Commentaires: the available features are fairly good for Sales, Assessment, Processing and recoveries. As I
haven’t reached the customer support so far, no comment can be made. Overall it’s a good system for
small scale NBFCs.

Avantages: As a user of Auto Cloud, we have been able to get rid of most of the manual Credit processing,
Evaluation, Approval, Disbursement and Recoveries.
What matters in Lending is not quantity but quality. These automation processes helps in minimizing
human errors / short-sights throughout the process. A good investment is based on the recovery of the
final due cent and not by the value of the loan given. Auto cloud just does it no matter where you are.
The revolutionary features of Auto Cloud can be mainly segmented as loan origination suite, loan
management suite, loan collection suite, reporting and analytics suite.
The CRM, ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, COMMUNICATION and BPM features handles the process as
different but coordinated segments to complete the credit process. Within above, tools for Credit
Bureau Integration, Bank Integration, Credit Risk Assessment, etc is incorporated for ease of credit
worthiness determination. These features make sure that a quality investment is done and the
recoveries are managed as scheduled in order to achieve budgeted revenue. Other features too are
incorporated within the said process for a smooth administrative process. This is a reasonably well
designed system at least for a higher reliability if not 100%.

Inconvénients: at this stage it’s not right to comment about cons and may need more time to assess the
effectiveness. With the rapidity of usage gaps may emerge as is a common case with most software.
I suggest that integration of social media and telephone number tracking apps will help in identifying the
applicant’s background in detail as a background checking tool.
