Avantages :

IT IS A SOFTWARE THAT IS ADMINISTRATIVE IN MY WORK WHICH IS HELPFUL FOR ANY POSITION AND EVEN FOR THE ACCOUNTANTS ALREADY FACILITATES THE USE OF CREATING INVOICES, POLICIES, ETC

Inconvénients :

THE SUPPORT THEY GIVE IS TOO LATE AS THEY NEVER HAVE TIME TO ATTEND YOU OR NOT RECEIVE CALLS UNLESS IT IS THE OWNER WHO MARKS

VoIP calls with quality

Avantages :

The calls are not perforated, the voip does not close. I can talk to customers with quality.

Inconvénients :

As it is a solution for Windows, on Linux I had to download an emulator to work together, but the call quality continues.

Great software

Avantages :

Lightweight software, easy to use, good sound quality. Its free to use so it is a big plus. Excellent documentation online to answer various questions about this software.

Inconvénients :

Very hard to setup and customer support is hard to reach. Have difficulties with some microphones. The interface is terrible.

Great virtual Phone

Commentaires : I like this app. I use it daily in my Home Office and all my colleagues in Call Center with contact with customers

Avantages :

Its easy to use, easy to controll logs of calls.

Inconvénients :

Visuality could be nicer :) It looks like a calculator :)

Easy to Use

Commentaires : As I work in a big company; connecting with people especially they are not in their desk is not easy. With MicroSIP you can reach them while they are useing their computers far away from desk.

Avantages :

When we are far away from our desk for meeting or something, we can easily see that who is calling us. So we can pick up the phone as soon as we see the calling. This help us to be reachable and answer the questions easily.

Inconvénients :

You cannot write the name and call the people unless you do not know the dial number.

Video conferencing I most liked in Microsip software.

My Favorite Softphone

Commentaires : I have tried just about every softphone available, both open-source and paid versions, and have found MicroSIP to be the best of them all.

Avantages :

Runs perfectly on Linux under Wine Excellent audio quality Full-featured Simple, intuitive, clean interface Imports and exports contacts in CSV format Missed calls are clearly indicated by the system-tray icon state and recorded in the log Free! (but it is so good, I gave a donation)

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to have a native Linux version.

MicroSIP just didn't work

Avantages :

I like the IDEA of getting rid of my desk phone and just using my laptop. Since we were converting to VoIP phones, that seemed like a reasonable idea.

Inconvénients :

Actually using it was the WORST. Calls wouldn't come through--my phone simply wouldn't ring. Or I'd call someone and they couldn't hear me. In essence, my "desk phone" became so extremely unreliable that I would go into other people's offices to make phone calls and I let the rest of my team know they couldn't reach my by phone.

I liked the fact that you could communicate person to person without any fee or hassles.

Inconvénients :

The communication cut off once or twice while on a call.

Commentaires : Nos primeiros dias, começamos a testar para integrar os ramais da nossa central PABX e tem funcionado muito bem, a qualidade do audio é excelente e o acompanhamento das ligações em tempo real funciona sem nenhum problema.

Avantages :

Ferramenta completa e gratuita, garante que os usuários tenham as configurações padronizadas e acessem ligações de forma objetiva.Possibilita também que o usuário tenha um bloco de anotação para cada novo contato, garantindo que todos os clientes sejam atendidos da forma correta.

Inconvénients :

apesar de frequentes, as atualizações não refletem nenhuma mudança visual no produto, o que acaba transmitindo um ar de aplicativo mais antigo, porém ao utilizar entendemos que é uma ferramenta completa e muito bem afinada.

Avantages :

Produto de fácil usabilidade e auxilia com as chamadas de voz.

Inconvénients :

Interface relativamente ultrapassada, apesar de simples e de relativamente fácil usabilidade, por muitas vezes o MICROSIP não completa as chamadas, seja por uma falha na ferramenta ou por não reconhecer o número, a ferramenta também não avisa quando a chamada cai na caixa de recados/mensagens ou quando não é completada, um aviso ou mensagem seria útil ao usuário.

Si installa in un batter d'occhio, interfaccia da nostalgici dei primi gestionali per le telefonate Voip ma che contiene tutto

Inconvénients :

Voce metallica nonostante le numerose modifiche alle impostazioni.
