Great service for customized mass texting
Commentaires: We are saving many company hours where we would dial each client one at a time to let them know their tax info was due. This way, we can just send the mass text all at once, which allows our employees to focus on the actual work itself.
Avantages: I liked the ease and flexibility of our plan package. They allowed us to upgrade during tax season so that we might be able to send out mass texts to our clients, by uploading a file with the clients names and phone numbers. Then, when it's not tax season, we go back to using the free version.
Inconvénients: I can't really think of anything I didn't like! Customer support was always super timely, friendly, and competent.

Excellent product and Support
Commentaires: I'm a contractor/consultant for restaurant companies and I want to do more than just send a broadcast. I want the recipient to be able to go further with Q&A or to be able to actually reserve a spot at an event and think there is a real person engaging with them. There are many creative ways to solve this with the Sire Mobile platform and the support team 'Mindy' has been very instrumental in helping to enable my ideas.
A marketing and or communications manager can go way beyond simple text messaging and create conversational campaigns that engage the recipient. The custom campaign builder allows for a variety of strategies and allows you to see how your messages appear to the recipient.
The user interface is fairly intuitive and if there are questions, support is there to assist in a very timely manner.
Inconvénients: Custom campaigns can be complex and a knowledge base would help to resolve some of the basic questions.

Excellent Interface, Awesome Support, Reasonable Pricing
Commentaires: Sire Mobile has provided our very new and small business to begin to use text messages to engage with and provide offers to our customers. The overall pricing, even for very small packages is affordable, allowing companies to scale as they grow. Excellent, onshore, customer support. Recently, Sire Mobile has begun to create content for users to expand their success using their product.
Avantages: Sire Mobile allowed us as new business owners to begin to capture the power of text messaging for our new business. As a business and text marketing newbie, I had a lot of questions when I first began to use the service. Customer support for Sire Mobile is excellent. For this reason we were able to get a number of campaigns up in running in a very short amount of time. The capabilities of Sire Mobile continue to expand providing more benefit to the business customer. We take advantage of the analytics provided to improve our customer communication and engagement.
Inconvénients: I struggled at first uploading excel files to the platform.

Great Resource for Text Message Marketing
Commentaires: Overall, I really like service and will be sticking with them. I have downgraded to the free service, but will subscribe as needed to meet my mass texting needs.
Avantages: Sire is feature rich, yet fairly simple to use and easy to implement. The keywords and landing pages were a big selling point for me, as these features are not typically available with other texting services. (I looked at a lot of different services before choosing Sire). I also like that you have a LOT of freedom with their landing pages, although you may want to use a different service to create your short link because their short link is rather long. There are several options for your text blasts, including opt-ins and a cool two-way texting feature. The customer service department is very helpful and fills in the gaps you may have in understanding how their service works.
Inconvénients: Formatting is important with the phone numbers in your database, meaning they MUST be input xxx-xxx-xxxx. If your 2,000+ number database is not formatted correctly, you will spend a LOT of time entering hyphens manually. (Trust me, I know). Also, there are no clear explanations on scheduling your text messages, so it is easy to make mistakes at first. HOWEVER, their customer service is very accessible and helpful, so LEAN ON THIS RESOURCE to avoid unknowingly texting 2,000 people at 9 AM when you thought you were sending 1 text to yourself. (Again, speaking from experience).

Cheap and Easy
Avantages: Really easy and fast to set up. Unique features. Designed for small business owners marketing to new and existing customers
Inconvénients: There were a few confusing spots but overall easy to use. There is a template that I was confused on how to complete the survey but I reached out to customer service and they promptly got back to me and was really nice and professional.

SIRE's platform is extremely easy to use and very effective
Avantages: Ease of use and all of the cool features that they have available on their platform. The 5 templates they have are all very effective and useful for my business.
Inconvénients: they only have 5 templates... would love for them to create more templates, maybe another 5 useful templates that I can use for my business

I've been using sire to open my first gym business and it has been an easy yet successful experience
Easy to use, well developed, great marketing tool.
The best marketing tool to use, specially to open a new business.
I have been using it to bring in prospect clients and the results have been the best!

After researching A LOT of text marketing systems, this was the most cost effective and versatile product for my small business.
I have always gotten personalized customer service. Quick response time. I feel like a valued customer. Technology that I can trust.
Inconvénients: It took a moment to get acclimated to the dashboard and functionality of the features. There is usually been a Customer Service rep, "MINDY" who is quick to answer questions.

AMAZING Customer Service!
Commentaires: As a speaker, Sire gives me a great way to engage with audience members easily. And again, the customer service is so awesome!
Avantages: Getting a live person on the phone with any company, let alone a tech company is next to impossible these days. But with Sire, I had a direct line to representative who walked me through the entire process when I expressed interest and THEN helped set up my campaign. She was SO patient answering ALL my questions immediately. I truly enjoyed working with her and the set up is easy even for a non-tech person like myself!
Inconvénients: NOTHING. Everything has been great so far!

Amazing Marketing Tool
Avantages: We've been using this software for over a year, and it is so easy to use for the marketing and advertising. I love how it creates the response from our customers right away. It is also affordable and very effective. Look forward to use it regular.
Inconvénients: They've been implementing new features to upgrade their service, and so far everything is great!

High open rates? Yes please!!!
Commentaires: I love having a new tool to communicate with my customers and get high open rates!!!
Avantages: I love the easy of use of Sire Mobile, and they have the most amazing Customer Service, They have always helped me if I ever get stuck on something, they even call me every so often to ensure I am happy with the service!
Inconvénients: reporting can be a little better, you have to go searching for the analytics you need.

I've started using Sire for my cafe business, and it's been extremely easy and helpful to use.
Avantages: I like how user friendly the software has been. I can make updates whenever I need to, and it's been effective in getting in touch with my customers. So far, it's actually helped pick up more business for my cafe.
