I like the fact that I can unsubscribe quickly from any email service.

Inconvénients :

The iOS application is, in my opinion, almost un-useable, given that it has almost no integrations with Apple Mail that I use as my main email software.

J'adore le concept.

Avantages :

J'adore le concept de Mailbutler. Le design et les fonctionnalités sont super et simple à comprendre et utiliser.

Inconvénients :

Son tarif pour une personne seule (solopreneure) qui ne fait pas beaucoup l'utilisation des fonctionnalités plus complexe ou conçues pour les grosses «business».

Very important for my email workflow

Commentaires : Excellent. When I had a problem or a doubt, they were always fast to answer and solve any issue I might had. It's very easy to use and solid. A complete win for me and my company.

Avantages :

My interest in MailButler's was based on the ability to schedule emails. Sometimes I work long hours or at home, but I don't like to send emails outside my official wrk hours to my clients, and only by this feature alone it's worth it. After that, having a nicer email signature, knowing when my emails are open or havong email templates just sweeten the deal. It works smooth with Mail app. A happy customer since the first time I used it.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it doesn't deliver the emails on the scheduled timing. It happens seldomly, but happens.

I can't live without MailButler!

Commentaires : I have tried most of the third-party email clients for Apple, both app-based and Web-based. While you can get a lot of third-party add-ons for Gmail, for example, they are created in a vacuum where no add-on necessarily knows about any other add-on. Interfaces are mixed, some add-ons interfere with others, there is no logical product roadmap, and problems are rife. Mailbutler is powerful, well-integrated, logical and all its features just work.

Avantages :

Pause before sending, alert when attachment is missing, menubar pulldown of emails summary, smooth seamless integration with Apple Mail, regular new features rolling out, open-minded development team that listens to user suggestions, lightning fast and competent customer support and so much more...

Inconvénients :

I don't think features are missing so much as I might be missing features, by which I mean I'm not sure I'm exploiting all of MailButler's power. And...that's part of what I love — finding new ways to be even more productive!

Commentaires : It works perfectly, but I think that there are other more cost effective ways to do what this software offers

Avantages :

It integrated easily with my native mail app to fill a gap between what Microsoft Outlook would do and features offered in Apple Mail eg delaying send, setting up templates,

Inconvénients :

The limits on the number of actions in each level didn't really fit with my business and I found it to be more cost effective to just buy Microsoft Office and use outlook

Boosting Email Productivity and Organization

Avantages :

It's so helpful to know when recipients open my emails, ensuring timely follow-ups, like when I sent a proposal and saw it was read immediately.

Inconvénients :

The email tracking feature is great, but it’s only available in the paid version, which might not fit everyone's budget.

Swiss knife for email

Commentaires : Overall, the product is solid and support is responsive.

Avantages :

I like the email tracking and scheduling features. I write a lot of emails late at night, however I don't want those being sent at that time, scheduling emails for the recipient sugggested time means I can catch them when they are most active and I am able to keep track of when they have opened it and clicked on any links I add.

Inconvénients :

I think that the signature feature is lacking as I use a custom html signature and this isn't supported. From the features/ideas board, it seems this was a feature before, but they removed it for some reason. I also think that it is slightly expensive for what it offers, but there are not many alternatives out there doing this.

Commentaires : Better functionality and use of time in my communications.

Avantages :

This add-on has been crucial for functionality in my business and allows me to use my email system already in place. Scheduling ahead and templates are absolutely necessary and I love that it is constantly improving.

Inconvénients :

Only downside is there are times when scheduling ahead that it will freeze up or just won't schedule. This is not happening as often lately.

Avantages :

I have been using this software for a number of years, they are adding new features time to time. Email tracking is very detailed. Very happy with the product

None that i can think of. I use it with apple mail.

An amazing productivity tool

Avantages :

Easy to install, very easy to use, very useful to boost your productivity (the TASK and the SNOOZE features really help me a lot)

Inconvénients :

Every time the software is updated you need to quit and relaunch Mail in orders for the updates to take effects. Just a little small annoyance, though.

Commentaires : Easy to install and configure. It is very intuitive to use.

