A fantastic tool with great support!

Avantages :

I love the simplicity and the focus on just the things that I need. There are other programs out there but they can be cumbersome and hard to learn. Mailshake is really easy. The biggest thing is their support.The customer service rep has been really helpful in getting my campaigns going and now I feel way more knowledgeable about email marketing because of her. You will definitely get way more value than what you are paying.

Inconvénients :

Initially I was a little confused but the support team put me right on track. So really the program does what advertises and more!

Great product & great customer support

Commentaires : Outstanding. It's easy to use and honestly the customer service team goes above and beyond for you.

Avantages :

It's just simple to use. Having used other software for cold-emailing that was cumbersome, MailShake is a breeze. It is extremely important, however, to note that the onboarding/customer service is outstanding as well.

Inconvénients :

It's expensive if you have a medium or large team - so I'm worried about scaling costs.

Reliable but confusing

Avantages :

We've been using Mailshake for a while now and it is a reliable tool.Haven't seen any issues with email sending or the deliverability of our emails.It is a great tool in the sense that it offers you pretty much all features you might need to start an email campaign.

Inconvénients :

The design could be updated, as well as the user experience. I always feel like I am using either an old tool while preparing my campaigns, or something that isn't finished yet. The layout and design of the pages is inconsistent as you navigate through the many options, the loading effects sometimes look clunky and broken, but in the end everything works.

Ease of use, and great application!

Avantages :

The application was easy to use for someone who is not a professional marketer. Overall a great application with good reports, and a great support team.

Inconvénients :

There were no cons, based on my limited experiences.

Strong Product for Email Marketing

Avantages :

Mailshake is an easy and intuitive tool to use for email marketing campaigns. Templates and email sequences are easy to set up and they have all the tools you need to get started and run the campaign from a single platform.

Inconvénients :

Mailshake's spam compliance is very strict. Even compared to other industry-accepted tools, Mailshake classifies more emails as risky.

Mailshake Is your go to for sending Emails to Prospects

I love the interface of the platform. I did not spend up to 20 minutes before I knew how to set up campaigns, sequences and whatnot.

Inconvénients :

when sending out emails, be careful about the daily sending limit.

Perfect Tool For Email Outreach

Commentaires : It's the perfect cold email outreach program that is really easy to setup and offers better deliverability than using traditional email marketing software.

Avantages :

Mailshake is my go to tool for doing cold email outreach. It's very easy to setup and use and allows multi-step followup sequences for your email campaigns. They also have an email scrubbing tool you can run your lists through to ensure that you do not get a high bounce rate and hurt your email sending repuation. It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles that some similar tools offer but it's easy to use and works perfectly every time.

Inconvénients :

You are limited to Gmail and Gsuite email accounts at the moment, would be great to expand to other popular email platforms.

Commentaires : I'm not exaderating that the money we spent last year on mailshake that we have 100X our return on investment. I highly recommend their email marketing solution.

Avantages :

Mailshake is easy to use! I love the fact that there is very little learning curve. You can upload your list and start a campaign in minutes. I will say that this was single handily the best purchase of all the software we purchased last year.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing bad to say. They are great from the software to support. I love their software!

Terrible Customer Service

Commentaires : Terrible customer service. Never seen a professional company have a blanket no-refund policy. They've now moved to an annual only plan. Just revenue grabbing and honestly not ok.

Avantages :

In theory great to have everything in one place, if the product itself actually works for you.

Inconvénients :

I realised within a couple days that the platform was not as powerful / not as well built as I thought it was from the demo I was given. Make sure to be as diligent during the demo as possible!I'm sure it works for some people, but there are bugs and definitely significant improvements that could be made.They've now moved to an annual only plan with a no refund policy. So after I quickly realised the product wasn't for me I asked for a refund but they refused. Not ever seen a professional company do this. Just seems like a revenue grabbing strategy in an effort to reduce churn.Pretty poor form as I've now spent ~$1k on a product I will not use.

Best Drip Email Marketing Tool

Commentaires : It's been great and I am getting good leads from my campaigns being running on mailshake.

Avantages :

I have used multiple cold drip email marketing tools like lemlist, apollo but their delivery rate is very low and mailshake has the best delivery rate so far which is the best thing I liked about this software apart from list cleaning feature.

