Payroll processing and HR data entry in one place is great

Commentaires : The ability to dial for assistance and receive prompt service is quite convenient. Nobody likes having to wait until the next payday to get paid. Therefore, an immediate response is useful when adjustments and additions need to be made.

Avantages :

We like that all of our human resource and payroll data can be entered into a single system. For us, technologically speaking, it was a quantum leap into the future. We also appreciate how safe and accessible it is from any location.

Inconvénients :

On occasion, it can be difficult to get your message across. For instance, they want to charge us to make a bespoke report because a system report was updated without our knowledge and is no longer suitable for our purposes.

Pretty Much There

Avantages :

isolved offers end-to-end solutions for employers. From applicant tracking, onboarding, time-keeping, performance, and payroll, to offboarding and year-end form processing.

Inconvénients :

Though there are many modules available, I'd like to see older features receive enhancements to remain relevant in today's markets.

Good Timekeeping Platform

Commentaires : Isolved give you several ways to view your information. It also gives you calendars within the app which make it easier.

Avantages :

Easy to navigate through the platform. I like that staff can download geo location inspired app. No real excuses about clocking in. Staff are able to clock in anywhere that is in close proximity to the workplace.

Inconvénients :

It is not user friendly. It us not easy to edit items. If you manage employee time, it should be easy and seamless and Isolved is not.

I like that the system is fairly user friendly.

There are so many small buttons that sometimes it's hard to identify when there is an issue where the problem is.

iSolved for a Small City

Commentaires : As the system grows iSolved has failed to update many of the smaller functions in their core HRIS and instead added functions behind a module-based paywalls. Not every organization needs a full module, but many need more that the most basic functionality available with the basic system.

Avantages :

Isolved provides a comprehensive suite of functions in a user friendly and effective HRIS package. It has never failed to meet our basic needs and still has greater ptontial for use by our City.

Inconvénients :

As the sytem greows iSolved has failed to update many of the smaller functions in ther core HRIS and instead added functions behind a moduale based paywa;;. Not everyorganizations needs a full modicle, btu many need more htat the bost basic funcctionality.

Commentaires : I like it. It is well thought out and so much information that can be stored. I like the ability to be able to import files which saves a ton of time. Reporting options are amazing.

Avantages :

There is a lot of information....neat and tidy.

Inconvénients :

When changes are made to the layout of screens (when there are updates) and we only find out when we go to those screens.

Commentaires : It has been great so far, only a year in but I like it so far :)

Avantages :

I really like how easy it is to use once you get used to how it thinks. Initially learning the system does take a good bit of work but once you learn the basics, even if you don't know the answer right away it is easy to know where to find it.

Inconvénients :

There is some inconsistencies with formatting and I think maybe having more mobile accessibility for the basic payroll functions would be helpful for clients.

We love iSolved

Commentaires : I love iSolved. It has been one of the most manageable payroll systems I have used, in addition to all the resources it offers.

Avantages :

I appreciate how user-friendly the navigation is, both for administrators and employees. Managing payroll submissions is also easily handled, allowing for control over earnings, deductions, and taxes. Additionally, the available reports for download are incredibly helpful.

Inconvénients :

The only issue I've had with iSolved is the login link. It is not a link you can Google and search for.

Great Hands On Product

Avantages :

I like the features that iSolved provides. It's a true HCM where I can house everything directly in one system

Inconvénients :

Getting to the right person to answer my question is always a challenge. Because the system is so robust, their CSRs can't handle the more advanced questions and getting me to someone who can takes weeks/months to resolve my initial issue.

Solid HRM Platform

Commentaires : Overall, isolved has been a great tool for our company of about 150 employees. We utilize the system for everything from payroll and timekeeping to onboarding and benefits enrollment. There are other tools available that isolved offers, but the pricing is a little steep, so we haven't been able to adopt more of the features at this time.

Avantages :

Mostly everything I need to run my HR department (of one) is all in one easily accessible place. Isolved is fairly easy to navigate once you really learn the platform, and it does almost everything we need it to do in one capacity or another.

Inconvénients :

The constant updates, response time from customer service oftentimes on pressing issues, and the regularity of mobile app issues.

Avantages :

I like that it is continuously evolving. Most of the time new features are released and there is no additional cost for those features that are "keeping up" with similar platforms. Resources for learning are excellent and make it so that SB's can be very self sufficient.

Inconvénients :

Pricing is high especially to be completive with ADP, Paychex etc.

Avantages :

Allows for us to approve reimbursement requests that our employees submit and then commit them to be paid.

Inconvénients :

Interface is not consistent and very glitchy. Customer/tech support could use major improvement. The platform should not allow for an employee to double submit/submit a duplicate entry with the same time stamp down to the second. Glitches and bugs that hinder the ability to use the platform need to be addressed in a more timely manner with more transparency and communication.

Avantages :

User friendly! From onboarding to payroll, Isolved is very user friendly. The employees like it for the ease of use and it doesn't require much training. The customer service is great!

Inconvénients :

There are a lot of features and platforms/products/features. I am sure that these are great for large companies, but some of the platforms are too robust for small companies. The amount of platforms/products can be a little overwhelming when trying to decide what is best for your company.

Steer clear

Commentaires : The absolute worst payroll experience in the 40+ years I have been dealing with payroll.

Avantages :

I have no pros. They have made major mistakes on more than half of the payrolls they have processed and are non-responsive to making corrections.

Inconvénients :

They are not capable of distinguishing (their computer system should be set up to auto-complete this portion) between a W2 and a 1099 employee. More than half of the payrolls have been incorrect, requiring manual checks, or destruction of the original checks and having iSolved reissue the checks correctly. If direct deposit is involved, it's even worse. We also have 2 W2 employees whose W2 information is incorrect and who received 1099's in error. iSolved repeatedly promised to make the corrections, and now will not even take or return phone calls.
