Peace of mind with Site24x7!

Commentaires : If you want a low cost, but reliable service that sends you alerts of uptime of your website, servers, etc., that are critical to you or your business, Site24x7 is extremely reliable and affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend it. Try it, use it, if you don't like to pay for the full version, at least use the free version so you can realize the value of said alerts. :)

Avantages :

Site24x7 'really' monitors your website uptime and sends you timely alerts if it becomes unavailable.

Inconvénients :

Frankly, I can't think of any cons right now. It does a simple task, but effectively.

Best Cost effective Central monitoring solution

Avantages :

1. 1 minute polling in all monitors.2. Can add multiple webhooks for different type of alerts.3. Good third party integrations.4. Inexpensive as compared to competitors.

Inconvénients :

1. Lacks multiple configuration profiles for monitors2. Need more integrations with incident management platforms like Opsgenie and Betteruptime.3. The plugins inside server monitors, like Nginx, and MySQL uses extra monitors without giving much information compared to server monitors.

Commentaires : In general it's a pretty good tool that I woul recommend to look at, if you need standard (e.g. OS type monitoring) and to me works like an addon to other monitoring software such as New Relic, SQL Monitor with their own specific pros and cons ...

Avantages :

Ability to keep good track of your estate with detailed alerting and notificions through a number of channels (text, voice, email etc.) depending on the priority or environment. Really helps to judge wheather something is going on production which need's immediate attention or let the alert be for a while when CPU consumtion on test is a bit high, that doesn't require immediate attention.

Inconvénients :

It's pretty hard to implement standard build plugins or even implement your own custom build plugins. This has everything to do the way things are meassured and the way thresholds and availability checks are setup. You could endup with a bunch of false possitives during the night .... It would help a lot if this was documented better or explained in a training of some kind.

Site 24/7 provide an 24/7 support which is phenomenal and KB article which will help administrators and users and user guide which will help to add monitors , trouble shooting the issues and fix the issue.

Inconvénients :

Location based monitoring where our clients will deploy the url global but site 24 /7 provide a location based down alert which all considered as false by our clients

Commentaires : Having Real-Time Alerts for My Infrastructure, and the Call and SMS System are Incredibly Helpful

Avantages :

I have been using the product for 3 years and it has worked wonders for me. The ticket tracking is very useful, and the call and SMS alerts have made the department proactive in addressing an incident, allowing for minimal possible impact of the incident. I highly recommend this product 100%.

So far, everything has been working quite well.

Avantages :

Site24x7 does a good job of monitoring our website uptimes, makes it easy to set things up for multiple users to get alerts via email, SMS, and phone, and is very cheap considering the cost of having our website down while we're running PPC ads.

Inconvénients :

No complaints - it's exactly what I need in this service. If anything, it has too many options that I don't need, but that's ok.

Commentaires : Alerts and handling of fast events, root causes and mainly having the entire infrastructure consolidated in a single console.

Easy to use, quick to implement, at an affordable cost and good value for money, for the features it provides.

I would think, not being able to look at SQL statements without implementing APM for source code monitoring.

Avantages :

Easy Integration. Up and Running in an instant. Whole thing was set up for the whole website and support servers in less than an hour.

Inconvénients :

The german translation could be a little bit better. it's not bad it's just a bit funny or unusual at some points.

Great server and service monitoring tool, wouldn't run my business effectively otherwise!

Commentaires : Site24x7 is solving the issue of unexpected shutdown of VM, or unexpected termination of critical services on the VM causing customer downtime.By being able to see potential issues due to resource constraints, or be alerted to unexpected service failures, we're able to proactively action resolutions for customers, increasing customer satisfaction.

Avantages :

Site24x7 is like having a set of eyes watching your critical resources for you, 24x7. I can't imagine running my PaaS business without it, as I'll be operating blind. The automated scripts also enable condition-based self-healing of services which assist in maintaining a very high uptime.

Inconvénients :

None - wish I've found it sooner as it has improved customer satisfaction.

Avantages :

The free account provides a good opportunity to get to know the software well, without imposing restrictions on usage time, which allows you to test well and get to know the software better.

Inconvénients :

Some points that I understand are great to improve the experience of the free part is not free, which ends up confusing the operation a little on certain screens.

Easy to use, very cheap and powerful. It has many features to monitor from server health, to website URL and integration with third party applications as well.

I got really amazed by the number of supported services and the myriad of configuration settings you can manage on each service. Even if it makes the software a little difficult to set up at first, you can manage lots of variable to make it suit your needs.

Inconvénients :

As you have lots of settings available, some times you get puzzled were to configure it properly, for instance when setting up notifications groups/teams. But it is completely manageable, and you can reach your goals using different paths.

Commentaires : Very easy to monitor all our current infrastructure and implement it with StatusIQ for automated status page, where we have all the incidents fully automated.

Site24x7 has one of the most advanced configurations. You can basically monitor anything you want - from servers to IoT devices.You can also very easy integrate everything you monitor to their StatusIQ - status page application.

Inconvénients :

Due to the many options and configurations you can make, sometimes it's hard to find "what is where".

Site24x7: A best in class product at a cost level for small business

Commentaires : Using Site24x7, I am a rockstar with my clients. I can closely monitor critical systems and websites and react before they even know that something is wrong.

Avantages :

It connects with every conceivable network, computer or software to give an amazing array of information. You can even set up a custom integration. I was able to use with AWS, Azure and onprem with minimal impact on system resources. I can provided my clients I am monitoring solid and detailed reports with a touch of a button. The alert system han email, SMS text or even call you if an alert is triggers and you can set up very sophisticated alert scenarios (that even use AI to reduce false alarms).

Inconvénients :

The setup and a couple feature have a complexity that can be slightly challenging.
