Great Property Management Site for free

Avantages :

Very robust and easy to use property management software

Inconvénients :

overall I don't really find many cons. Maybe a live chat when troubles arise

Commentaires : We have used Innago for the past two years for all of our tenant management needs. We love the fact that we can send potential tenants to fill out an application and pay for a background check and how we are able to approve or deny them and connect them with a property and set them up. It streamlines our process and makes it easier for us to do our own in-house property management. We are all about efficiency and Innago is a big part of how we are able to be efficient in our Tenant management. Plus the fact that tenants can submit maintenance requests and we have the system to keep updates and provide photos throughout the process is amazing!

Avantages :

The complete management ability of a tenant from the application process all the way until they set up a lease and accepting rent payments as well.

Inconvénients :

Would like a little bit more customization with the tenant application. Functions like radio buttons or drop down menus.

Glitchy page and poor customer service availability

Commentaires : Have used it for just over a year. After the difficulties listed above and esp accounting, I will be looking for alternatives.

Even though innago sells itself as an all in one property management tool, it’s clunky and unusable when It comes to listing/advertising, tenant screening, tenant application, lease signing, accounting for tax purposes and most other features. When I contacted customer service about setting up a rental application I was told I’d get a call back but did not hear from them. With poor customer service access, this platform is only good for the basic rent collection which you can do easily elsewhere.

Being able to access it anywhere. I travel a lot so convenience is important to me

Payment processing time and their response time when you have a issue is a bit delayed

You need Innago!

Innago has been a great asset to our company! Not sure how we were making it before, and the staff are top-notch! [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing through the process! Any question I have, he has been able to help!! The support team and [sensitive content hidden] are willing to help with anything and answer any question you might have!! I’m so excited to be adding this for our tenants & also for our management team!!

Commentaires : I can't imagine a better tool for owners. There are so many functions and I'm able to do everything I need to properly manage many properties.

It's very easy to use. Intuitive processes for managing day-to-day tasks and a really solid experience for our tenants.

Very low cost per tenant amd really easy to setup and get out to tenants. No monthly fees !

Inconvénients :

Glitches at times but its all free so who can complain really

Some features are a bit limited and could benefit from enhancements to improve functionality

Avantages :

The ease of use. Adding units and tenants is a smooth process. Also that there are free features for the tenants to pay as well as a feature to manually enter payments.

Inconvénients :

Some parts were a little confusing at first, but once I figured out where everything was located, it became a smooth process. This is the first managing my own property, so it was more in my end of trying to get familiar with different platforms.

Innago is the BEST option for small or private Landlords!

Avantages :

I like that it gives me a professional look the most while being free for me to use. It is a great way to participate in the modern age w/o it being expensive for those of us who are using it for a unit or two. My only alternative would be traditional pen and paper which I like to avoid as someone younger myself!

Inconvénients :

It can be a bit overwhelming to start, but I think that argument could be made for any program when you are encountering a new UI.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been a good one.

Avantages :

The thing that stood out to me the most was how when I had an issue with adding tenants through the app in my iPhone and it wouldn’t work. I opened a ticket with support and within the week they had it fixed and an update for the app out. There support team works and fast! Also having docusign made into the app allows me to get lease and documents signed without the need for paying for another subscription.

Inconvénients :

There is a little lag with the app. It the good features mentioned above out way this in my opinion.

Great free property management software!

Avantages :

I did a lot of research on various property management softwares before going with Innago. Rent collection is seamless. It's very convenient for both landlords and tenants. The website is also user friendly! Overall, I'm happy with my decision!

Inconvénients :

It's still missing a few features, but they have implemented some enhancements throughout the years, such as being able to return security deposits through Innago. Also, sometimes the website glitches when logging in. The app can also be improved!

Easy use for any level.

Avantages :

What I like the most of Innago is that it is so easy to use. I started off with no experience and I was able to setup my tenants with no hassle. The tracking of payments is probably my favorite thing thus far. I am able to keep all my tenants document in one application.

Inconvénients :

I would say the small thing that is a bit of a hassle is adding multiple tenants to the same house hold but other than that everything is smooth.

Best Property Management software out there.

Avantages :

Excellent software for managing all my rentals. Excellent service support. Each time I called the support team I got a quick call back and my questions were answered. Maintenance function works great as well and the best of all is it's still for free!

Inconvénients :

The only thing to improve is that the rent payments are takeing too long to deposit in my account.

It’s user friendly and flexibility for different situations is great. I am renting to a company and being able to change and add text boxes to accommodate a companies needs is great!

Inconvénients :

No way to do a sample or test account or lease to see how it all looks from a tenant perspective. For my first time this was important.

Commentaires : I LOVE Innago! I switched from Avail after they raised their prices and was shocked the Innago was free considering how customizable their features were. So many options for both the landlord and tenant with all of the same features I was used to paying for at Avail. I don’t know why more people don’t use this this program over other paid programs!

Had a bit of trouble using the online signing feature, but made it work

Innago - Great for beginners

Commentaires : Overall, would certainly recommend to others getting started. I reviewed a number of competitor platforms but landed on Innago due to the number of built in features and pricing (free!).

Avantages :

Has just about every feature built into the platform that a beginner to mid-level property manager would need. On top of that, cannot beat the pricing. Once you learn how to navigate the platform, it's a great tool.

Inconvénients :

Some items were difficult to locate or took some time playing around to get the way I wanted.

Fabulous FREE Rental Program

Avantages :

I needed a program that would help me organize communication between myself and tenants. This program exceeded my expectations. I was able to set up my homes, set up my lease with digital signatures, receive ACH payments, and communicate effectively with my tenants. Plus, INNAGO is FREE!

Inconvénients :

I wasn't able to add my husband as landlord to sign the lease, but I was able to print it out, have him sign it, and resend to my tenants.
