"Software Completo y de sencilla implementación y uso"

Commentaires: Si algo destaca de todo el proceso ha sido el acompañamiento y la cercanía del equipo de Kenjo que nos ha ayudado en la parametrización. Hemos tenido muy pocas incidencias, pero cuando ha habido alguna se ha solucionado en menos de 48 horas. La experiencia con el equipo de Kenjo ha sido y continua siendo excelente.

Avantages: Trasladamos a Kenjo nuestras necesidades específicas en la gestión de nuestros procesos de selección y recibimos una respuesta rápida y absolutamente personalizada. Además de ser visualmente intuitivo y atractivo es práctico y funcional. Con una mínima formación cualquier usuario puede sacarle el máximo partido a la herramienta.

Inconvénients: Es un software que ha ido creciendo con el tiempo, en un principio parecía que podía estar limitado, pero reconozco que han sabido ir aumentando las funcionalidades con mucho acierto. Lo que en un principio parecía una debilidad ha sido uno de sus puntos fuertes por su capacidad de reacción y adaptación.

Commentaires: Mi experiencia con Kenjo es altamente satisfactoria. No sólo es un software que nos facilita el trabajo, ayudándonos a automatizar procesos rutinarios que nos permiten aportar más valor, sino que además es el punto de encuentro de todos los empleados de la compañía y la plataforma de referencia para nuestro día a día.
Además el servicio de soporte y, en general, el equipo de personas que integran Kenjo, nos brindan una atención personalizada y muy rápida a la hora de resolver dudas o consultas, teniendo siempre en cuenta nuestras sugerencias de mejora o funcionalidades que nos gustaría tener.

Avantages: Es muy intuitivo, sencillo de utilizar y su interfaz permite que puedas revisar información de un sólo vistazo. Además es totalmente personalizable, por lo que puedes "construirlo" según tus necesidades y lograr así una mayor eficiencia.
Tienes la posibilidad de tener toda la información interna de la compañía de manera centralizada, creado tus flujos de trabajo y automatizando las tareas más rutinarias

Inconvénients: Aún es un software joven por lo que a veces se echa de menos alguna funcionalidad aún no implementada

Commentaires: Tolles Team, welches bemüht ist, sich für alle Belange des Kunden gewinnbringend zu engagieren.
Features werden regelmäßig am Kundenfeedback erweitert und optimiert.

Avantages: Usability sowie der Fokus auf Performance Reviews.

Inconvénients: Ausweitung der Recruiting-Funktionalitäten

"Sexy Tool, das alle notwendigen Features bereithält"

Commentaires: Ich bin sehr froh dass wir es haben. Den Mitarbeitern macht die Bedienung Spaß und Back Office und HR werden entlastet

Avantages: Es sieht toll und modern aus
einfach zu bedienen
alle notwendigen Features enthalten

Inconvénients: es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man nicht machen kann (zB stundenweise Abwesenheiten)
System läuft nicht immer stabil (aber soweit ich weiß, wird daran gearbeitet)

"Muy buena experiencia con Kenjo."

Commentaires: Muy buena, se adaptan perfectamente al ritmo de las necesidades de la empresa. Un equipo muy competente y profesional. Amables en todo momento y dispuestos a cualquier consulta y petición en cualquier momento.

Avantages: La agilidad y sencillez de uso, la facilidad de obtención de datos mediante informes que la plataforma te permite descargar y la autogestión del empleado.En resumen, la facilidad y ahorro del tiempo que el software aporta.

Inconvénients: La única pega que encuentro es la precisión del registro horario en jornadas flexibles. Al solo disponer de localización para asegurar que el trabajador se encuentra en su centro y esta, estar capada a nivel informático por seguridad, no existe otro tipo de "check" por el momento. Por suerte, trabajan continuamente añadiendo mejoras constantes a las peticiones de sus clientes.

"HR-Alltagsheld"

Commentaires: Weniger Administration und mehr Zeit für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen.

Avantages: Kenjo vereinfacht mir und meinen Kolleginnen aus dem HR-Team den Arbeitsalltag enorm. Eine sehr ansprechende Gestaltung und eine intuitive Bedienung des Tools machen Spaß bei der Anwendung. Jeden morgen öffnen wir als Erstes Kenjo. Wir brauchen viel weniger Zeit für die Administration und haben mehr Zeit, um uns beispielsweise mit Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit zu beschäftigen. Dafür nutzen wir gerne die Möglichkeit Umfragen über Kenjo zu starten und auszuwerten. Der Kundensupport mit Kenjo verläuft reibungslos und super schnell. Wir sind regelmäßig in Kontakt und können offene Fragen klären. Unsere Anregungen werden gehört und es gibt regelmäßig neue Features.

