempt to find a better product.None of the books are actually discounted as they sold us on. Not only can our employees book the same rooms/flights cheaper going to Expedia, Priceline, or directly withe the hotel/airline, but we get charged for using Navan to book as well. One of their biggest selling points was we'd save money with the discounts they get. We don't.Customer service is definitely lacking. They have never been able to solve any problems, in fact they do a lot of back pedaling and changing receipts on the website to cover their tracks when something goes wrong. Have double charged us on multiple occasions, very difficult to get refunded without going to the credit card company. Have had receipts showing we used a credit, but then got charged for that 'credit' when booking on top of the full price of the tickets.

TripActions makes booking company travel easy!

Commentaires : Great tool that is easy to use and gives back perks in the form of Amazon gift cards. Awesome customer service and overall, a tool that makes booking company travel easy! I get notifications on my phone through the app for when I need to check in for flights, if my flight is delayed, and even gate information. I would highly recommend this product!

Avantages :

My company uses TripActions to manage all of our company related travel bookings for Hotel, Airfare, Rental Car, etc. This tool is easy to use and allows you to search only options that are within the company policy range, to ensure you are compliant with reimbursement restrictions. You can also earn Amazon Gift Cards for certain bookings, which is a unique feature that often helps sway my decision of which flight time or hotel I will book to earn extra value. They also have a very responsive customer service team, that is available to answer any questions regarding bookings, help rebook travel when needed, and other support related issues. Overall, a great product that I highly recommend!

Inconvénients :

There are not a lot of cons to this software for my use case. If I had to select one, I would probably say the $15 booking fee that is added on to all bookings, however, this goes to cover the cost of support. If you need to use customer support for your booking, then the $15 fee is well worth it as they manage every aspect for you in regards to questions/clarification, rebooking, etc. Since my company covers this booking fee cost in reimbursement, it isn't really a big deal for me if I don't end up using the support function for every trip.

Take some worry out of travelling

Commentaires : I love it personally. Not sure if it is really required but it is something that I enjoy having access to at our company.

Avantages :

Being able to have what my company deems within budget listed for me to select when travelling. Customer support is also fantastic. Makes travelling a lot easier and auditing information is in 1 place. No need to worry about expensing as it can be connected to corporate CC.

Inconvénients :

Honestly I have nothing negative to say about TripActions. I have had nothing but good experiences with this software.

Platform that makes planning a trip easy!

Commentaires : I highly recommend TripActions to anyone that has to travel. You can use it both for business and personal use.

Avantages :

I've recently started using TripActions and I like how their website is user friendly. You can compare costs from different airlines and hotels and choose the best that suits your needs and budget. It also recommends airlines and hotels from previous bookings making the entire process seamless. Lastly, their customer service is fantastic and super friendly whether it is on the phone or via their chat.

Inconvénients :

I don't have anything bad to say about TripActions. I just wish there was a way to get hotels.com rewards. I spoke to their customer service about it and they said that they are working on it.

LOVE TripActions

Commentaires : Overall, I would definitely recommend TripActions to others. The platform is easy to understand and navigate. There are great features to compare flights and change flights if you need to. TripActions Customer SUpport is awesome. I once had to change flights last minute and they helped me navigate the whole process and even called the airline for me. 10/10 experience.

Avantages :

TripActions is incredibly easy to use. I love the ability to compare different flights across the platform. Additionally, TripActions Customer Support team is top-notch. Quick Responses and Invaluable Support!

Inconvénients :

I've found that TripActions does not always present the cheapest flights. I've actually found flights at the same time to the same locations for 100s of dollars less in some instances.

High-quality automation to track spending processes transparently.

Commentaires : TripActions helped record all expenditures efficiently, especially during external missions, and follow-up processes for expenses were simplified, and officials took appropriate action. In addition, self-monitoring was strengthened, and the spirit of responsibility among team members was strengthened to direct expenditures within acceptable limits.

Avantages :

TripActions makes tracking team and company spending easy. TripActions provides a simple mechanism for scanning receipts over the phone, automation to extract data, add it to an expense schedule, and notify the line manager to take approval, send acceptance notifications, or request additional information. It's also great that TripActions enables us to set a spending cap, and we can also send a request to raise the cap in times of emergency, especially during overseas missions. It's also lovely that TripActions enables us to link a bank card to write down payments via the card automatically. The reports are beneficial, as they give a comprehensive view of all spending operations during a specific period, and officials can analyze the results to make appropriate decisions that ensure that spending operations remain within the specified budgets.

Inconvénients :

The desktop and mobile apps are easy to use, scanning and auto-fill technology work well, and the membership prices are affordable.

Great for companies who have travel, but has some bugs

Commentaires : We don't have to spend as much time manually scheduling flights/bookings which is very helpful, but there have been a bunch of bugs that detracts from that experience.

Avantages :

I like that it's very easy to send candidates a link where they can book their own hotels/flights. We can see everyone who has booked/hasn't booked and follow up with them. I no longer need to spend time booking those things for them, unless requested.

Inconvénients :

There are definitely some bugs that have led to a poor candidate experience for us. For instance, sometimes requests for the candidate/guest to enter their personal CC information even when we have already specified that we are using the company card on file.

Commentaires : Overall, I love TripActions. I use it for all my travel whether it be business or travel. The use of TripActions has become a major benefit to working for Hudl especially since a job in sales requires a lot of travel.

