Great cutting-edge contract management software

Commentaires : Juro makes the life for our legal and sales teams significantly easier. We've cut down the time taken to create a contract by 96% and also made tracking of signatures much more visible.

Avantages :

Juro makes creating and managing customer contracts at scale an absolute breeze. We can get a customised contract out to a customer in seconds rather than 30+ minutes now, are able to chat with customers and answer their questions within the contract itself, and get instantly informed via Slack when it's been signed.

Inconvénients :

There are two primary areas of improvement: - The first is the ability to track changes - we create new versions of contracts on a constant basis, so being able to redline, see what changes have been made, and store those versions in a logical way would be hugely helpful - The second related point is the version control - the filing system for contract templates is rudimentary (i.e. there is one folder for all templates) and would be improved if it was possible to add subfolders However, the benefits for us far outweigh the above as we have workarounds

Great contract management tool for ensuring contracts are filled out correctly

Avantages :

The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. This ensures that our account managers are able to accurately complete contracts and reduces errors and back and forth with clients.

Inconvénients :

Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. There needs to be a feature to automatically see the renewal date of the contract and allow you to see a list of upcoming renewals each renewal period.

Something good but major flaw

Avantages :

Pretty easy to use and contract negotiation part functions well.

Inconvénients :

It has major flaws concerning signing procedure. Attachments are not legally part of the contract since they are not merged as attachments to actual signed contract. And you can change attachments after signing. This has caused major issues with the customers.

Commentaires : Excellent! From the start they have been a pleasure to work with and the tool has surpassed our expectations.

Avantages :

How easy it is to use, how they are always improving and adding new features and how responsive and helpful customer support is.

Inconvénients :

Friction in encouraging third parties to use it, electronic signatures are not globally accepted sadly. Nevertheless, Juro assist as much as possible in adoption.

A great product for anyone creating a lot of different contracts

Commentaires : It's been great so far! No complaints from anyone on our Ops team that is using Juro.

Avantages :

It's made our contract process so much more user-friendly. We prepare a lot of employment contracts, and the ability to have those contracts automatically update based on certain criteria we select (essentially the logic features built into the platform) has been a huge timesaver. We partner with another company who we're trying to convince to use Juro as well because their current setup of mail-merging contracts is riddled with formatting and other errors. Juro has been awesome for quickly creating error-free contracts.

Inconvénients :

We initially had an issue with email reminder notifications being sent before the document was actually ready to be signed, but Juro support/engineering was able to resolve that for us.

Saves a lot of admin agro!

Commentaires : Very positive. We now have signed terms for all of our new clients, it's increased our signing rate by over 80%. Before, terms would sit on consultant's computers or emails but now they're in a central place, its so easy to find them when needed.

Avantages :

Being able to see when they've viewed the contract is really useful in negotiating terms. It's so easy to train new team members on the software, the short question prompts make it easy for people to create a sophisticated looking contract.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes people haven't been looking out for the email from Juro so they've missed it and we've had to send a follow up email. We get around this by using the sharing link in the body of our emails as well as sending one out.

Inexpensive and API Connections

Commentaires : Very happy with Juro. I use Juro to create contracts using the API and their document templates.

Avantages :

Juro is ridiculously cheap and I can get everything I need on the free plan.

Inconvénients :

The structure of the API was a little tricky to figure out but it didn't take long.

A Smarter Way to Manage Contracts with Juro

Commentaires : I like how Juro software makes it easy to manage and organize our company's contracts. It's easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. This has made transitioning to using Juro a smooth process.The software has some areas where it could improve, such as the reporting features. Another area where it could use improvement is how well it integrates with other tools we use.Overall, I've been happy with my experience with Juro. Avantages :

It makes it easy to create and manage contracts with other people or businesses. I especially like the way it helps us track how well our agreements are working by analyzing the data. I also like that Juro is very customizable, so it can be just the right tool for our specific needs. It improves our contract management process.

Inconvénients :

I had mixed experiences with the platform. While it has a lot of features, the interface can be confusing, and navigating it can be difficult. Additionally, the software can be slow and unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks. However, the customer support team at Juro has been responsive and helpful in addressing these issues, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I believe that Juro has a lot of potential as a legal contract management platform, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of user experience and performance.

Very feature rich contract management platform

Avantages :

The mass contract-creation and sending functionalities are a powerful function of Juro (E.g.: For mass amendments of contracts). Management likes the ease of use as well as the mass singing functions. Thus contract signing requests are fulfilled quickly as a rule. The interface is modern and highly simplified. Most users can learn the main features of the contract editor in a very short time, most functions are very intuitive.

Inconvénients :

Import of .docx files could be better, though .docx with simple structures pose no problems.

Commentaires : Juro has taken out the stress of sending out documents and has allowed my clients to sign the document within seconds, avoiding the arduous process of scanning and signing the terms.

Avantages :

Juro’s platform has significantly improved the efficiency of our legal function and has enabled our legal team to spend more time focusing on high-value work. Thanks to Juro, teams within our business can send out clear, well-drafted, beautifully designed commercial agreements that can be signed quickly. Crucially, all of this can be achieved with minimal input from our legal team. These gains have been well worth the time that we’ve invested in implementing Juro!

Inconvénients :

During the early stages of using Juro (late 2019) we noticed a few minor operating glitches on the platform. Juro’s excellent customer service team were however able to promptly correct any glitches that we highlighted.

Commentaires : Overall Juro has enhanced the contracting experience with us. Everything goes much faster, templates are easily set up and the whole contracting process is streamlined and efficient beyond expectation.

Avantages :

The ease of use is unparalleled and the interface is both intuitive and easy on the eye. Onboarding is fast and all users have it easy to get started in the system.

Inconvénients :

There are some minor glitches working in Safari, but each time they've been quickly solved by the support team.

Does the job, could integrate better

I appreciate really clear and transparent interface. It is easy to understnd. Juro is flexible and can help us with different teams and multiple company processes and relationships.

Inconvénients :

Integration was easy. I don't find anything to be improved. Maybe multilanguage of the interface could be introduced.
