Commentaires : Phenomenal. I tired 3 other apps and they were all terrible, slow, and buggy. This one was great off the bat. So I waited until 3 days before my birthday to plan my party. Admittedly my procrastination here was short sighted but it was only because I was avoiding having to use an annoying app that would take more time than I wanted. Once I broke down and tried this I was amazed at how simple and intuitive this was. Then I felt dumb for procrastinating lol. The next party was planned much more in advance thanks to this app!

Avantages :

The simplicity in the set up of the app. The attendee management was awesome. Imported straight from my contacts. I was going to use some other application on my desktop, but it required emails, so that was a no go. The notifications were on point too.

Inconvénients :

Hmm, not really anything.I have no complaints about this app.

For small local events, easy way to track RSVPs

Commentaires : I use Evite 8 to 10 times per year. I host local events and want to keep track of the RSVP count. It's easier to have Evite automatically send out event reminders.

Avantages :

Good email delivery overall. Some will always go to spam but Evite has been used for years and most people are familiar with it and have it whitelisted.

Inconvénients :

I find it tedious to add RSVPs manually if I'm using it just to send out event reminders for those who verbally RSVP for an event.

Evite Review

Avantages :

The pros of Evite is that is makes it really easy to invite a big group of people at the same time for an event. It also makes it easy to rsvp to any event that I am invited to.

Inconvénients :

There are no cons with this system, It is super fun and easy to use and very convenient.

Need to eliminate drop downs - just show the details to the guests!

Commentaires : Overall good experience. Evite needs to change the layout of the invitation so it is easy to see important information without drop downs. I should not have to send out multiple messages to guests on how to read the invitation!

Avantages :

Easy to track and contact guests Love the "What to Bring" feature for potluck, but wish it was easier for people to see - too many people miss it and you need to send out too many messages as reminders and instruction on how to read the invitation.

Inconvénients :

To see details about the event, reader must click on a small "show more" drop down. It is not necessary and most of my guest miss it. It leads to confusion and guest miss out on important info. Evite should just show all the detail without having to search for it or click on a drop down!

Great Event Management Tool

Commentaires : Overall this is a great, easy to use, customizable event planning program

Easy to customize invitations, manage attendees, and to send messages and event updates to invitees. Variety of design options available.

Inconvénients :

The number of ads on and pop-ups seems to have increased recently

No More Stamps!

Commentaires : I Love Evite because there are so many creative invites and themes to choose from. I also don't need to use postage to send invites via post office anymore!

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to use Evite to invite guests via emails..I save alot of money on postage

Inconvénients :

Some of my friends don't check their emails much anymore, so they don't see my evites.

Perfect tool for beginners!

Commentaires : I enjoy using Evite for my events. It is easy to use and track attendees.

Avantages :

The ease in setting up events and tracking attendees is jewel of this platform. They offer numerous templates to set up the perfect event.

Inconvénients :

The one drawback of Evite is that you cannot import videos to use in your invitations.

Easy and simple to use

Commentaires : Good, and gets the job done in the free version. If you want more options then you need to pay, but if you are on a budget this is a great option

I like that this is a well known virtual invitation website. Its simple to use and gets the job done.

I wish the free version had more options. The paid version still doesn't have all the fuctions I would want, compared to other websites

Using it for thank you notes!

Avantages :

My mom would not appreciate that we're sending electronic thank you notes, but my mom isn't running our company! We needed to send thank yous, but no one on staff had the time/attention to this kind of detail to send hard copies. So we use evites virtual thank you note service, you can use their cards or upload artwork of your own.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes get caught in spam filters, especially with folks using older email service providers.

Evite does it well.

Commentaires : Overall, a good experience, its a great tool for event attendee mangement.

Avantages :

We really enjoyed the attendee management system. Allows us to follow up on invites and tracking head counts. Segmented re invites to non responders.

Inconvénients :

Limited ability to edit the invitation image once its set up.

Useful, but could be improved

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to make a cute invitation for a party or get together on Evite. The options are endless. The RSVP feature is super useful as well.

