So I'm not sure because it only sometimes met our needs and the company never revised our plan and blithely ignored our requests for them to do so.

Good for your outbound SDRs
Commentaires : Good experience, CSM and AE always helpful. Will likely continue using Zoominfo in the future.
Avantages :
Easy to build lists and export across to Salesforce. In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the UX around searches vs lists is a bit tricky when you compare it to other modern prospecting products. This workflow could be a bit more seamless, and I'd love better connectivity to platforms like Slack to enable our SDRs to receive notifications a bit more proactively.

Commentaires : ZoomInfo is currently helping the marketing and sales team solve business problems related to data and information. Our sales team relies heavily on it to generate cold leads; to do this, we collect accurate contact information, including company email, phone number, account details and any other relevant details related to projects within companies. It's everywhere. In marketing and sales, we put it into practice.
Avantages :
The flowchart is the part I appreciate the most. I like that the reports can be displayed along with additional information about who is submitting them. Since I can now get in touch with the right people, this greatly improves the sales process. Thanks to the daily or weekly triggers, I don't have to spend too much time on reports, which is great. When it comes to account and contact data, ZoomInfo really shines. All the information provided is accurate and actionable. The reporting tools and dashboards are exceptional and provide a wealth of useful information.
Inconvénients :
Loading contacts into our CRM has been a bit of a challenge for me. Sometimes the activation subscription sends an email with all the necessary details, but other times, it just provides the same information again.

ZoomInfo.com promised cell phone numbers for HR buyers and they literally “argued” with me about providing them when we maybe received 25% AND they charged me more! Further I told them I had my own list of buyers and didn’t just want arbitrary company hr buyers yet I received I guess any HR buyer. We immediate reached out after first trying and seeing what was occurring and it was never resolved. The initial person we spoke to is not there and the guy we met with said he had all recordings but didn’t acknowledge our issue and frustration within the very first week. Then sent our account to collections because they essentially sold us something they could not deliver yet wants us to still pay when we didn’t even use it after the 1.5 months. They were untrustworthy and untruthful to simply get a sale. I’m going to find the [sensitive content hidden] and send a similar response because they need to know about this! We reached out to them immediately after purchase as we didn’t have a chance to “see” before we bought😡!

Commentaires : Very traumatic experience. Aside from it is very expensive, zoominfo's customer service is really poor. I reached out to cancel my subscription however, I was told that an account manager will call us. Until now I have not heard from anyone.

Easily the worst company I've ever done business with

TL;DR — This company does not care one iota about customer service. They do not care about you or your business. They don't care about maintaining a good relationship in the pit of a pandemic. And even when times are fine, they don't care about giving you what they said they'd give you.
Here’s the experience
* I spent three months telling the sales rep exactly what I needed.
* Each time I explained it, she said something like, “Our plans just changed since last we spoke, but yes our current offer can meet your needs.” Confusing as all get-out every time she explained it.
* Finally decided to try it, because since they’ve bought out their competitors they’re the only one we could use.
* After two days we realized something was very wrong.
* They basically said, “Oh you need another plan for that.” Note: we did exactly what we said we’d do.
* Kicked it up to sales person’s manager: After 5 mins of listening, “Shoot, we’ve got you on the wrong plan.” Did they change our plan and admit their mistake? Nope... 363 days with the wrong plan and nothing we could do about it but give them more money and hope it would be different.
* We improvised with what we had as best we could, lost a lot of time, didn’t yield what we needed.
* Nine months later I get a surprising call from their collections agency telling me I have to pay a bill. These guys never called me, never sent an “in this together” email. In April, the pit of the pandemic, they just shot me over to collections. Wow.
Avantages :
The data quality is good and has improved over the past few years. This has been accomplished through numerous acquisitions of competitors, and either they were always a terrible company or the disarray from M&A has cast them into such chaos that all they can do is sell whatever they can get people to agree to buying, and operate a platform. Whatever benefit they provide is so overwhelmingly overshadowed by their apathy and lethargy as a firm that I'm repeatedly reminded of interactions with corrupt functionary bureaucrats in failed states every time I deal with them. This may sound like hyperbole, but I assure you that it is not. I specialize in emerging markets and the only time I've ever seen behavior like I have at this company is in the most forgotten and ungoverned parts of the world — the places where if you don't like what they're serving, or if they didn't do what they promised, you can just go shove it or pay them more and hope that you finally get what you need... eventually.

We were sold the wrong benefits despite roughly three months of discussing our needs with the sales rep, and the company did absolutely nothing to amend this despite the sales manager's first impression on reviewing the problem being, "Oh shoot, we've got you on the completely wrong plan." So I'm not sure because it only sometimes met our needs and the company never revised our plan and blithely ignored our requests for them to do so.

ZoomInfo is a great tool, but ...
Commentaires : Overall it has worked well. I did consider integrating with our CRM to add complete contact details when we had information missing, but it made me nervous with privacy laws so I did not do that. Overall the software works well and does what it should, I just wish there was a little more flexibility with segmentation so all companies could be found in a specific market.
Avantages :
I really like that I can look up complete contact details for individuals we've talked with but may not have complete info.
Inconvénients :
The only thing I've found that I don't like is that when I compare information from ZoomInfo with other platforms like Dunn & Bradstreet, D&B is able to find more companies and contacts than ZoomInfo. However, to be fair, it works the other way around too where ZoomInfo finds some that D&B does not. I wish the segmentation could be more broad, then drill down from there.

