It has been great for mid size company and large contact base.

Inconvénients :

I just tried to compose a NEW message to a current client on my phone and can't figure out how. I can respond to any message I already have but can't create a new message.

Simple Solution for GREAT Communication

Avantages :

Text Request is simple to use and allows us to view our messages from multiple screens

Inconvénients :

We have had some issue implementing the SMS chat feature into our website and that is frustrating

Text Request is definitely a tool I’d recommend for any business looking to enhance customer communication.

Avantages :

What I like most about Text Request is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The ability to send bulk messages, schedule texts, and set up automated campaigns has significantly improved how I interact with clients. The real-time reporting and detailed analytics give me valuable insights into customer engagement, allowing me to adjust my strategy effectively. The integration with other tools is seamless, and the support team is always responsive and helpful when needed.

Inconvénients :

The one downside is that the platform could offer more customization options for message templates. While the default templates are helpful, having more flexibility to adjust them to specific needs or branding would be a great addition.

Don't use if you want to get alerted of incoming messages

Commentaires : We really enjoyed Text Request for the first six months ago. Without the ability to be notified of incoming messages, it is almost useless to us. We might as well buy a cell phone and have the texts sent to that number, but I don't have the time or energy to cancel and start all over again.

Avantages :

We like the basic functions and love the templates for similar texts that we send over and over.

Inconvénients :

Text Request used to alert us of incoming messages but that function stopped working. Obviously we need to know when we have new texts coming in! We were told they were working on a solution, but that was months ago. They suggested we "escalate" messages meaning we set a time (we chose 5 minutes) and after that time, Text Request will send a message to my personal phone letting me know that we have an incoming message that is over 5 minutes old. Having messages sent to my personal cell defeats the purpose of an app on our computer that we can all share.

Avantages :

I like their customer service. Anytime I've had an issue, they are easily accessible, quick to respond, and always offer the best solution.

Inconvénients :

As a newer company, there were a lot of issues to work through in the beginning. I think there are still some flaws to work out but they have improved a lot.

Modernize Your Communication Methods

Commentaires : I was very skeptical about cutting down on phone time, but it has been an amazing experience. Clients love it.

Avantages :

The ease of use. Intuitive and user friendly. I love the way unread texts are highlighted at the top of the screen. This saves us countless hours, and allows us to rapidly give simple results, reminders and check on clients after visits. Clients love being able to communicate quickly during their workday.

Inconvénients :

The only downfall of texting is that you have to be careful of word choice, or clients can misunderstand tone.

Text Request helps us grow our programming

Commentaires : TR has provided an essential platform to contact our program participants and have them respond immediately. There are several features that help us or organize groups, send scheduled messages and also use the out of the office messages to respond when we are not working.

Avantages :

The ability to mass text our participants and have them respond or individually text them in a conversation.

Inconvénients :

Some of the administrative functions are hard to navigate.

10/10 Text Request

Commentaires : Text Request had made my first office job easy to accommodate to as communication is what keeps a facility moving forward, and text request has done nothing but give us the ability to move forward stronger.

Avantages :

I love that Text Request gives you the ability to communicate with all necessary employees through one single platform. It also allows all internal employees to see everyone's messages with the external employees which saves us time and makes us work better as a team.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any complaints about Text Request. I love to have access to group messages, different location conversations, and coherent manners to effectively communicate.

A great texting program

Helped close business

Avantages :

phone app works well. Helps to keep me in touch w my clients when I'm away from my desk.

Inconvénients :

I was unsure what number it was coming from when my clients would ask.

The Switch that Needed to happen

Commentaires : Overall, we have had a great experience using TR. We have enjoyed it and our clients also love that they can contact us on the same number that they can also call. I love that it is not a normal 5 digit number that seems like spam but our own number that our clients trust.

Avantages :

Overall, TR has really helped our company reach out to as many clients as possibly, have availability 24/7 for them, and and record so much data for the team. It is so user friendly for all ages that are employed at our company. It is also decently priced for what the product offers.

Inconvénients :

There are some times where TR wont send out messages, saying that they could be spam. Nothing seems to trigger this and we looked into how to fix it but nothing has worked. We need to use symbols sometimes like a dollar sign. Additionally we already have our account approved with 10DLC.

Text Request Makes Transitions From Other Platforms Easy

Commentaires : My experience has been very positive! I enjoy Text Request more than I did with the previous platform that we utilized. I truthfully don't have much to complain about.

Avantages :

I really enjoyed that Text Request allowed us to transfer our contacts from our previous texting platform. It helped us maintain clear communication with each of our clientele. Their group messaging function is also very useful, and I'm thankful that there are safeguards that it presents to us for use in avoiding group messages to patients from being marked as spam.

