Avantages :

I love the ability to create packages and itinerary, send them to my clients, and have them to do everything else from there, with minimal interaction from myself.

Inconvénients :

I utilize WeTravel for my safari company and my travel agency. On the travel agency side, I just wish there was a way to collect credit card information to pay suppliers without doing a transaction on WeTravel. On TravelJoy the feature is called "supplier payment" and it's designed to pay suppliers via their website. Everything is encrypted and you have to enter your password in order to view the card and billing information.

Commentaires : My biggest pain points in selling group trips were online booking and payment processing, and in those two arenas, WeTravel has completely solved my problems and revolutionized my business. The customer service has always been top notch, not to mention the personal conversations that make me feel like a valued customer. I so appreciate that you guys ask me what I'd like to see, and then you actually implement improvements. It feels good to align with a company that is so progressive and wants to keep getting better, which is exactly how I feel about my business too, and WeTravel is helping me get better!Also just for the record, it was horrible when you froze funds during Covid - I hope you never feel like you have to freeze our funds again!

Avantages :

The online booking and payment processing functions are the real highlights of WeTravel for me. I love the easy integration of the direct to checkout button, payment plans and tracking, low processing fees, money transfer options, and payment and customer database management.

Inconvénients :

I wish there were a real function for a full customer database (for example - in the current database, when more than one person is included in a booking, the second person isn't reflected accurately like they don't exist). Also it'd be great if I could customize fields and other info in a database, like how many and which trips a customer has been on (even before I used WeTravel), etc. Perhaps an integration with Wise as well, to easily send money internationally straight from the WeTravel account.

Stay Away if you’re an Australian Company

Avantages :

None of the features matter because this company fundamentally should not be operating in Australia

Inconvénients :

1. You get great service during sales cycle but enjoy watching it drop off as soon as you’re in. You’re relegated to a chat window that gets looked at once every 24h2. The company hides the fact that all AUD payments go via Europe and incur international fees from your bank as high as 6%. This applies to both customer payments AND transferring your earnings back to your company accounts. 3. The same gateway provider is some sketchy company that triggers all kinds of fraud warnings.

The best guest management software!

Commentaires : My experience with WeTravel has been great. From product demo to on-boarding, then support along the way. A standout feature of having a subscription is having my own personal rep at WT ([sensitive content hidden]) for support. Although I haven't needed much assistance (since the program is so intuitive), the few times I have, [sensitive content hidden] has been very accessible and helpful. I can't imagine running my business without using WeTravel as my registration software.

Avantages :

WeTravel makes the entire guest management process simple (on both trip producer and client ends). I'm a sole proprietor and using WT is like having a fully staffed back office for all my administrative needs.

Inconvénients :

I have yet to find anything I don't like about the WeTravel system!

Inconvénients :

it's actually not exactly about WeTravel - but the time it takes from making a wire transfer and receiving - it's inconsistent (it can take just 1 day or 2 - or about a week) To be fair it's more an issue with the international wire transfer than WeTravel themselve

Commentaires : I didn't know it was possible to have so much free time in this industry. We travel has taken so much work off of me from processing to placing payments, etc back in the hands of our customers.

Ease of use for customers and for myself!

The fee is higher than others in the industry but the amount of man-hours saved has been invaluable!

Avantages :

Easy to create pay links and send it to the clients.

Inconvénients :

One of the things that should be improved are the Wire transfers, they take too much time.

Commentaires : We are not a fintech company, and wetravel provides a solution that is very tailored to what we do. As an educational tour operator, we have heavy scrutiny not only on the user experience but on collecting sensitive student data, and with Wetravel we know that we are always in compliant with the requests of our University partners.

Avantages :

Wetravel allows our business to focus on providing the service that is needed and takes care of our user registration, payment processing etc in a very seamless way. It is easy to train team members, provides a great user experience, and simply embeds in our website.

Inconvénients :

Wetravel does a great job adding features on a continuous basis. There seems to be some confusion with users coming back to the platform, causing double registrations on certain programs as the user often forgets that they already made a wetravel account and registered for a trip.

A tool that really helps tour operators

Commentaires : We have been using Wetravel for over a month and payment, refund and tour creation has been super easy

Avantages :

Really easy to use and friendly with customer.

Inconvénients :

They should change when people select options for more that 1 passenger they can only input information for 1 and not for each traveler.

Commentaires : We are just learning to use WeTravel to its full potential, but we are happy with it so far. I believe it can soon play a significant role in our workflow.

Avantages :

The page design is great. It's pretty easy to use. It centralizes a lot of processes into one platform. The customer service is exceptional and the regular updates keep making it better and better.

Inconvénients :

Character restrictions in many fields. Ability to pay a custom amount is only available with a payment plan. Added options pricing can't be changed by our company after booking.

Incredible Team to work with - tons of support and constantly evolving and improving

Commentaires : I've been working with WeTravel for almost four years now and the setup was incredibly easy and we were able to easily integrate it into our processes. From four years ago so many new features have been added, including ones that we had asked for - they were able to get them implemented. For any group tour operator - WeTravel is a no-brainer.

Avantages :

Payment Processing is a breeze as well as all of the customer information tools.

Inconvénients :

At the beginning there were some features we wanted that they didn't have - but they quickly added them and we are very happy with the product we use today.

The answer to the question we didn't think to ask

Commentaires : We first started using WeTravel in January of 2020 when we had high hopes for a big year of travel. We were not able to really start using the platform until 2021 when we began to do some domestic trips. We were not looking for an online booking platform but it has since altered our work processes, streamlining work that we used to have to do in many other forms. And it allows us to continue to work with snail mail and check payments that some of our older clients prefer. WeTravel is a wonderful platform and we cannot wait to see where they go next!

Avantages :

WeTravel is my dream platform. The ease of use, the development and implementation of new features, the webinars and documentation and resources. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is always keeping us informed of new features and reviewing our use of the platform and answering our questions.

Inconvénients :

We have been able to watch this platform grow and evolve and any suggested changes we may have get passed on to the team for possible development. I can't say a single "con"
