Inconvénients :

You can access the website via mobile or app but they don’t have all features available.

Good choice

Commentaires : Positive, we have enjoyed very pleasant and knowledgeable customer service. We can make an online appointment with our account manager, he can share his screen and either fix issues on the spot, show us how to do something or accelerate ongoing issues up the ladder.

Avantages :

The payroll processing and access for employees is what sold us. We can be confident that payroll is done correctly and precisely.

Inconvénients :

Training, there was so much training up front that it became muddled. Also, too many different screens to access with different screens. As the main admin, I would like to toggle through general areas without signing in again. For some reason, it glitches often when trying to get into share and perform. Also, for Share and Perform, the training has really lacked. We were told we would have the option of a store at the beginning, then told that wouldn't open for a while, until we put it on the back-burner and are having a hard time restarting. Personnel changes and we need each person to receive adequate training.

Horrible Customer Service

Commentaires : The product is fine if you want something mediocre. I have been searching for other payroll companies and found a few that are far much better. I recommend PDS VISTA for an MEO type of employer. I am not an ADP fan, but I believe that would also be much better too. This is not worth the savings in my opinion. Also, iSolved purchase Encore back in July, I believe. Since July, I had been asking for demo's in which i received no response other than a short 2 minute demo on their website. When I was finally contacted by iSolved to switch the product over, they only gave me two weeks to switch. Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company. Our date files are a mess and our retirement company still has not received a completed file from iSolved. At this time, I still have not received a demo on the other products I initially asked about. They just switch me over and dropped me.

Avantages :

We have multiple companies (multiple FEIN's) and it is nice to have every employee in one spot.

Inconvénients :

This product is not the best if you have an MEO with multiple locations with separate bank accounts. The system requires that you run a payroll for every bank account instead of one payroll per company. We were forced onto this software once iSolved bought out Sage Encore. The Encore platform was much easier to use in regards to processing payroll. In Encore, it took me 30 minutes (at the most) to process payroll. On iSolved, it takes me about 3 hours. Employees must have an email to access their paystubs. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. You DO NOT have a dedicated account manager. Your emails/phone calls are sent to a hub to where you are waiting at least 30-45 minutes on the phone or you never receive a response from an email. I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Commentaires : We use isolved for Time Clock, ACA Pro, Learn Pro, Payroll/HR, Benefits, Time, and Carrier Connections. I love the Quick Hire feature, its user friendly and really fast to enter new employees to payroll and benefits. ACA makes it simple so all is required is double check the benefits and process the rest is completed by isolved and 1095's are mailed to business in less than 72 hours. Learn Pro is great for employees and admins to learn and stay current with all the features. Benefits makes it simple to enroll employees and track for ACA. Overall its a great tool to have and makes tracking effortless.

Avantages :

Payroll, Tax compliance, ACA compliance and Benefits are all under same platform and always complete on time and less stress.

Inconvénients :

Setting up rules is difficult sometimes changes are made without notification from vendor.

Inconvénients :

The occasional technical glitches and bugs that can be frustrating to deal with are one of our biggest issues with isolved. However, we have found that their customer support team responds quickly to our inquiries and resolves them, minimizing downtime and disruption to our business.Additionally, we've discovered that the advantages of having a comprehensive HCM platform outweigh the costs in the long run, despite the fact that the price of using isolved may be a concern for some businesses. We have been able to concentrate more on our core business operations and drive growth thanks to the time and resources saved by automating our HR and payroll processes.

Incompetent and Rude about it!!

Commentaires : RUN! Terrible attitude /rude / cold staff. Staff is confused and not very knowledgeable in their tasks. Our rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], did not know the difference between "gross" and "net" payroll. They made HUGE mistakes on our payroll, taking double deductions from all our workers and when we contacted a supervisor we were told WE(?) made the changes to THEIR system. They refuse to take any responsibility for their errors. All we did was upload the form they gave us to complete. Clients have NO ACCESS and CANNOT MAKE CHANGES to their system! But we were blamed for changing their system analytics!! Really!? Although we had to pay them for their "services" we ended up writing the checks by hand and having to mail them out. Our workers were LIVID. In our previous payroll we sent funds of $100K which they stated we needed to resend. We needed to get a loan as they did not send back our initial payroll funds. We ended up paying double for wire transfers while $200K in payroll sat waiting for them to accept. They rejected our funds and made us resend! This firm made SO many mistakes, treated our employees and management with such disrespect, and cost us unnecessary time and money due to their many mistakes. Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn. Look elsewhere for a payroll company and save yourself the agony of working with their unprofessional and rude staff! Still waiting for a call back from their management to straighten out thei

They paid our workers on time. Usually had MAJOR mistakes and errors. but payment was fast.