Avantages :

- Really like the e-mail tracking with regards to when e-mails are opened and links are clicked - Scheduling e-mail is also really important as it allows me to communicate more effectively during the work day without overloading the recipient(s) with e-mails outside of regular business hours -Mailbutler has enabled me to know when recipients have opened emails thus allowing me to follow up at a later time

Inconvénients :

- Not sure if a different package would allow me to identify which recipient has opened the e-mail when sending to multiple recipients

Mailbutler Has Become A Major Part of How I Do Business

Commentaires : In the 2 years or so that my team has been using this, we've had no real problems with using the product, and when we've had questions they've always been answered in a timely manner. We've recommended the product so many times to others who are seeking software to do this job and inside Facebook groups that we are part of.

Avantages :

The notifications that I receive when people have opened up a mail and/or clicked a link have become invaluable for my 'Just in time' follow ups.

Inconvénients :

It would be great if you could get these same notifications when using the product on a mobile device.

Tracking made easy

Avantages :

The ability to know exactly when someone opened and read the email without asking for a read receipt is so good, it allows you to act dynamically in pursuing leads, chasing responses and more... the ability to add custom signatures to multiple email accounts makes life so easy and the Schedule send is the icing on the cake

Efficient, simple and what else

Avantages :

Integration with the Mail Mac client easy and simple. It works fairly well within an Apple environment despite some issues with the "send later" option. Allows with its readiness, efficient managing of email flows and follow-up. A terrific cutomer team: prompt to answer, reliable, professional

Crashes from time to time Mail Mac and few issues that yet are oftenly corrected with updates.

Great add-on to Apple Mail

Commentaires : Really like MailButler. It keeps my email routine organized. The possibility to set reminders and to confirm when an email has been read is very useful. Customer service is A+ Highly recommended !

Mail Butler Makes My life Easier

MailButler - my invisible scretary

Commentaires : The support is NON PLUS ULTRA. They are always happy to help you and they do not let any issues go into oblivion. The issue is resolved within 24 hours!

Avantages :

Mailbutler is a part of my every day's communication with ozens of business partners, customers, friends. It never allows me to forget what mails to send when and to whom. It also gives me the opportunity to block sending of the mail I wrote when I realize in the last moment that this mail should not go and the SEND button is already pushed! You get use to it very quickly and once you are used to it, you never go back! Congrats to the developing team that constantly makes improvements to the present features and adds new ones! Thumbs up!

Inconvénients :

The business version lets you see where and when the recipient opens the mail. Great tool & feature, but it is really overpriced!

Essential for Apple Mail

Avantages :

I bought it so that I can tell when people read my emails without having to request a read receipt, which continue to flood your inbox. It provides that information exceptionally well. I also live for the "snooze."

Inconvénients :

I need this product on my phone as well. I have to draft an email and wait until I get to my computer so I can send it, otherwise I won't get the read notifications. I would love to know about my links, but that feature is too expensive. I use bitly.

Are Your Emails and Email Links Being Seen and Read?

Commentaires : Again as I have indicated, users not in a business environment would not be able to purchase the professional edition as it is expensive

Avantages :

Mailbutler is an amazing piece of software. Whenever I send an email or an email which has links, I can be notified by Mailbutler that the email has been read and if the receiver has opened any links that I have included in my email. There are many other features to this software that I can use when necessary like delaying when an email can be sent.

Inconvénients :

The Mailbutler Business is the professional side of Mailbutler which is extremely expensive for users who are are not in a business environment but would like to use some features in the business application.

Easy install with seamless integration to EverNote

Commentaires : Great, does just what I expected it to do. Would recommend if you are an EverNote user.

Avantages :

I downloaded this software because of its integration into EverNote. I don't know what I was expecting, but it turned out to be much easier to use than I envisioned. Simply click on the MailButler icon and leave a note or keyword and your email gets automagically saved into EverNote.

Inconvénients :

I wish that the trial period was longer, I got busy with other projects and didn't get to fully test the software. But what I saw I liked, easy install, easy to use, and stable (I'm running macOS Big Sur).

Expensive but so tempting

Avantages :

The ability to schedule a mail send is beyond value sometimes. Apple mail has nothing to compare. Tracking is also very useful

Inconvénients :

The price.. for such a small business as mine the cost to schedule a mail send is just too much to justify. That's all I really need and the free plan was ample for me but now that it's going I'll have to use Gmelius which I really don't want to do.