Avantages :

-Customer support -Interface on web and mobile -Prioritizing customer loyalty programs -Amazon rewards

Inconvénients :

-Hard to find flights with flexible travel dates. Have to try searches multiple times or open multiple tabs to find best deal.

Worth it for the customer service alone!

Commentaires : I travel weekly, and use TripActions to book my flights, and sometimes lodging. I have never had a negative experience using the software, and really appreciate the ease and simplicity it brings to navigating the process of getting around.

Avantages :

Beyond the low-fuss, high-ease interface for booking flights and other travel accoutrement, the customer service is beyond reproach. The CS team has helped me out on numerous times and worked minor miracles on my behalf, from last second flight adjustments to researching and answering my left-field questions on how to get around the nonsense that certain airlines subject their customers to. Happy to use, highly recommended!

Inconvénients :

As someone who likes to take a little more control over the particulars of my bookings, I find the hotel section to be a little clunky to navigate for comparison shopping.

Best Travel & Expense Management Software

Avantages :

The software was the greatest travel & expense management software I've ever used. The software is very user friendly and has great features, in booking and submitting expenses with the credit card option. When using the software and credit card for business, company reimbursements are the fastest I've ever experienced.

Inconvénients :

I actually have nothing bad to say about this software. It is by far the best I've used of its kind.

No option for Cancellations

Commentaires : Needed to cancel hotel reservations, was told by tripactions that they spoke to a manager at said hotel and was not willing to accept the cancellation. I personally approached the hotel management and explained the situation, was told that noone from tripactions called and they would cancel reservation at no charge.
In my opinion, trip actions just was trying to take advantage .

Avantages :

I do not like the software. Do not see the cost savings

Inconvénients :

No option for cancellations when schedules change.

Customer Service and Amazon Cash out is shady

Commentaires : It is convenient but I would be interested for the IRS to take a look at their business practices

It is not bad if you get a decent customer service rep. but it is like 1 out of 5

Inconvénients :

Support is weak and will at times just tell you to do what you need to do instead of assisting. The Amazon rewards is a shady program that works but they don't offer verifications of cash out or receipt. They have a system that will clear out your balance and not indicate in any way that you got the money or provide any way of tracking. They pass it off as Amazon's issue but will not assist further

Great Tool to Quickly Book Travel

Avantages :

I love being able to compare hotels in one spot quickly. You also can't beat the Amazon rewards. Its a great money saver for my company, and a great reward for fiscal responsibility. I also like having a quick itinerary I can access via the app with all my trip details

Inconvénients :

One thing that is still extremely frustrating is changing a flight or hotel. I can do this task in a matter of seconds on an airlines website, yet I still have to engage with a human via chat on TripActions to change details of trip. Recently, I needed to change a couple of flights and it took 14 minutes for me to get it all sorted. There needs to be a quick and easy way to change travel plans yourself, particularly flights, without having to chat with anyone.

Fast and simple to use, with rewards to boot

Commentaires : Very satisfied with TripActions to date, slick modern UI and makes booking travel simple.

Avantages :

Feature-wise this is on par with most other travel booking sites such as concur. The website is quite modern and loads quickly which is important. Most of the time when booking travel, you are waiting for the search query to finish running. TripActions UI make it more palatable to wait. I also really like the incentives program which offers up cash which can be redeemed for gift cards if you choose a more affordable option. It's a nice reward for good corporate citizens. The other great thing is that it shows all the different ways to book the property, i.e. through hotels.com or directly through the hotel.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes certain hotel properties that I want do not show up in the primary search. I have to go back and explicitly search for these properties. While the search time is quite reasonable, it can always be faster! But I understand they need to query a variety of systems to get the right pricing.

Streamlines bookings, with no real disadvantages vs booking direct

Avantages :

I'm not particularly airline loyal, and Tripactions seems to provide all the same flights that are available in search engines like Kayak, at the same prices, and passes all of my traveler information back into the airlines booking systems. It's totally seamless, and prevents me from having to keep my info up to date in multiple airline websites. It's cut down significantly on the amount of time I have to spend booking flights for work. Their support has also been incredibly helpful in rebooking flights when I've needed it. They get things done quickly without any hassle.

Inconvénients :

I've heard that folks with high status don't love it because they don't receive the same customer service they'd get if they were booking direct, but I haven't experienced that.

It can take forever to figure out the right hotel -- which has points, which has refundable rates at what price -- it's so time consuming. Can't change hotel reservations once made

Excellent Customer Support

Avantages :

The customer service is absolutely top notch. Before switching to being a user in Marketing I was in Recruiting and booked 5-10 flights and hotels a day for guests. Whenever I was in the office on a Friday at 7pm trying to arrange an onsite for Monday from Europe to U.S. I was always supported by the best Customer Support team that I have ever encountered. Great solutions, quick replies, and great conversations.

Inconvénients :

As an administrator, I would have liked quicker followups for hotels that were blacklisted due significant issues i.e. cancelling and not notifying candidates. As a user now in Marketing and booking own flights, I have no complaints and super impressed.

Straightforward and easy to use

Commentaires : I love that there's one central place to book all trips, where the payment is connected directly to the company and you can link your frequent travel numbers within the app. It's wonderful that TripActions tries to maximize your individual reward memberships to get you the best travel deal for you and your company.

Avantages :

Extremely easy to search for and book hotels or flights. I love the text reminders about delayed flights and the comprehensive itinerary once travel is booked.

Inconvénients :

Wish you could save searches of flights and trips, as we must get our travel approved and can't always book right away.
