Great Product For Reaching Leads
Commentaires: Their team is really easy to work with and always there to help. They have given us lots of suggestions to improve our campaigns. Overall, the experience with Teledrip has been great.
Avantages: Teledrip allows you to get in touch with potential clients in a extremely fast and efficient way. The system they have built out lets us reach an abundance of leads in the time it would take a large team of out-bounders to do the same. Their call and SMS logic is top-notch.
Inconvénients: Some parts of the interface could be easier to use.

5 Stars! - Great A.I. Communication platform
Commentaires: Using Teledrip, I saw telesales expense savings and efficiency gains across the board. Rather than rely on humans to make outbound dials, Teledrip did it for me including text and email. Because of this I could integrate the Outbound and Inbound sales centers (which in and of itself was a huge efficiency gain from a management perspective), leading to lower telesales costs and higher close rates. Because the entire system is automated, our reps only spend time speaking to higher intent customers rather than weeding through the garbage leads. Huge boost for our sales center!
Avantages: Teledrip is a very customer friendly platform, with a short learning curve. Their staff was great getting me started and answering questions, but the platform is so user friendly, you don't need to rely on customer support too much, once you get going (or if you'd prefer, they will manage all of your campaigns). Their AI capabilities are really top notch and the dialing/SMS/Email software works exactly as it is advertised. all communications happen exactly when they are supposed to happen... which is whenever you want.
Inconvénients: I really don't have anything negative to say about Teledrip. The system, staff and pricing have all worked to our benefit!

Teledrip has solved our dependence on call centers in the pay per call space
Commentaires: Teledrips the software is great but their staff is awesome. They have been very helpful in training and explaining their product and goals with our team as well being constantly interested in learning about our needs as customers to better understand what we are looking to achieve with their product.
Avantages: The issue of speed to lead and contacting consumers at their highest level of intent has always been problem in the pay per call space. Using automation and call centers to contact the consumers the moment they had filled out form requests has always worked but the cost of paying a human CSR to process has steadily climbed over time. With Teledrip we are able to not only reduce our call center costs but also use AI SMS messaging to engage consumers on a schedule they themselves define. This has lead to lower costs as well as high consumer acquisition.
Inconvénients: Teledrips is constantly building out new tools to use and while their staff and API has been more than able to help our data analysis needs there could be more robust data extraction tools on a per interaction level. I have faith that these tools will become available with time as their company grows and improves.

Literally automated our entire follow up process
Avantages: The first 5-10 seconds are the most important window of time to contact a new lead. Teledrip made it so every single on our leads were contacted within seconds and as a result, tripling our inbound calls.
Inconvénients: Would be great to have faster exports and also be able to use regex for the AI rules so that we can cover multiple says in a single rule. E.g. if the text contains how much and/or what is the price.

Commentaires: Calling people takes time and effort. Often consumers are not ready for a call and this can lead to challenges with customer experiences. Teledrip provides a professional way of ensuring customers and prospects are ready to speak with an agent. The technology is intuitive and extremely flexible. It can be adapted to suit almost any calling environment.
Avantages: Ease of use, professionalism of their staff and that their technology is so innovative. Having used a number of platforms in the past, Teledrip is without doubt one of best we have ever worked with.
Inconvénients: I can't say there's much we don't like about it.

A solid team delivering a solid product
Commentaires: The team at Teledrip have been receptive and agile to our requests, allowing us to leverage their SMS/IVR technology and in turn driving sales we would not have otherwise had. They have continued to build features that are useful and integrate well with their existing platform. Highly recommend them to anyone from startups to large scale enterprises.
Avantages: Functionality & ease of use without sacrificing efficiency
Inconvénients: The platform requires that you manage your campaigns properly to avoid rebills on unused numbers, however this goes for any system that utilizes dedicated numbers (Twilio, etc).

Avantages: The amount of features and attention to detail is phenomenal. The fact that Teledrip is self serve allows my company to optimize campaigns at any moment. I have never seen this kind of productivity with SMS.
Inconvénients: The only change I would make is that you are charged on a transfer regardless of the duration.
