Create and distribute survey easily

Avantages :

Great things with SurveySparrow is, i can build a survey form easily with the build-in template that they have provided and select the survey theme that match with my objective. I also can select the question from the suggested question section.

Inconvénients :

I have tried to moving around some of the text field on the survey form, but it just not snapped on the grid that i want and it making a mess to the form layout and design. I have tried it multiple time, but it just not happening and i don't think there is any way to do it properly.

A very good survey software

Commentaires : Collect feedback from customer and client. Very easy to deploy it into different platform and saves my time when collecting feedback and leads.

Avantages :

Every step in creating a survey form is super simple and almost no learning curves needed before working with this software. Distributing and sharing they survey into email or medial social also can be done easily as they has a shortcut to share it to Facebook or Twitter for a survey that we need opinion from the public.

Inconvénients :

The drag and drop question box is quite buggy and not correctly snap into the alignment. It make the customization process with the survey form more harder than it should be, and i hope they can look into it as soon as possible. User will need to upgrade to premium plan to access to more complex feature.

Surveysparrow is best when compared to any other surveybuilders.The userinterface is easy to setup and use.The customers feels friendly when filling those forms.The best feature of surveysparrow is that it has a lot of inbuilt templates for creating surveys.These templates are very good looking.

Inconvénients :

Surveysparrow has got so many features which are not available in other survey builders bu the user must take premium plan to get access to those features in surveysparrow.

Unreputable Comany

Commentaires : We removed their ap from our website in [SENSITIVE CONTENT] after discovering who billed us. We have been in constant communication with our bank and with survey sparrow with regard to not wanting their software another year. We received no benefit from it. After our tech support removed their code, I was alerted yesterday [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that their ap is back on our site. This means they hacked us in an effort to refuse a refund. So once their code is on your site, they can do this to you, too. This is not a reputable company. We have had to report this to the US FBI for hacking and turn the matter over to our legal support. It has been a nightmare!

Avantages :

We loaded their chat bot and received no benefit from it.

Inconvénients :

Their billing process. We did not sign anything that authorized a automatic renewal. We received no alert to our card to be billed so we could call to cancel. in the billing there is no identification of the company or a way to call to dispute a charge. They say they sent us an email. Tech support found it nowhere in our system.

It's damn too smart and sounds rather too conversational and friendly.With this natural and friendly touch, the customer feels extremely engaged and that boosts the overall conversion rates for whatever purpose the form was built for.I like to start my surveys with a warm message, that makes the reader feel important and increases the overall interaction and engagement rates.then; I enjoy giving users multiple options as this keeps them more focused on providing just simple answers than putting them to work (thinking).The logic condition helps me to assign a suitable option to each question asked. The best feature of survey sparrow is that it has tons of free templates which are used to build surveys.The import and export feature helps in importing and exporting of data which are used to surveys.The user interface is very beginner friendly and easy to set and to use.It helps in collecting and gathering data or used to collect the opinions from a certain set of users.The technical support offered is greatly appreciated.

Inconvénients :

Surveysparrow has more features but user should pay/purchase some premium plans in order to use those features.

It is used to build templates from the customer opinions. It has different types of templates it is friendly interface when filling the forms (or) templates when compared to other templates it is good looking its based on the customer reviews

Inconvénients :

It has many features but we get it only premium plan it is too much costs when we compared to other platforms or survey builders filling to much of forms it get slow

Commentaires : This platform is good for the survey's and can choose the software's by the prediction. The Predictions in the software was soo accurate.

Avantages :

I have been used this platform for months and it was great. This app allows to trial the softwares for free. The survey tools are good.

Inconvénients :

Rough start for the beginners and sometimes software was buggy.

Don't hate it , don't love it

Commentaires : I don't think that it's something I want to integrate into my everyday life I have been a user for a little over two years now and I am actually looking into other programs but overall my experience with a decent I don't have too many complaints and I would recommend it as a starting platform if you're trying to get your branding out there.

Avantages :

Every step of creating a survey form is very simple and has next to no learning curves needed before using the software. It's very easy to distribute the surveys into email or social media platforms and it's just a very personal experience all around you really feel like you're getting to know the customers you're working with!

Inconvénients :

I really don't have too many complaints I noticed every now and then the dragon drop question box is a little buggy and it makes the customisation process a little bit harder than it should be and you definitely want to be a premium user if you want to access all the complex features that it has to offer I do wish they offered a little bit more features with the cheaper plans.