Inconvénients :

The staff at ISolved. When THEY make errors and we've called for solutions- it's apparent we are bothering them. ISolved can't solve anything. No responsibility, no compassion. Communication was misery in trying to work with them.

Easy to Use!

Easy access from a computer anywhere I have Internet. Quick answers and walk throughs from Customer Support when needed.

Avantages :

Isolved is very user friendly. I never have problems when processing payroll. The system is never down.

Inconvénients :

I really haven't had any bad experiences with Isolved. I've been using it since 2021. I processed payroll with ADP for many years. I find Isolved to be just as user friendly.

Commentaires : We use iSolved to run payroll, manage recruitment and onboarding, open enrollment, benefits administration and other HR data. We love how easy it is for employees to have one login for most of their needs.

Avantages :

iSolved allows us to manage so much of our payroll and HR workflows in one program that is easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Nothing that I can think of, we like all of the features we currently use.

Best Payroll Experience I have had yet!

Commentaires : Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Avantages :

They have a quick button that allows you to click and easily click and easily add a new hire. Different tabs allow the administrator to know if they are working on an employee, working on the business, working on the setup. The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

Inconvénients :

Learning how to navigate the payroll system took more time than I had experienced with past payroll companies. I had to create my own cheat sheet that was simple, that would have been nice for them to provide for new users.

Commentaires : Overall, iSolved is a great product. They are constantly improving and I can't wait for what's to come!

Avantages :

I like that the product is all in one and that it is relatively easy for my employees to find the information they need.

Inconvénients :

The things I like the least would be the change in customer service, I enjoyed having a dedicated rep; we got to know each other and our people. The growing pains have been a challenge (especially with the tax team -- but we're HR professionals, we get it!!). I wish some features that were promised years ago, actually have been implemented.

Avantages :

Ease of use, online university training for the different modules. Customer service and response time is AMAZING!

Switching between companies on the same account gets stuck at times or pulls info from the previous Company when in individual time information.

Having to purchase mojo in order to conduct performance reviews-i wish it was included with hcm. I'm just starting to figure out what I don't have access to as an administrator.

Let iSolved hold your Hat!

Avantages :

What I like most about iSolved is their flexibility to handle every unique employer situation and their continual improvements to make sure they are the total solution for any employer. Human Resource professionals do not have just one hat to wear, no matter what their "assigned" role is within the HR Dept. Or, for those HR Departments of One who literally do it all....how many hats do you wear? Too many to count! iSolved has a multi-faceted solution for just about any situation. They can be as simple or complex as necessary to help you accomplish whatever tracking, reporting, or analysis is needed in your organization. Let iSolved hold some of your hats!!

Inconvénients :

When I first began using this software, I will admit that customer support and training was a little lacking. That said, iSolved is continually seeking feedback from clients on what areas are needed for improvement.... and they actually do something with that feedback! They have improved their customer service and training 200% from where it was in 2016. There are tools and resources available even after hours. I don't believe that any software is perfect, which means the support for the software has to be top notch.

