Commentaires : Invoice Simple is an easy to use invoicing solution that offers several tools to automate the invoice creation process. Once clients are entered in the backend, you can enter inventory or services as templates that can be recalled when creating an invoice. For creating invoices that are frequently the same because you are doing repeat business, this is an excellent feature.

Avantages :

* Easy to use template system with lots of customization * Add inventory or services separately to make invoice creation easier * Multiple client support with Invoice History * All-in-one solution for anyone who needs to create invoices frequently

Inconvénients :

* The software itself is difficult to cancel. You have to call. * There have been a few outages in my 2+ years of using the service. * Customer support takes a long time to respond to issues.

Commentaires : Awful, attitude stinks & revert you to the terms & conditions even when they are at fault !! Absolute joke

Avantages :

The software is easy to set up & all works well, except when you want to cancel your subscription.

Inconvénients :

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE & DONT USE THEM When you cancel they still take your subscription!, I canceled & sent support an email & 10 months after cancelling I find they are still taking my payments. I have again canceled & they refuse to credit my 10 months overpayment DO NOT USE ------DO NOT USE-------DO NOT USE

Excellent mobile software for generating invoices or quotes!

Commentaires : Invoice Simple has been a great addition to our mobile invoicing needs. You can create customized invoices with your company logo and detailed data, quotes as well. Your customer can receive these invoices via text or email and it also allows them to option to remotely pay, or read your instructions for payment. We have found this to be super easy dealing with customers!

Avantages :

Super simple software that I can use on the go to generate quotes or invoices, and receive payment.

Inconvénients :

So far I haven't found anything that I do not like about the software. It was extremely easy to install and use.

Commentaires : Overall, I've had a really positive experience with Invoice Simple. I haven't needed to contact their Support team yet, which is a very good thing, because I've had no reason to! Also, I really like that when I'm finished with an invoice, I can just directly e-mail it over to one of my students directly from the program, and send myself a copy of the invoice while in my account for records purposes.

Avantages :

The thing I like most about Invoice Simple is already in it's name, it's extremely simple to use! I like how clear and precise everything is in it's templates and their layouts. It's a very straight forward database, and it's also universal, and can translate right over to your e-mail which is great.

Inconvénients :

I wish they had more extensive editing for adding graphics onto the invoice templates, or possibly to have more invoice templates to use.

Commentaires : AS I mentioned in cons - I'm dissappointed due to the sudden jump on subscription fee and for being charged automatically withot confirmation after an accidental click on a different subscription plan. I didn't get my money back, although I requested unsubscribing. Apart from that it is a usefull tool, just a bit too pricy for people like me, who need it for one and rarelu two invoices monthly.

Avantages :

Simplicity, contact storage, pre-set of invoice items with prices

Inconvénients :

The sudden enormous change of the subscription fee - from 3 EUR/month to 8 EUR/month, and I have been using it for one invoice per month. There are services which offer such feature for free. I want to ontribute to the project, but sudden change for almost x3 is not okay + another thing is that I accidentally clicked on different subsrcription plan upon what it charged me right away and I didn't get mony back, regardles that I requested immidiate unsubscribing. No service should ever charge based on click without a confirmation!

Commentaires : Customer service was useless. Links in invoices are broken and only lead to the latest unpaid invoice, so customers and their bookkeepers aren't able to download copies for their records. Total waste of time.

Avantages :

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. You get what you pay for & it'll cost you more in the long run.

Inconvénients :

If an invoice has been paid, a customer can no longer download a copy of that invoice/bill for their records. Not complaint with Australian document keeping requirements. Would not recommend.

Subscription cancellation

Commentaires : I didn’t like customer service upon reaching out to them they were not helpful. Also charged me once I cancelled subscription and did not want to refund. Poor customer service for long term user

Website Non Function - Poor Tech Support

Commentaires : This website has not been functioning for over a month except on my phone saying there's a "network error" "this site is no longer safe" and in the advance section of the error it informs me the "certificate has expired" and which company the certificate belongs to, I updated all search engines, tried different networks, and devices and the problem persists, tech support kept repeating the same things to try without coming to a conclusion, as a business owner I am getting very frustrated having to create all invoices from my phone to email to myself to then document as I usually do on my computer, not happy with this service whatsoever, for a good product its a shame to lose clients over technical concerns which can always be repaired on your end if the tech support of website operations is invested in

When preparing a bid or estimate be careful. If you’re in the middle of writing and you’re on a handheld device (phone), you answer a business call, kiss your hard work buhbye!Prepare to complete in one sitting. Most times your work is gone when you return. Pretty annoying.I do a ton of work for H.O.A with multiple addresses, same property management company. When you list your clients name under customers contact, BEWARE!Most if not always, system isn’t smart enough to know the difference scope of work being done. For instance You provide services for unit 4 apple street. List scope of work etc etc.When you return to same address for other work, the old invoice # now becomes your new one. Also anything that was linked to original number gets deleted and un traceable. Invoice numbers are duplicated. Bad for bookkeeping, if a warranty issue arises, your screwed and jus bad for tax’s.