Inconvénients :

There aren't many complaints that I have about their services, but sometimes I notice that my text conversation with a contact does not appear within the "Conversations" tab when I search for them by phone number. Instead, I have to find their contact in the "Contacts" tab and then be redirected to my ongoing conversation with them from there. It happens very rarely, but it does slow down our communication processes when we do encounter a hiccup like this.

Commentaires : The support for Text Request is amazing - they really do care about our questions/concerns and respond quickly, I love how they also utilize LinkedIn to share great information with their users.

Avantages :

Text Request saves us so much time and makes communicating with our clients and their team members so easy and quick. NO more wasting time calling them with updates or questions, a simple text that any of our team members can respond to and keep the conversation going. SOOOOO valuable.

Inconvénients :

I don't like that when we send our group texts they come across as individual texts to the people we are sending to. Makes it confusing to know if everyone received the text or not. We send group texts for a reason so it would be great to receive them as group texts so we can continue the conversation as a group.

Commentaires : One of the worst experience I have had with a phone system switch and one that I want to get rid of as quickly as possible

Avantages :

The sell you convenience and ease. The. Tell you a package has a certain product your were wanting only to tell you it comes with it and now you have to pay $100 extra a month.

Inconvénients :

Terrible customer service. They lie to get you to join. The app works half the time. You can’t delete messages that are irrelevant.

Text Request Will Get The Job Done!

Commentaires : Overall it has been a good experience. We use the product daily and since implementing it, we have only had one day where it was malfunctioning and they rectified the issue the same day, so it didn't have a major impact. Anyone looking for a text platform that provides a wide variety of functionality for a relatively low cost should be checking out Text Request.

Avantages :

An affordable alternative to many other text platforms, Text Request is bursting with features and options. While our company may not use many of them (as we just don't have a need yet), for the price, it was a no-brainer to choose them over other options. It was easy to implement and the support was there to get it done and get it done efficiently.

Inconvénients :

The interface for some of the features can be somewhat cumbersome at times, however, it is also still pretty easy to figure out.

Seamless transition

Avantages :

They were the first recommendation from the Zip Whip application that we were using before, and had a great demo for us to see how they work. I liked that each message had to be marked as read individually, a problem we where having with Zip Whip was that the messages we accidentally being marked as read and clients and staff thought we were intentionally ignoring their messages, which was not the case at all. This issue was completely solved by switching to Text Request.

Inconvénients :

Nothing so far, besides some occasional crashes, but the staff is always quick to find a solution.

Text Request for the WIN!

Commentaires : Overall our experience with Text Request has been very positive. I have no complaints honestly. The one con that I listed is more of a suggestion of an improvement that text request could make to their program. We have been pleased with the service we have received. Would recommend to any company looking to switch.

Avantages :

Text Request made our transfer over to their program seem less. We were so appreciative and thankful that it was not a stressful transition. Not only do we use text request for our students but we also use it for prospective students and clients receiving services. The one feature that I absolutely love is I am able to have it on my phone and receive notifications. This is so very helpful for me as the Campus Director of our school.

Inconvénients :

I wish once you replied to a message it would mark it taken care of. Sometimes it can become confusing when you have responded to someone and it will look like another new message. Other than that I honestly have no issues with Text Request.

Text Request is amazing for work place hiring processes

Commentaires : Very positive. I will tell you, had it not been for text request, we would be stuck having to block not eligible for rehires and would make me have to find new numbers monthly.

Avantages :

Works lovely to text those applying for work, especially for setting up interviews from the indeed app.

Inconvénients :

I can't attach names from indeed to the phone numbers.

Non-English templates

Commentaires : I liked the overall Text Request for the most part. I almost wish it was connected to the EMR system so that way if patient's have appointment reminders we can text them from the same number and decrease that confusion.

Avantages :

I like that every patient has their own message history. It creates an easy way for patients to get information and not have to guess who you are talking to. I like the templates that gives you a quick easy way to get in contact.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was more templates in different languages for a non-English speaker / reader.

Commentaires : It has been a wonderful experience. People nowadays tend to feel more comfortable and respond quicker to text messages. Also, it is so much quicker texting than calling. You can get a lot more done in less time. It has been a game changer in our communication with our customers.

Avantages :

Daily use of text request

Avantages :

At my company we use tect request on the day to day to communicate with our guests. Alot of people prefer text over calls, and its a great tool especially when we just have information to pass on, or need a answer questions at the guests leisure.

Inconvénients :

You have to be on the actual tab of text request to get an alert. It does not chime unless you are on that tab. We have been experiencing some glitches, but usually resolves itself within the hour.
