Avantages :

Ease of use. Communication tools between all users. Access to multiple job posting sites while only having to manage one application through Apploi's system.

Inconvénients :

Restrictions regarding listing salary or bonus information in the title of posts.

Commentaires : Overall it was good. There are little things to improve on like the messaging system but otherwise I will continue to use Apploi

I loved the ease of use of Apploi when creating job listings.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes messages between people we were interviewing didn't show so we had to switch to emailing.

I dont know when initiated was able to access---now cannot get on system..I receive emails with names and phone numbers and depend on my administrator to inform me they even meet criteria

never could get into system to read information on applications

Avantages :

Apploi is user friendly and up to date with all the tools and resources an employer needs to find quality applicants in a timely manner.

Inconvénients :

The new look has been a little harder to get used to, but I am working on it.

Commentaires : Apploi makes the review of applicants easy. Everything is organized and in one place. You can communicate with applicants directly and keep track of the communication. Its a quick reference to track where you are in the hiring process of applicants

Commentaires : Apploi took the stress out of me. Apploi is there to help you with your employees needs, you can hire every day. They do the job for you.

Avantages :

Apploi was a big release for my home care agency. After hiring Apploi, I was able to keep my clients and accept more. I have a pool of potential employees in my account. This is a good tool to get employees 24/7.

At this time I have not seen or encountered anything negative with the program.

Quick and Easy

Commentaires : I quickly had my interviews done and then we moved on with the next process for the applicants. Now they are hired and already to go.

Avantages :

It's easier to book interviews because the app sends the text or email directly to the applicant. They reply back and we could schedule the interviews.

Inconvénients :

That any walk-in applicant has to be put into the app manually. Why because some of them didn't leave an email and on the app, you have to put an email if not you cannot go ahead to the next process.

Avantages :

Automatic application process is really good. I like how we can directly message the candidates and not use our personal phone.

Inconvénients :

Noting. Really good system. Maybe add monthly trending report? That would be a great feature to have emailed out.

Apploi Review

Commentaires : It has been positive. It didn't take long to understand how to use it.

Avantages :

The ease of use and the text/email option. It is a very user-friendly program. I also like that you can simply add a candidate to a job if their shift availability changes after interview.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to create job openings on my own. It would also be nice to be able to pause an opening if a specific department is full.

Apploi gets the job done.

Commentaires : I do love Apploi. We are highly dependant on it. It does operate with Wellsky, though we don't really use that aspect of Apploi, because it is faster to do the work through Wellsky. Apploi has a lot of drawbacks, but if you need responses to a job posting, Apploi usually provides them, and that's why we use it again and again.

Avantages :

We seldom have few replies; we are usually blessed with an abundance. Yes, it is sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I'd rather have a haystack full of a few good needles, than no needles at all. We have hired many good quality applicants through Apploi.

Inconvénients :

It has difficulty catching up. It's a slow system and it can't keep up with you if you're in a hurry, and we're always in a hurry. There needs to be a better way to weed out applicants when they don't have the right qualification, or at least when there is nothing on their resume but their name!

Apploi makes recruiting easy!

Commentaires : I really like it. It makes my job way easier as I assist with staffing. it keeps me organized as well.

Avantages :

I love how it posts to so many different platforms and we get higher traffic in applicants.

Inconvénients :

I do not like when I am making an ad that if the job description/ Question template is not saved, I have to open a new page instead of it refreshing without losing any information I had put into the ad already.

Most User Friendly, Self-Explanatory Recruitment App for Employers!

Commentaires : Above Average! Very Positive! 10x's better than the previous system our company used (can't give names, sorry).

Avantages :

Extremely user friendly. There's a button/note for everything! I love that I can keep track, so closely, to my applications.

Inconvénients :

I have heard from more than one candidate that the automated interview reminders are excessive (although I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing). Personally, I don't like that once I change the status of an application, it sends an automatic text/email to the candidate. I want to send personalized ones each time to fit my availability.

Avantages :

We love the ease of use and clarity with finding the right information needed and the way messages are automated, making our job so much easier.

Inconvénients :

We aren't able to reach anyone over the phone for support although it's not needed very often. We've had to do numerous edits to our onboarding docs to make them more functional, but the Apploi team was able to get it right.

Excellent Product

Commentaires : I have a very positive opinion of Apploi. I have used other programs in the past, and Apploi is my favorite. I would recommend it to my collogues. My HR manager has everything she needs at her fingertips to manage employment needs at the facility. I can log on at any time to see new applicants and view their resumes.

Avantages :

I can see all vacant jobs in one area. I can see any communications from applicants. Its a great option for me to keep track of applicants.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. I don't have any negative issues with Apploi.

Commentaires : I had never used Apploi prior to working at this company. I was pleasantly surprised at all the features this program has. It’s a carefully thought out program and there’s nothing I can think of that I would add.

Avantages :

Apploi’s customer service is just a text message away. I can leave a message for one of their many helpful and knowledgeable agents and continue on with my work. In less than two hours they always respond!

Inconvénients :

Apploi checks all the boxes. There’s nothing I can think of.

The minor CON of the program right now for me is the new feature of texting/reaching out to the applicant and when you click on it, nothing comes up and I have to hit text option again and then it will load for me.
