Great company to work with!
Commentaires : The safety awareness in the operation was heightened and the system provided a solution to paperless data tracking of the staff.
Avantages :
The software brings a safety culture to your operation and gives you the option to go paperless. It's taking the next step in organization and data tracking.
Inconvénients :
The company recommended software changes performed by the developer could be a little faster. Overall, very small con compared to all the Pros.

Commentaires : My overall experience with TrackIT was great. I was able to help people almost instantly and able to work my way around within the system to improve our daily processes so that we are working more efficiently.
Avantages :
I really love how you can manage all your needs under one roof: Tickets generated by users, Change Requests, Purchase Requests, IT Asset Management as well. This way, I don't need other software for my other IT needs.
Inconvénients :
They certainly have elevated the way they operate, however, I feel that there are still a lot many internal issues that TrackIt needs to fix on their end before they can make it to the next level.

Avantages :
assigning tickets to resolver team, by name, by group. its organized and fast.
Inconvénients :
slow to load, I think we used the old version of this. its the application version. sometimes its not responding.
Both Trackit Manager (Web) & Trackit Assessment (Tablet) have improved our operation significantly.
Avantages :
Trackit provides our operation with a nice balance of out-of-the-box functionality and customizable content. The increase in efficiency we have seen since implementing Trackit is unlike any software we have used in the past. Tasks that use to take hours are now completed in just a few key-strokes.
Inconvénients :
There is currently no app for Trackit Manager (iOS or Android), which would not be an issue if the web-interface was a little more mobile-friendly. Also, the software works best on Google Chrome, which is not a "Con" in and of itself, but it does limit you a bit.
Good tool for training, efficient, save time
Commentaires : Easy to use, consistency from all instructors, all evaluation forms are available, immediate feed back to the trainees, easy to search for training files.

Bugs, unable to correct events since the last update of Track It Manger, GPS - Maps not always accurate.

Easy to use, simple interface, ability to include scanned documents in any portion of the software is helpful for things like CHP audit
Inconvénients :
Occasionally can get stuck when entering a lot and it wont recognize some of the drop boxes, can occasionally get hung up
Track-It is super responsive to their clients needs. Need a report, they work to make it happen

Some dashboards could be more robust, but company is constantly making improvements to this functionality.

I have been using this software for more than one year, and we did not have any problems yet.

The thing I like most about this software is the Customer Support. Customer service is very timely and on point during the very first phone call. Rock on!!

The thing I least like about this software is that from time to time, if you have a lot to input it will impact the performance of the software.
Overall great LMS program, lots of potential great customer service.

Implementation of electronic media to capture employee performance. Great customer service and willingness to listen to feedback and implement changes ASAP. Constant thriving to improve.
Inconvénients :
Not as user friendly. Good knowledge of database principles needed. Limited user permission abilities.