Inconvénients :

Recently they changed their billing from monthly to annual subscriptions and we can't use monthly mode of billing anymore.

Avantages :

The tool integrates with my google account and allows cold outreach. With its advanced autoresponder, it gives me the ease to schedule 3-4 or 5 follow ups in a single campaign. The tool also comes with email templates and custom fields which make email outreach a breeze. The UX for campaign follow-ups is the best I have seen in any tool. It is super intuitive. With advanced features like analytics, I can track campaign performance and unsubscribe prospects who opt out. I can also add prospects during a campaign. Really well thought-through product!

Inconvénients :

I don't have any cons to mention about this software. It just works exactly as I would expect. I just hope they keep improving the tool with new features and templates.

Mailshake is an outreach mass emailing software.

Avantages :

I like reporting style, personalized options for every email that is going out and scheduled sending. The UX is very easy to navigate. The software allows all the basic features such as auto follow-ups and even tracking clicks inside an email.

Inconvénients :

What really annoys me, that I cannot skip a person in the CSV. For instance, if I change my mind and skip the person in my outreach campaign I can't do that. In this case, I have to go all the way back, delete the row in the CSV and restart the campaign again.

Amazing tool for business development

Commentaires : We adore MailShake, I have built my business on B2B email marketing as the engine of our outreach process, and this has been my primary tool. It was great when I first started using it, but they’ve added many valuable features since then and I expect more are coming. I’m afraid to tell too many people about it because it makes me look good and I don’t want everyone to have already heard of it! Love MailShake!!!

Commentaires : Since 2 years I integrated Mailshake into my must-to-have tools list. Before, we wasted a lot of time with email delivery management, but now is much faster, easier and smarter. If don't need a huge automation or biggest CRM's, but just simple and effective workflow, this is your solution.

Commentaires : One of the easiest cold emailing platforms available. Customer service is quick with their responses. Especially in the early learning periods.

Avantages :

Mailshake is clean, easy to use, and their list-cleaning options are remarkable. Additionally, with one of their plans, you are able to assign tasks and phone calls to team members.

Inconvénients :

Downloading custom reports is not available at this time. Also, I would like to be able to put separate sending limits on some campaigns, however the sending limit is a blanket number.

Commentaires : Allows for much better, and faster cold email campaigns. We had a large user list, but were never able to fully capitalize on it.

Avantages :

I heard about Mailshake on the Mixergy Podcast and tried it out soon after. I was really blown away by how easy it was to start a campaign and send it out. Mailshake provides a nice UX for setting up campaigns that are customized. For example you can stop future emails from those that respond, or those that click and adjust the messaging after this. Additionally you can automatically send drip emails at later dates. The service is great and very reasonably priced. The team will also conduct a private review of your campaign and suggest edits, many of which were very relevant (too many links, too many paragraphs, timing of emails).

Inconvénients :

I think this is a newer Saas offering and it shows around the edges. For example, the placeholder text when entering email and password to login isn't erased when you type. This is a small, very minor issue but hopefully doesn't reflect other issues. The team is quick to add features which is nice, so perhaps they are more focused on shipping product than minor details like the placeholder text.

Its very easy to use and pretty interface makes it a delight. It has a decent scheduler and tracking. It also spreads out the emails to allow so it doesn't appear as spam via gmail.

Inconvénients :

One feature that i really wish was in Mailshake was a repeated viewing of an email. Basically when you view a client, you can see if they opened an email and clicked a link, but you cant see if they repeatedly opened an email and link, just the once

Avantages :

Easy to use. Been using this for 5 months now and after about a week I found I knew how to use all aspects of the tool. Sending on average 100 emails a day and seeing great results :)

Inconvénients :

No bad experiences as of yet. Biggest problem I had was with transferring my csv file into Mailshake but thankfully support resolved my problem

UI is really lovely and easy to use. There is a button for every feature. You don't need to know any code.

Too simple. Not suitable for teams. When you add a team member, ıts charge you extra

There is no free trial for new business, so you cant try it first. The mail list does not identify duplicates and sometimes the client received twice the information accidentlly
