It was very easy to implement the product in the organization and the software has a user-friendly and intuitive interface which makes the barriers very low.
Sometimes it was hard to answer because there was no suitable option available.

A game changer!
Commentaires : If you don't have &frankly in your organization you are obviously not aiming to be an employer of the future ;)
Avantages :
&frankly has revolutionized the entire industry when it comes to employee satisfaction and engagement. You get realtime results that you can act on immediately. As a matter of fact, employees themselves can drive what matters the most. All of this is achieved in a modern, gamified and swift way.
Inconvénients :
I would like to see more options in design when it comes to types of questions, adaptability, themes, icons, images and color.

Commentaires : My overall experience from working with &frankly is great. In a fast way we can "investigate" status of work environment, stress levels and other important areas without hassle. We have also used the app as a way to communicate with out employees during events so that they can answer questions in "real time". I love all the features and I have so far recommended &frankly to everyone I've talked to in my HR-network.
Avantages :
I really like that fact that the software is graphically appealing, it can be used both on a computer and as an app on your smartphone and I also really like that you can get the results presented in a very neat and professional way. The software also gives our company the possibility to do continous measurements of our company pulse, employee health and so much more.
Inconvénients :
There is nothing that I don't like. All the features are great. The only point of improvement is that I do wish that we could unlock our own question packages without contacting customer service. Other than that, nothing.

Easy to ask questions. Pick questions from library or prepared packages
Inconvénients :
Cant put hierarchy questions . say if you say NO on first question - you answer the next but if YES no further questions
Easy to use and good support
Commentaires : We used &frankly to put more frequent questions to the employees and to let them discuss concerning issues. This improved and empowered the managers to discuss and solve issues WITH the employees.
Avantages :
It was very easy to implement the product in the organization and the software has a user-friendly and intuitive interface which makes the barriers very low.
Inconvénients :
We used a lot of "one time only"-questions, and there's no easy way to delete packages of questions without support from the software supplier.

Need to intergrate slack more in to the software

Frankly software
Avantages :
The soft wear is easy to use took a little while to learn but got the hang of it.
Inconvénients :
Frankly wasn’t uses CNN and I don’t like them.
Excellent tool to capture Employee engagement
Commentaires : Overall very positive experience both with the software and the team behind it. They regularly invite to webinars to keep administrators/managers motivated.
Avantages :
Ease of use, as an adiministrator it is easy to understand how to add questions and how to see your replies. The employees like the fact that it is anonymous.
Inconvénients :
I like everything really, maybe that it is hard to analyze one question over time, if you move it from one package to another.
Makes it easy to stay close to your employees!
Commentaires : Great tool that gives a great possibility to stay close to your employees. Replaces the old way of working with annual employee surveys, that both takes long time to respond to and creates massive work afterwards. I like this agile way of working with employee engagement, with questions on a regular basis, a few actions between each question round, discussions, new actions etc.

I sometimes lack direct support to the managers on how to work with the results, set up actions based on the results, facilitate dialogue with the team etc. - but overall a great tool

Commentaires : With &frankly the organization is able to work and be pro-active with HR related matters. I would highly recommend the software for any organization with a people first mindset.
Avantages :
&frankly is very easy to get started with, and with just a few clicks we're able to perform a 'health check' on the organization as a whole, or on smaller teams. The surveys are fun and encourage you to complete them in a 'gamified' approach.
Inconvénients :
I would love to see a roadmap of coming features!
A great complement to the yearly survey
Commentaires : My experiences are over all very good. It's a great tool to follow up on the company/team goals and activities. It's also so much fun to use as an engagement tool like asking: Whom would you like to giva a high five?

Easy to use and a great library with questions to use

Not 100% userfriendly. Sometimes I have problems with minor things.
Employee Engagement Surveys as they're supposed to be
Commentaires : As a HR Manager I Implemented &frankly for an organization of about 180 employees. It was a Breeze setting up, easy to create own questions and use from the existing libraries and easy to roll out into the organization. &frankly was well received by the organization and was an appreciated switch from the old dust-collecting annual or bi-annual surveys. Instead of getting to know how are employees felt about going in to the office last year, we now know how they feel going in to the office today. Quite a difference.
Avantages :
Easy to set up, easy to use, and a great User Interface.
Inconvénients :
Nothing to say really. I like the software alot, maybe there's one or two things that is under development, but nothing noteworthy.

Commentaires : Always easy to come in contact with &frankly to get help which is great when you want support. I think that the tool is very easy to use for the employees which is crucial for the engagement.

The fun and easy way to answer the questions in the tool.

The many clicks to take out reports is something that I have had problems with, but I know this is on the road map going forward!

If management/HR doesn’t update with new questions/surveys regularly it’s not possible for employees to make evaluations.
State of the art software
Commentaires : Well so far I don't have serious complaints so its thumbs up from me👍👍
Avantages :
flexible in the sense that you can use on computer as well as on the phone.
Inconvénients :
Still a lot of room for improvement especially on unlocking our own question packages without necessarily liaising with customer service.
&frankly RISE
Commentaires : Much, much better than the standard, 20-40 minutes yesarly questioners. But you have to be good at asking the correct question.
Avantages :
THat it is easy access for me as a manager to make a questionar and that it only takes a few minutes - at the most - to answer.
Inconvénients :
It is sometimes a little too easy for management to make a quick question, and taking the result too seriously (like making a word cloud and making statistics out of it). As a manager it is possible to figure out who has replied and not.

Inconvénients :
As part of a large organisation consisting of many entities, we miss the ability to send out pulses from different entities, meaning that the every question has the mother-company as the sender.

Reps have helped us keep track of employee happiness and made it fun to participate in surveys.
Inconvénients :
Like all the great tools we need to put in the hours in order to achieve our goals. Reps help us but could be even more helpful.