Inconvénients: Sobald das Onboarding mit einer größeren Anzahl an Mitarbeitern und Daten erstmal geschafft ist, kann der entspannte Teil losgehen. Danach nimmt dir Kenjo viel Administration ab.
Wir wünschen uns mehr Individualität bei der Erstellung von Umfragen, d.h. auch eigene Fragen/ Umfragen erstellen.
Zudem wäre die Funktion sinnvoll, dass das System den Urlaubsanspruch automatisch errechnet.

"Descubriendo Kenjo"

Avantages: Por ahora lo que más me ha gustado son lo bien que funcionan los workflows y la evaluación de competencias

Inconvénients: La imposibilidad de hacer horarios para el sector retail ya que éstos son muy inestables y el programa está diseñado para horarios que sufran menos cambios.

Commentaires: Nuestra experiencia con Kenjo ha sido muy satisfactoria.
Gracias a Kenjo tenemos visibilidad de todo la información necesaria para RRHH tanto de los candidatos como colaboradores en un solo sistema, nos ha ahorrado tiempo y costos, hemos utomatizamos gran parte de nuestros procesos, el soporte sin duda es totalmente personalizado con atención y servicio único.
Kenjo se ha vuelto parte de nuestro día a día.

Avantages: Considero que es un software bastante completo ya que une tres módulos importantes para RRHH; Reclutamiento y selección, Gestión de personal y Desempeño.
Es un software muy intuitivo por tal motivo su configuración e implementación es muy fácil, realmente nos apoya bastante en automatizar nuestros procesos.

Inconvénients: Tiempo que tarda en cargar el software o en ocasiones que los tamaños de ciertas ventanas se ven de diversos tamaños por así decirlo como que se desconfigura esa parte de lo visible.

Avantages: - The employee directory is easy to use, and we get the history for all changes to each employee's profile
- The automations are hugely useful
- Easily customizable and modular. You can just remove from the dashboard the features you're not using.
- They're actively developing new features

Inconvénients: - Coming from other HRIS systems, the interface can be confusing at times. This is not Kenjo's fault though.

"Kleiner Alleskönner"

Avantages: Die Software hat den administrativen Aufwand von Team-Ferienplanung extrem verkleinert, was eines unserer Hauptziele war. Kenjo ist extrem flexibel und kann individuell angepasst werden. Falls etwas nicht passt, ist der Kundendienst stets bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und notfalls ein neues Feature zu erstellen.

Inconvénients: Noch besser wäre für uns eine stärkere Integration mit Slack (z.B. auch time off requests/approvals etc. via Slack). Es gibt auch sonst noch den ein oder anderen Punkt, der aber sicherlich auch individuell je nach Unternehmen unterschiedlich ist.

"Schneller, moderner Allrounder mit kleinen Kinderkrankheiten"

Commentaires: Bisher sehr zufrieden!

Avantages: Äußerst schnelle Implementierung, hervorragendes Onboarding mit sehr professionellen Product Ownern, darüber hinaus einfaches Customizing von Workflows. Gute Balance aus HRIS und ATS, zuverlässiger Import von Lohnzetteln über simple Schnittstelle.

Inconvénients: Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung ist noch ausbaufähig sowie das Rechtemanagement. Bisher ist die Software noch sehr auf "K" statt "M" Us ausgelegt. Allerdings besteht großes Interesse an Verbesserungen und die Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit der Features lässt auf großes hoffen!

Commentaires: gute Abbildung von Mitarbeiterdaten und Abwesenheitsmanagement

Avantages: schöne Oberfläche, intuitiv für user, alle Funktionen die man so braucht und noch mehr (toll zB Einbindung der Umfragenfunktion oä)

Inconvénients: kleinere Dinge, wie fehlende Übersetzungen (Monatsangaben in Geburtstagen in der engl. Version noch Deutsch), oder keine Unterscheidung von manager/ approval manager, die fehlende Möglichkeit inaktive user zu bearbeiten

"Leicht zu Customizen"

Commentaires: War für uns sehr nötig um skalierbare Strukturen zu schaffen.

Avantages: Automatisierungen sind sehr leicht einzurichten und das Programm lässt sich beliebig erweitern.