Terrible product with terrible protocols

Commentaires : As an employee, user of iSolved for payroll, I completely despise this software. It is actually inconvenient in every aspect; iSolved is slow to the point I'm unsure if it is even working, an organization does not exist for users to perform tasks and customer support is not available for non-admin users even when it requires for an error page to be fixed! The product is so slow that even a "quick punch" takes extended moments to complete. If you go further into the program it only gets worse. Try setting up a request for PTO and you are muddled to believe the program didn't notice you pushed a button. oh, wait for it. it is thinking!! Back to requesting PTO/editing absences thinking you've found where it is located to realize the organization is really expressive creativity. "Employee Absences" and "Time Off Requests" are delightful in the fact they are both the same thing but are they really? You can perform one function in both but all other functions are split apart between these tabs pushing you further into a maze of the program. Forget about remembering how you did it the first time. When it comes to requiring to update a password the procedure is completely backward. Changing a password for a payroll system should be done during work hours. However, it is always on a Monday morning when I can't clock in and need to take the time to create a new password forcing me later to have my time card edited. It is possible to send an e-mail out a couple of business days before giving the option to either update it when it's convenient, during work hours! Bringing me to my last complaint that brought me to write a review, Customer Support. I have a great appreciation for customer support centers, they always get the brunt of frustrations and then continue to make sure the customer is satisfied. I feel they are the biggest asset in a company. I completely understand the problems that arise if you let a non-admin user contact customer support as every company has different procedures and that is why you create an admin. However, I am not allowed to contact customer support to clear error messages, my administrator needs to. Even when the program directed me to do exactly that. I am then directed to "take a screen shot of the required information", send it to my admin and have them forward it along. This is extremely inefficient. I will never recommend this product to anyone due to the fact that it is slow, unorganized and inefficient. I am shocked by how much our company is paying for this unprofessional program.

Not so Happy

Avantages :

navigating the system is pretty easy. Did love representative in support.

Inconvénients :

Do not like waiting on hold for support, and waiting for a call back is a good option, but can be on the phone myself when i get the return call. Don't like the fact that the system does not have a good scheduling module, how to go outside to purchase scheduling module. Seems like the I solved platform is getting outdated, and the company is having trouble staying up with the latest technology. Been having a terrible time with timesaver support and getting PTO set up. Dont like the fact that are taxes were not paid.

iSolved - There Are Highs...There Are Lows

Avantages :

iSolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Inconvénients :

The overall navigation is not intuitive. We have received this feedback from both our new hires (Service Bureau Users), our Client Users, ESS Users, and Partner Users. But...the biggest problem is the lack of support. The two areas of opportunity we see here are better QA for product releases and restructuring the support process. Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard. The ticket submission interface is atrocious; for the most part the support staff doesn't dive into the problem, let alone the solution. We have to do all the leg work when there is a glitch that we didn't cause. It seems like the emphasis is placed on the development of the product, whereas partner and client support is not a priority.

Avantages :

Very user friendly and everything in in one place for the administrator. Not constantly having to switch systems and have multiple log ins. We are able to upload our commission and no longer do manual entry.

Inconvénients :

Report writer can be confusing at times.

Good Product

Commentaires : I really enjoyed the system so much better when I had dedicated customer support. Since the new customer service platform, it has been much more difficult.

I love all the available features. There is so much that can be done with this product.

Report Writing can be very difficult. Need the ability to pull both payroll and HR together more seamlessly.

Avantages :

The few good things about this software are that you can customize quite a few fields, the reporting is easy to use and the payroll accumulators are accurate.

Inconvénients :

Everything except the above information. The system cannot work for a company of more than 200 people (we have 800). It runs far too slow. The benefit enrollment piece is a nightmare and open enrollment is awful. Setting up carrier connections was a horrific experience. When implementing from our previous system to the new system there was a ton of manual entry because their implementation team told us that certain things were imported and they were not. The best con about this system is that when we were using it time and attendance was a separate piece. So on top of everything else we had to import the time weekly. What a pain.

Successful payroll software implementation

Commentaires : This is a huge improvement over our previous payroll service. Online processing and review makes the payroll process a breeze.

Avantages :

The ease of processing our bi-weekly payroll is great. The reporting features are excellent. Customer support is excellent.

Inconvénients :

The only downside is when there is something out of the ordinary with a payroll transaction. I always need to contact customer support who easily walks me through whatever it is that's giving me a problem.

Commentaires : I have been with Javan almost a year and it has been positive for the most part but there have been some issues which I have addressed and they were taken care of.

Avantages :

It is a great, clean, smooth platform and is easy to figure things out. If I don't know something, there is a team available to assist me right away.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I don't get the support I need as quickly as I need it - especially with tax related issues. And sometimes the follow-up is lacking. Also, there is not a support center to assist my employees with issues such as tax questions, log in issues or assistance finding things within the Employee Self Service within iSolved.