A simple surveying tool.

Commentaires : The mobile-first approach is very welcome as today mobile is the most commonly used.

Avantages :

I like the personification of surveysparrow. After signup, it gives me a signup URL which is good for a quick lookup or can work without a website. If I need to take a survey for my personal quick survey I don't have to include my web dev in it. Just passing the web URL will be enough. The chat survey is completely new to me. The mobile version is very new and I think is perfect for the small screen. Making and sharing survey is very fast as sending survey through this platform is very easy. The UI is clean and does not show any unwanted info.

Inconvénients :

I don't think it has any major issue, just small tune-ups will be great. More template and extended reporting and exporting are needed.

Good software for feedback compilation

Avantages :

Tremendously user friendly. It is very easy and intuitive to create surveys. There is no need for any instructions. Also, the customer support is fast and friendly. The design looks really fresh and there are some excellent tools which really make life easier for us such as the built-in email share and the audience management.

Inconvénients :

Not very mobile friendly. As long as Java Script is needed for the software to work it is hard to access the website on a mobile phone. Also, the surveys lack some variety and it would thus be good if there would be more options for survey customization.

A new way to survey!

Commentaires : This is a great survey tool. Comprable in price to survey monkey but does a lot more. The wave of the future is texting, online customer service, etc...and this kind of survey does that. I love it!

Avantages :

I love the conversational way to ask questions. People taking the survey will feel more at home, more comfortable giving answers. I also love the set-up for each question. It's easy and self explanatory. We've been using Survey Monkey for years and this is a nice change.

Inconvénients :

I would love it if we can use the surveys on different platforms. Not just on our website, but on facebook messenger? That would be awesome! Also, the whole having to resign in every time you go to the site is a little annoying. It's certainly not a dealbreaker, but I would appreciate being remembered.

Good tool to automate your company's survey

The feature I like the most in Survey Sparrow is their ability to save a response that was partially filled!

Inconvénients :

We had some difficulties when sharing the survey with customers and team members in China. Some could only open with VPN.

This survey has really good UI. Really interactive sign-up page. They do justice to their tag line of creating conversation out of surveys. really good customer support

They have very little options in terms of presentations of the surveys. No templates are given for emailing a survey, one fix template has to be used.

If you need a tool to survey your clients, you can't go wrong with Survey Sparrow. As I have indicated, the support is good and so is the customer service before you buy it.

Avantages :

SurveySparrow is the super simple survey tool I've always wanted. There are others in the market, but they are super confusing to use and a lot more expensive. SurveySparrow keeps things super simple and that, in turn, motivates me to use it a lot more.

Easy to use and nice way to reach to your customers

Avantages :

It is pretty easy to develop a new survey (conversation) and they way it is deployed (as a messenger chat) is so different that my conversions have increased a lot. I am loving this!!

Inconvénients :

It still has some lack of customization but they are working on it. I would like to change colors and some other designs. They will also have to improve the logic function of the questions/answer

Delightful

Avantages :

I was considering Typeform but love the conversational style of Survey Sparrow. This is a beautifully designed and intuitive app that's sure to delight your audience. I'm very pleased with it.

Inconvénients :

I wish we could do more with regards to branding, but I believe that's coming soon so it's not a big deal at all to me.

User Friendly Tool

It's up there with other top names in surveying. Definitely user friendly and easy to learn.

Inconvénients :

Follow up, promotional emails can be a bit much, maybe it's just me and there's a way to adjust the number of emails I receive.

I really wanted to like this system, because from initial look it has a lot of basic tools found in other - much more expensive - professional survey products.

After trying to use the survey system to do product concept testing, I ran into several challenges which caused me to switch to SurveyMonkey. These were: 1) Lack of page randomization 2) Difficulty resizing images embedded 3) Limitations of the survey look & feel 4) Lack of bells and whistles, like: accessibility for screen readers, ratings on the quality of your questions

Promising survey software with interesting approach to collecting data

Avantages :

The conversational interface for collecting survey data is a more engaging format. Having multiple options to share a survey (link, website embed, etc) is also a huge plus.

Inconvénients :

The reporting and analyzing survey data has a ways to go. If you need more fine grain tools for collecting survey data and analyzing it, this might not be for you.

SurveySparrow is really easy to setup and so friendly to use. The response rate is just awesome compared to traditional survey tools.

Limited to survey only when it have the potential be so much more... such as a quiz or test tool that can generate a report.
