Avantages :

I love how easy this software is to use - it has one purpose and it does it so well....finding duplicate files on my computer and allowing me to get rid of them.

Inconvénients :

I really dislike choosing which version of each file I want to keep. There is a function to automatically choose duplicates, but that's kind of scary to do a mass selection and then click delete without looking at them.

Super easy to use

Avantages :

I love the fact you can use the auto-select option, which is a time and LIFE saver :) Also like the fact there's a confirmation before the actual "clean". Also saving the session is great.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to point out. It's really does what it's meant for.

Reduces waste .

Avantages :

Duplicate File Finder does a wonderful job at locating duplicates on your system and freeing up space .The first time using it can be an eye opening experience for how much room for more efficiency there is .

Inconvénients :

Not really sure how much of an issue having duplicate files has to be ,to justify buying the program at this price .

Fastest to find duplicate files

Commentaires : I always check my internal and external storage files to have more space.

Avantages :

Fastest find out duplicated files on any storage including both Internal and external storage files.

Inconvénients :

Fastest find out duplicated files but it takes more time to delete. Single category files also fastest to delete.

Removes a lot of waste

Commentaires : We were amazed at how much space duplicate figures wasted . Removing duplicates felt great .

Avantages :

It is really easy to use .You just click a couple of times pick your selected directories and are good to go .Repeat as needed .

Inconvénients :

Compared to how quickly files are removed ,merging ( if you decide on that option ) takes too long .

Simple tool that's SO useful.

Commentaires : It's a simple tool that solves a problem that I didn't even realize I had. Great way to de-clutter your computer and backup drives.

Avantages :

First off, the price! For a sole proprietor like me, the free version does enough. This is a software I didn't know I needed... but as an independent provider, I deal with a lot of clients and a LOT of files. I wondered "I wonder if there's a tool to dump my duplicates left over from file transfers" - and now I run this like, once a month.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. It's free and solves a big problem for me. I guess it takes some time to run, but I usually start it and then go brew a pot of coffee while I'm waiting.

I found more uses for Duplicate File Finder than I knew I would use!

Commentaires : I love the simplicity up front with dropping folders. Then it gets a little complicated. To be honest, I haven't used any of their tutorials, which I should do. It's the best experience with a duplicate finder I've had to-date.

Avantages :

I originally downloaded Duplicate File Finder to find duplicate photos. But when I saw that I could just throw any folders at it, like my Downloads folder, I went to town! I like that the most. I also like the "show in finder" option so that I can easily make sure of what I'm selecting for deletion.

Inconvénients :

I ran up quickly to the barrier of having the free version when I wanted to delete duplicate folders. Looks like I will have to purchase the Pro version.

Remove unwanted duplicates and free up space!

Avantages :

Easy interface to use and you can nominate which files / folders / drives you want to search in order to reduce search times.

Inconvénients :

The file removal system works well. I would like s function to perhaps rename a file i may want to keep as a back up. This option is probably here, but perhaps i just couldnt find it

Useful tool

Avantages :

Duplicate File Finder is convenient way to recover some space on your HDD/SDD. It’s really simple to use with user-friendly and interactive interface. I mainly use it to manage my photos and Photoshop resources. It’s very hard to track the duplicates that I download when working on couple of large projects. “Duplicate File Finder” works flawlessly , saving me much needed space. I love the photo viewer. It saves me the time to open each image individually and check what it was.

Inconvénients :

The pricing is reasonable , however after the 1st year you lose the software updates.

If you need to clean up, this is useful

Commentaires : This software has cleaned up our computer at the office. If not for this software I would’ve had to do it all alone manually and I probably would’ve missed many things, so I find it very useful

Avantages :

This software is very useful if you need some help cleaning up the hard drive at work. I know for us at our company we had multiple dual files because we have so many different users on the same desktop saving documents. It definitely is easier than manually going through and deleting myself

Inconvénients :

I feel it could’ve been designed better and it definitely could have a better visual appearance. Other than that the software is pretty good

Useful Tool

Avantages :

Great at finding and identifying those pesky duplicate files - if you download something twice, or dropped it in two locations or if a file has been sent a few times. Good way to free up disk space.

Inconvénients :

Not much to complain about other than this should be built into an operating system rather than be purchased third party

Commentaires : La verdad es que pudimos resolver muchísimos problemas de archivos duplicados de la extensión que fuera y se liberó muchísimo espacio en las máquinas

Me encanta este tipo de software qué Me resuelve realmente la problemática de los archivos duplicados en mi PC realmente es genial.

Inconvénients :

No tengo nada que decir ni hecho en falta nada todo lo contrario está genial este software, me encanta

I need to keep things in order and be able to find things when I need them. I don't have time to search through duplicates. This software is excellent for this

Inconvénients :

I can not find anything negative to say about this software yet. I am comfortable with this product and would recommend it
