Avantages :

The UI is nice and clear with simple navigation. The app's tracking feature is functioning well and blocks all unwanted ads and pages which are prone to pop up. The multiple simultaneous connection function works well and is convenient. Split tunneling is also supported.

Inconvénients :

Speeds, connections and even load times are inconsistent and slow and I need to keep re starting.

Commentaires : Don't really now that I use the "VPN" like I know that it can mainly for "Games", and not for being a "Gamer". I do use "VPN" for a "Swap" drive however.

Avantages :

I like that it allows for you to know what address are assigned even automatically to the device so that it can be used, like many other similar software packages that do almost the same for different reason of another, however, to be able to know the address for other uses of needed information then just monitoring the network, or giving permission to access different devices by different users for different reasons that have permission to access a network, and if not allowed can be block from access.

Inconvénients :

Most software is now based on membership, when I am a one time user for the last forever version of the one time purchase unless as needed to be upgrade, otherwise just doing, adding an update to the existing software, patches, and to the program already installed.

Inconvénients :

The Norton Secure VPN can drop significantly when connected to the server far from physical location. This can affect activities like streaming or online gaming. It is decent for streaming unblocking some contents on platform Netflix, Youtube.The standalone price is competitive, though it lacks some advanced features found in more specialized VPN such as split tunneling or customizable settings.

Norton the No virus

Commentaires : Norton was the first “protective “ program I remember coming out to protect our data online . It has been here for awhile . It is constantly upgrading and becoming more more obsolete

Avantages :

It protected our computers it kept all my data secure no matter where I was using my computer from

Inconvénients :

The price is too high and the amount of scammers who use bottom made it hard to know if it was realy a n invoice from Norton or a scammer

Review of Norton VPN

Avantages :

My favorite part was the ease of set up when installing and when using the VPN. Being that most people in my office are not tech-savvy, the ability to easily launch the VPN was a major selling point, as well as the ease of continuously using it.

Inconvénients :

Probably my online gripe is that it is a little bit costlier than other products on the market; however, the ease of use makes up for this.

Can't be set to come on at boot

Commentaires : It has a fair few countries available and it connects quite quickly. I ditched CyberGhost, which had become more expensive over the years, and thought I'd use this easter egg product that came with the security suite. It's easy to control but the one thing that's a deal breaker is it can't be set to come on at launch. To be fair on my mobile it sometimes does, but it's erratic at best. On the desktop it has to be switched on. That's no good to me so now after months of wrestling with it I am stopping using it, even though it's still essentially free as I still have the Norton Security suite.

Avantages :

It came with my Norton Security Suite with licenses for 5 devices

Inconvénients :

It can't be set to come on at launch, which means you have to remember to enable it

Commentaires : I wanted a basic VPN for secure and private transactions and I trust Norton so the fact they have a VPN is useful,

Avantages :

It just works and has privacy-focused. It is also included in my Norton membership. The fact it auto connects on untrusted wifi is also useful.

Inconvénients :

It can be a bit sluggish when using in other countries. The features are also limited beyond some other VPN solutions.

Expensive but worth it

Avantages :

I like that it protects my information/data securely so that I can feel comfortable keeping my stuff online.

Inconvénients :

It can get a bit annoying with popups about renewing and such and there really isn't any way to minimize that.

Commentaires : My overall experience with VPN is the best i love it and i wouldnt change it for the world. I like that and this is the best secure security that they need to have.

The main problem with this software, i think it could be that some tools and functions are not completely useful, but above all it´s a really good software.

Doesn't work most of the times!

Commentaires : I'm a student who casually surfs the internet for academic and leisure purposes so it is important to remain secure. So why not use the VPN provided by my trusted Anti-Virus provider.

Avantages :

This is a really helpful feature to ensure individual security over the internet and alongside a vast amount of features, this is an added advantage.

Inconvénients :

The VPN feature simply doesn't work most of the time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton quite a few times but with this performance, there are definitely others who provide better VPN service.

buggy at times

it gives you that piece of mind that you have extra protection on your device while your on the go or just using a random stores wifi.

Inconvénients :

sometime i do get issues with things not wanting to load properly making it easier to just turn my wifi off and use my phones cellular data.

Have been using Norton for years and have never had issues

Commentaires : Overall, Norton is a good brand and this VPN is a solid option. The cost is a little high, but the product is worth it. Any VPN is a must for security online, especially when hackers and other malicious actors are doing everything they can to steal your data.

Avantages :

One of the best aspects of this software is that it is easy to use and very user-friendly. Scans websites and links quickly. I have not had connection issues when using it, which is a plus because other VPNs I used have been slow and made my browsing experience poor.

Inconvénients :

It can be expensive, especially in comparison to other VPN companies that have basically the same product. However, Norton is known to be reliable, so there is some name recognition that must be going into the price. Either way, if you can afford it, I have had no other issues.

The pros you can find are similar to other VPN providers like Secure connectivity, the number of locations to choose from, good speed, and much more. I personally use it for surfing content that is blocked by my ISP or that is available in some other country only.

There is no con of using this software but you can find alternates which can provide much better speeds.

Commentaires : As mentioned, there are many great features and the latest addition of the kill switch was fantastic and brings even more security and safe, comfortable feeling for the end users.

Avantages :

Many features like Split tunneling, On the go access and their new kill switch feature make the software very likeable and to be honest, brings extra comfort to the end user.

Inconvénients :

Overall the experience has been positive - however, if I were to be a tad knit picky, there has been random drops of the connection without a rhyme or reason, not sure on a log report but, this happens very rarely and not something I'd consider a major con by any means, typically it relaunches and stays up without issue after.

Best VPN I have tried so far

Avantages :

I love the app on my iPhone with just a couple of taps I create my own VPN and connect to any of the cities available, it auto detects your location. Very easy set up just download, turn it on and you are good to go. On my line of work, it is very important to keep my communications secure. I also love the add blocker feature.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it fails to connect mostly on 4G/LTE connections

the tool is heavy it makes my OS (mostly windows based) very slow, specially if I put it on auto start with windows

Program is user friendly and easy to use. It has also competitive price. Conectivity to servers works wells so it is good software for doing business abroad.

Inconvénients :

Cheaper price is only for one year. Also loading of some selected pages are still blocked because of recognizing connection via VPN. Otherwise it works well.