I only used the free service and I regret doing that

There is no way to look at or alter your account. When you log in, it allows you to print invoices but nowhere to see how much they have been charging you each month. This is a slick way of keeping their monthly subscription on the DL I did a free trial and after 5 months I realized my credit card was being charged for an account that I only used 1 and never again. I did not know i was on autopay as these types of emails get into junk and spam boxes. I emailed to say stop and they did not. 3 months later I chated with an online person who finally stopped the subscription and credited me back for the months after I sent the first request to cancel. I don't mind paying for something that I use. But to be charged for months of services that I did not want, didn't realize I had signed up for, or was being billed for is predatory. The right thing to do in this instance is to refund the months where it was never used or the account ever been logged into (which clearly backs my claim of not knowing I was being billed), but they chose to stand by and not give me my $28 back. This is pathetic. These are the types of companies that do not empower their people to do the right thing or management that does not care.

Excellent Resource for storing Invoices and receipts

This is a product I have been using for over 2 yrs now and have enjoyed an extremely valuable service to my company backed up by an incredible chat support service from many experienced users.

Avantages :

I love the ability to create/update and modify invoices on the fly thru the phone app and then the ability to reconcile and review on a computer when I get home I am also able to send my Estimate/Invoice thru my mobile app when and if required and therefore reducing delays when requiring payments.

Inconvénients :

I dont feel there is much about this software that needs improving. If I need to mention something, it would be the ability to record and save when an invoice has been sent and received so I can refer back if any issues with supplier payments. However, InvoiceSimple do this through emails. So they do cover the function.

Commentaires : Overall my experience with Invoice Simple has been great and helpful to my business.

Avantages :

Invoice Simple allows me to control my business at my fingertips! Love the fact that I can save templates for both Invoices and estimates for future clients. The fact that I can get notified when a client opens my invoice is a great feature too. Another pro is that I can go back to the entry and mark down when I've received payment from my client which allows me to keep on top of my business as well.

Inconvénients :

There really is only one thing I can say that I dislike about the product, and that is I wish that there was an option for my clients to choose Accept or Decline when receiving my Estimate or Invoice. That would be a great improvement to incorporate into the system.

Becoming to expensive.

This company seems to be turning into scammers. They are trying to find more ways to take money from people. I have been using this system since January 2018. I paid my last subscription upgrade to use it on my PC and mobile. Now they want extra money for that. I am reporting them to consumer affairs. Hopefully they will sort it out.

A great and easy to use app with all the bells and whistles

Commentaires : Easy to use and convenient. No real paper needed and it looks professional.

Avantages :

The software, especially the app, is very easy to use. I remembers emails and names, allows you to sign documents and makes for an overall easy invoicing experience.

Inconvénients :

The thing that still confuses me the most are the icons at the top right of the app. I'm not sure which one to press to send the invoice as an email and I end up having to go into the menu to send it. That's the only thing about the software that bugs me. I use the software about once a month so paying for it is barely worth it but I keep it around because it has all my contacts and info that I invoice frequently.

Commentaires : Overall, it has been wonderful. EXTREMELY reasonably priced and easy to use.

Avantages :

I love the ease of this software. It has made our "invoicing" life much easier here in the office.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a way to enlarge the font on the invoices. We sometimes put important phone numbers on there for our patients' reference, but is hard to read.

Commentaires : I like it and I have been using it for a couple years. Hoping for some upgrades soon.

Avantages :

Ease of use. Cheap. Saves your contacts. Different currencies available, optional tax feature. Preview mode.

Inconvénients :

Unable to CC anyone, only able to send to one email address. I contacted customer service to see if there was anyway to send to multiple people and they said not at the moment. It seems like a basic features to me that shouldn't be too hard to add to the service.

Avantages :

It takes less than five minutes for us to fill in the information of our client on the invoice and send it to them electronically.

Inconvénients :

Customizing the invoice as per the end need of any company like increasing and changing the size and style of fonts is a bit difficult with Invoice Simple.

Like it says on the tin - Simple Invoicing!

Commentaires : Overall I find it easy to use and it has made my hobbies look so much like a professional business that I will need to pay tax on the income...

Avantages :

It does take a while to set up the custom features like business details, items, prices, taxes etc. However, once this is set up, with a few clicks or taps on the screen, you can send a simple (that's what it's called) but sufficiently professional invoice send to someone by email or text, who will hopefully pay you. It is great for reoccurring invoices where all you change is the date and a few details. You can also record a payment if done offline, for example, paid in cash as is my experience. You can even add attachments to your invoice.

Inconvénients :

There does not seem to be a place for you to record customer comments but then again maybe that is the job of another CRM software and app as this one is Simply for Invoicing...

Excellent value for money

Avantages :

Love how easy it is to use & how affordable it is. It isn't in the same league as the likes of Sage as it's purely an invoice generating tool - But it does it very well.

Inconvénients :

Perhaps some accountancy features would be handy. But no real isssues.

The last thing that you want to worry about is sending bills and invoices. True to form (and to its name!) Invoice Simple is simple and easy!

Inconvénients :

No issues whatsoever, I love the Paypal integration that just launched!