Tons of contacts, a bit clunky and expensive
Commentaires : It helped me find prospects that I can reach out to with cold email campaigns and I didn't have to spend hours and hours generating my own lists, so it saved me tons of time. Before ZoomInfo, I would spend 4-5 hours generating a manual list of 50 folks. Post ZoomInfo, I could pull a list of 500 people in 5 minutes.
Avantages :
There are a tons of accurate contact information in the platform, which is great. It was very easy to set up lists for different parts of the country so I could come in every day and pull prospect lists of folks that I want to reach out to. It was also very easy to go in and find one-off contact information for folks that I may stumble upon on LinkedIn or something.
Inconvénients :
ZoomInfo charges you a per contact fee and the filtering is difficult to funnel out folks that aren't applicable to me. Often times my list still has folks that aren't my ideal prospect. And filtering them out again before I export to Excel and am charged a credit is nearly impossible and very cumbersome. I wish that piece was easier.
One place for all the info needed to devolop the business
Commentaires : The main problem that Zoominfo has solved for me is "getting contact info for my daily targeted leads."
Avantages :
I can easily find my leads(point of contact) with a huge choice of filters. I can also get their contact info from here including business email, business phone number, supplement email, mobile number, and headquarter number.I can also export my leads in form of Excel which saves a lot of time. It has all the features you require to finish your sales target.Also, there is its chrome extension.
Inconvénients :
Although it is better than other platforms still sometimes it gives the wrong contact info. And I will suggest an improvement that should be updated as the user's LinkedIn profile.

Commentaires : I've had a good overall experience with ZoomInfo SalesOS. The platform offers a lot of helpful features and insights and is simple to use. By streamlining our sales procedures and automating a lot of our operations, it has allowed us to boost our sales productivity. ZoomInfo has also provided exceptional customer service and technical assistance. They are always willing to assist us with any queries or problems we may have.
Avantages :
I loved ZoomInfo's user-friendly layout and the vast amount of searchable data. The ability to focus searches on particular parameters, such as location, job title, and industry, was also fantastic. It was also very beneficial that I discovered the contact details to be correct and current.
Inconvénients :
The fact the ZoomInfo is not user-friendly and can be challenging to navigate, especially for those who are unfamiliar with database search engines, was the aspect I disliked the least. The search results may also be cluttered and not necessarily contain the most up to date information.

ZoomInfo is a best of best to access organized data at single counter.
Avantages :
Its ease of connectivity & sharing data with other tools, for example, LinkedIn SaleNavigator, Salesforce, Stepstone etc. An option to add or edit info as per need, multiple ways to reach out targeted contacts and accounts. User friendly, even a first time user can work effeciantly & effectively. List matching & cleaning options, bulk verification within clicks.
Inconvénients :
In my opinion the scrolling through option while using multiple tools, like Linkedin SalesNavigtor should be little different or more improved.
Review for Zoominfo - Good idea of it but inaccurate data
Commentaires : We wanted a prospecting tool that helps us in finding new contacts that might be interested in our products/services. The tool has helped us in designing personas and then getting data out for lead generation activities.
Avantages :
I would say it is very easy to use when it comes to the best thing about ZoomInfo. The intent tools are great and help in finding out up to 6 topics per account. The UX are good. The chrome extension is good that helps in visiting any website and finding out the contacts within that company.
Inconvénients :
The data that we have been getting is inaccurate, we have contacted Zoominfo a few times and they said that they check data every 6 months, in 6 months people do change jobs which results in high bounces. Secondly, it is very expensive, whereas competitors offer great pricing (Cognism, etc). I mean the idea of it is really great but in reality, it is not the most recommended tool.
Biggest disappointment of the year
Commentaires : This has to be the biggest disappointment, and I would never recommend this tool, it's extremely pricey, and when we reached out to our Account Manager for help, he kept saying “well, I remind you, you're on a contract”. We don't feel like we're being listened at. We are still waiting for options to fix this issue, or to cancel this tool that has been of zero use to us. Furthermore, we've gotten training where they keep repeating the same and the same, taking little value from it.

Where do I start? Since the beginning we express our concerns to the AE assigned to us, that ZoomInfo could be “too big for us”, since we target mainly small to medium companies; after we were reassured that the Data was updated and taken from several channels, we decided to go ahead with the solution. Three months in (almost four), and we haven't gotten one single good lead. Some of the issues are, but not limited to 1) a lot of the information for small business was not up-to-date, 2) "Small businesses" that always end up being part of a bigger company, 3) Mixed information from companies from the Intent because the signal and the suggested contacts are pulled from different companies with the same name, 4) it can take up to an hour to clean ONE contact, since the information is mixed, and as stated before, many times the data is not updated, many people who "doesn't work there anymore", 5) When using the Intent feature and calling the lead, they rarely know what we're talking about, or they got a solution “weeks ago”, 6) Intent topics are locked, and you can change them only a few times during the year, so you want to be extra mindful with those, but of course, these topics are NOT open to you. They give you a long excel list with a thousand of topics for you to “select”. This is so complicated and takes so much time, when it would be easier to do it with on a sharing screen meeting, so 7) will be lack of support.

There are a ton of features and functions that provide so much information on current and potential customers. It makes use of all the data that can be mined through Google and other sources and provides them in a way that is useful and easy to consume.
Inconvénients :
It is a pricey product and it can be hard to get buy-in but the ROI definitely make it worth it
Wonderful Tool For Sales
Avantages :
Zoominfo, in my experience, is the industry leader on accurate prospect data. They consistently produce the best email, phone, and other contact information. The chrome extension is GREAT and makes quick lookups from Linked a breeze.
Inconvénients :
It would be a huge improvement if integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn could be further built out to assist with holistic sales motions, rather than just trying to leverage Zoominfo by itself.