Inconvénients: Teilweise ist es schwierig Reports zu ziehen

"1 Tool für alles"

Avantages: Am besten gefällt uns natürlich, dass wir mit KENJO ein Allrounder-Tool gefunden haben, mit dem wir Bewerbermanagementsystem, digitale Personalakte, Abwesenheitsverwaltung und Personalentwicklung in einem haben. Dass es in puncto Abwesenheiten eine Slack-Integration gibt, ist richtig nützlich. Auch wird immer versucht, individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen. So können wir KENJO zukünftig noch weiter mitgestalten.

Inconvénients: Wie es bei Allrounder-Tools nunmal so ist, liegt der Fokus hier oft nicht im Detail, sondern in der Breite der Angebote. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben, dass die Features, die angeboten werden, "sauberer" werden bzw. benutzerfreundlicher.

"Rundum zufrieden- tolle Firma und netter Customer Service"

Commentaires: Ich bin mit Kenjo sehr zufrieden, passt zu unseren Bedürfnissen und bin immer sehr gut aufgehoben wenn ich eine Frage habe.
Als junges Unternehmen, das knapp über zwei Jahre auf dem Markt ist, macht Kenjo einen sehr guten Job und hat schon viele anderen Anbieter aéingeholt....

"Intuitive Software mit vielen hilfreichen Funktionen"

Commentaires: Kenjo unterstützt uns als Personalabteilung in unserem Alltag und die zahlreichen Funktionen haben unsere Prozesse automatisiert und sparen jede Menge Zeit.

Avantages: Die intuitive Bedienung, die allen Mitarbeitern leicht fällt und der super Support, der sehr schnell auf alles reagiert und auch Feature Requests ernst nimmt und konstant die Software verbessert.

Inconvénients: Die Abwesenheitsansicht kann an manchen Stellen verwirren, bis hier die verfügbare Anzahl an Urlaubstagen inkl. Resturlaub etc. erkannt wird.

"Great product, easy to use and amazing customer service"

Avantages: clear dashboard, all functionalities I need are implemented and it is very easy to setup and to use. The team is great and open for customer feedback. I would recommend this tool to any company as the price-performance ration is very good.

Inconvénients: I couldn't find any cons on this product. For the first setup I needed the support of the service team, but i am quite sure that if i would have had a bit more free capacities for it, I would have been able to setup it up even without technical support.

Commentaires: Die HR Software ist einfach und innovativ. Super für unseren täglichen Aufgaben.
Vor allem der Service ist wirklich super!

Avantages: Die Software ist einfach, verständlich und strukturiert aufgebaut. Das Design gefällt uns auch sehr gut.

Inconvénients: Einige Funktionen kommen nach und nach hinzu. Da Kenjo sich stetig verbessert und Hinweise las Chance sieht um sich weiter zu entwicklen, sind fehlende Funktionen nicht ausschlaggebend. Die fehlenden Funktionen werden versucht schnell umgesetzt zu werden.

"Full-fledged HR solution"

Avantages: It has everything. I can stay in one system from first contact with an applicant, through their time as an employee, and even offboarding them. Other system I'd have to do messy API integrations or export lots of CSVs. I also really like their employee happiness score system which other systems don't have

Inconvénients: It has a good employee directory, but I would like an org chart too (they told me this is coming in Nov '18).

Inconvénients: Noch nicht alle Funktionen sind zu 100% ausgereift, aber durch das gemeinsame Wachstum hat man selbst auch einen Einfluss auf kommende Anpassungen.

"Very happy"

Avantages: Very happy of the work obtained from OrgOS. I LOVE working with them, there is no doubt that they know what they are doing and that they are one of the best companies in the field of human resources.

Inconvénients: I really do not have any complaints to leave, their services have been impeccable and it has been a very versatile company that would undoubtedly satisfy any client. Highly recommended

"Great tool for fast growing StartUps"

Commentaires: The initial setup was quite straight forward. We arranged a training session with the OrgOs customer service and were ready to go. So far the most important use cases for us:
- administration of employee details + files
- managing vacation and home office
Both works very well for us and justifies the price. We are very happy with OrgOs!

Avantages: - It is easy to use and transparent, in a way that my team can organize their vacations and home office hours by themselves.
- Well organizied structure, especially for employee administration + respective files. Really saves a lot of time

Inconvénients: Some features seem to be a bit complicated to set up, but doable after a short training session

Avantages: Kenjo is a easy to use tool with a lot of great automation features. The support team is great and they also improve the system constantly.

Inconvénients: Some features could be better when you would have an easy way to customize them to your companies needs.