Inconvénients :

I think the multiple Premium invitations being advertised first when you look for designs is a bit annoying. If you pick one of the first few and do not realize it’s premium, you have to scroll so much further down and start over. One or two would suffice.

Easy to use

I just used this software to host my sons birthday party and it was so nice and easy to use

I had one person not get the invite even when I tried to send it more than once

Evite is Efficient

Commentaires : Overall my experience with Evite has been quite efficient and convenient. I always get excited when I receive an Evite because I know there is an event coming up, and I can quickly type "Evite" into my Gmail search bar and the emails and information I want pop up, rather than finding an invitation I might have misplaced somewhere. And there have been times when I left my house and realized I do not have the address, and in those moments I do not have the hard copy invitation I can easily look up the details in my email. I love Evite and would recommend this software to anyone who wants a centralized location for all of their event's RSVP's and so that their guests have convenient access to all the details.

Avantages :

What I love most about Evite is that it is a fast and efficient way to contact all your guests at once and have a centralized place to view RSVP's. I have gotten invited to many events via Evite, which is convenient for both the hosts and the guests. All of the details for the event are one click away within a link guests receive directly in their email. You even have the option to directly "RSVP Now" or to simply view the invitation once you open the email. Evite even allows hosts to customize their invitations with images they can upload, which makes this online invitation still personal rather than having one boring template for everyone. Evite even has options for the hosts to take a poll or ask a question, for example to see which meal guests would prefer, or to see if anyone has any dietary restrictions, etc. Overall, Evite is extremely user friendly and makes throwing a party or attending a party very easy in terms of making sure everyone is on the same page.

Inconvénients :

What I like least about this software, is that hosts will have to gather and input an extensive list of emails for all of their guests, but that is just part of the "work" hosts have to do in order to host an event and this is still one of the easier ways to invite people (as opposed to mailing each addressed envelope for example). One other "con" about this software is that I get email notifications from every single guest's comment. Sometimes I do not need to know what comments guests leave such as if they are commenting on what meal they want, or why they cannot attend the event. Also, sometimes the layout feels a bit unorganized and requires maneuvering around several pages at times in order to find what details you are looking for.

Evite is Awesome

Avantages :

I absolutely love the Evite tool. It works well on all of my invites and is totally customizable. I have been using it for 5+ years and its been great to me.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing bad to say about Evite. The tool works amazing and has come through for all of my needs.

Evite my go-to

Avantages :

Evite remains to be my go-to for casual group invitations. They always have themes that will work for my events and the details and features are exactly what I need. I like that people can comment, change RSVPs, the automated reminders, and sign ups if needed. I love that there is customization for the fonts and word sizes to get invitees attention to certain details. I love the feature that links to the Evite. I use the service a lot in our preschool and can add the link to our newsletter incase a family missed it in their inbox. Everyone seems to know how to respond so it's reliable and not confusing.

Inconvénients :

Unpredictable whether email services send Evites into "junk" folders or inboxes. I like that Evite has added a link to the invite feature but it is still sometimes questionable if everyone gets the invitation properly. Not sure how much this is Evite's logarithm or email services. The app can be cumbersome to find everything like sign ups and such.

Free Version Great for Simple Events

Commentaires : Overall, Evite has been a great product for us to receive RSVPs to events. It's restricted to the templates provided, but generally you can find one that works for many types of events.

Avantages :

The free version of Evite is the only one I've used, and for our basic needs it has worked great. There are many templates you can choose for the style of invitation, and you can customize the details as much as you want. The RSVP system is easy to use as long as you have the complete list of emails. The users are able to click one button and add comments if needed. For a normal event this product works well.

Inconvénients :

The free version does limit you on quite a bit, including the number of people in your guest list. Unless you plan to have very large events, the free version generally works fine.

Great for all types of events - work or personal

Commentaires : Quick and simple! Great tool for tracking events. Also a nice feature to be able to add pictures after an event! All invitees can contribute pictures and see what was happening.

Avantages :

Live the email feature and seeing what the event is, who is invited, and tracking who is able to attend.

Inconvénients :

Not sure as I have not created an evite, only have used as having been invited to events.

Easiest Way To Send Out Invitations

Commentaires : Evite is perfect for inviting multiple people to your event or party through email.

Avantages :

This is very easy to use software. They have a large selection of free invitations that you can customize for your event or party. The free invitations are well done and stylish. If you want to get a larger selection, some invitations come with at a cost. It's easy to put all the information that the recipient needs in order to attend the event. Plus the recipient can RSVP to the Evite. I also like that you can customize the RSVP responses. For example, at Halloween a "YES" response can be changed to say "Dying To Come" , "MAYBE" to "If The Moon Is Full" and "NO" to "Too scared".

Inconvénients :

I've been using Evite for years and I've never purchased and invitation to send. The price is not given to you until you're ready to complete the invitation. The price should be up front so you know before you do all the work.

Evite Makes Sending out Event Notifications Much Easier

Commentaires : I do like Evite alot since it allows one to send out well designed invitations to one's events and to keep track of the rsvps.

Avantages :

Evite lets you create your own custom invitations for events. I like the fact that there are some well designed templates to choose from. You can keep track of your guests rsvps . It also keeps track of your rsvps to events that others are hosting. And you can use it to add to your online calendar to keep organized. Lots of really great features.

Inconvénients :

It does have a "party" vibe so this would not be a good tool for hosting any Zoom like meetings.

Evite Review

Commentaires : It has been really great to even track all the attendees, the count, etc. The notifications are helpful to know all the attendees. It has been very easy to organize an event and be well prepared for any event.

Avantages :

I like the simplicity of use and that it is free for all users. It is a very effective tool to send invite for events such as birthday, baby showers, concerts, etc. There are lot of options to select the concepts according to the event you choose to invite.

Inconvénients :

Overall there all limited designs for free trial, but otherwise it works great to organize events.

Very handy at a fair price

Commentaires : I really enjoyed the platform! I would recommend it to anyone putting together and event and would definitely use it again. Was very helpful in keeping track of everything!

Avantages :

I was looking for a quick and easy way to share my event with a large number of guests and did some research into several different websites for the task. I settled on Evite because I like the fair pricing and the options available to me.It was easy to create my invitation, keep track of guests, and send out messages.All-in-all it was a good experience and I would certainly use Evite again!

Inconvénients :

I think that ease of use could be improved on this platform. Most of my guests were somewhat older and some them struggled with the platform, seeing the whole invitation (multiple pages), losing the invitation, etc. Part of the problem is that it isn't completely obvious that there are multiple pages and how to navigate to them. I think a simple greyed out arrow might fix this or giving the option for more customization on the front page. I also accidentally sent out a message when trying to start a new paragraph in my message (I hit enter). Wasn't a big deal, but little details like this are sometimes intuitive to the user.

Evite makes online invitations easy and stylish!

Commentaires : Overall, I have greatly enjoyed using Evite. It is so easy to not only make invitations on this platform, but also communicate with guests and keep track of attendance.

Avantages :

I love using Evite as a way to send more formal, email invitations to events as a college student. If my student organization is hosting an alumni reunion or more upscale gathering, I can easily design formal-looking invitations almost instantly on Evite, and send them out to my email list of guests with just a few more clicks.

Inconvénients :

What I like least about Evite is that an increasing amount of their invitation designs are becoming accessible only with a premium account.

Great way to manage event

User-friendly

Commentaires : This program is easy to use, and manage events. It is a great way to reduce the paper trail and keep the details of your events organized.

Avantages :

I loved that I could create cute invitations without having the tedious task of physically writing out each individual’s mailing address l, placing a stamp on it and sending it through the Postal Service and hoping it would arrive at all, let alone in a timely manner. Guests were able to respond quickly, change responses, and even write a special note without much effort. I could manage the event and keep up with guest responses with very little effort.

Inconvénients :

The free version can be a little cluttered and difficult to navigate with the ads. There are not many style options with the free version either.
