Infraspeak in a Public Authority

Commentaires : We now have control over inventory, I know that I will get a warning when we are almost out of a certain item; we know when the consumption of certain item occurs and can adapt our tasks to the real needs.
It was fairly easy to onboard all of our workers and, with a very old operational team, we had very few workers who haven't still managed, after around 3 months, to use the app effectively on a daily basis.

Avantages :

Before Infraspeak we were managing everything on Excel sheets that were printed and handed out to the foreman and work teams. This meant we had a lot of lost information, no status on the task at hand and it was very hard to track down an issue. With Infraspeak everyone knows where a certain request is, how much we have on hold and how much we are accomplishing every week. On the other hand, I now have enough confidence on saying that we have a safe repository where to record all the information on our assets and know that it will be available to everyone that needs it.

Inconvénients :

It wasn't a straightforward implementation, we had to adapt the software's constrains to our own way of operation, but the end results came quickly and it wasn't difficult to get our structure and workflows into the software.

Commentaires : The company is now using technology for 90% of its organisation of maintenance across our 6.5-acre site. Reactive maintenance is falling with a clear preventative path ahead for the maintenance requirements of our company. Our customer success manager has been outstanding, effortlessly coordinating training, requests, and issues from start to finish. If a technical issue has arisen the relevant technical side has been expedient, knowledgable and professional. All in all a very positive investment into the right software and company.

Avantages :

Controlling the process flow of information from the initial raising of a work order through quotation to engineer's responses via the mobile app. The Software also has great customisable benefits for our company. The ability to use that ability has enabled us to include other electronic monitoring within the same system.

Inconvénients :

Work is still required on some of the analytics sides, although this software has been in constant development and expansion since we started using it. I have no doubt that given time areas such as analytics will be much improved

Commentaires : I have been using Infraspeak for a few months now and I am very impressed with the platform. It is easy to use and provides detailed analytics and reports. The platform is also great for managing tasks and projects, although it can be difficult to navigate at times.

Commentaires : Overall experience with Infraspeak has been really good, we were live very quickly with minimal work from my end (for a project of this scale) we had some excel files that we sent over to the on boarding team who translated hem into Infraspeak checklists and building/machine categories.

Avantages :

Infraspeak, being cloud based means I can access anywhere as long as I have an internet connection, this is invaluable to my team as they can communicate the need for resources through recorded pictures on the app, ensures good quality of work from the team as they are reporting and uploading pictures of completed failures and tasks giving me a wealth of remote visibility for my team. Platform is easy to use and set up was really supported from the on boarding team every step of the way, on site visits and training for the team were conducted well and i have a collective buy in of technician and report users making all tasks visible and recorded for future reference.

Inconvénients :

Some issues with the language as its a Portuguese company, however the team very quick to rectify issues and so not caused me any issues.

TOP Building Management Software

Commentaires : Spare time for taking care of other issues, organization, safety, efficiency, effectiveness, etc...
Can't work with out it anymore!

Avantages :

Infraspeak is a very very easy to use toll, from the reporter to the technician or administrator operators. We have all Corrective, Preventive (from internal and external teams), Stocks, etc..., in just one platform witch is great. All the reports and analysis tools provided by infraspeak are also top knotch.

Inconvénients :

Interconnectivity with other Maintenance and Hotel operation softwares are undergoing and once those are finish Infraspeak will became a very powerful tool.

Commentaires : Infraspeak is being a valuable help in organizing and managing many activities, replacing and optimizing processes, whether in the back office or with field teams.By organizing the activity, we are able to extract important metrics to help the Management Team make decisions.We are still working on developing some integrations with Customers and Partners so that in the coming months it will be possible to continue to evolve and improve and we are counting on the collaboration of the Infraspeak Team for the success of the operation.

Avantages :

Ease of integration processes, simplicity of use, a 5* support team.The company quickly adapted and adjusted processes in order to optimize the activity, with many activities currently being carried out only on Infraspeak

Advanced maintenance

Commentaires : Infraspeak has allowed us to move all the information to a digital platform where we eliminated all the paper and do the operations without consulting, it even tells us what to do.

Avantages :

The control, the help and the ease of access to the system, make us work more aligned and with a purpose, better maintenance and less maintenance.

Inconvénients :

The reports that are now much improved and more intuitive.

Commentaires : The whole process has been seamless from start to finish, knowledgeable, friendly staff and a great product which is already starting to make a difference to our operation.

Avantages :

I love the customisation that is available with Infraspeak, it allows you to really tailor the product to suit your specific environment.

Inconvénients :

There are some shortcuts that could be added to the mobile app, such as a search function when creating work orders. I believe this has already been addressed with Infraspeak Next, so looking forward to using that.

Commentaires : Information is a lot easyer to manage, building maintenance as a lot of "small needs", wich through infraspeak as been possible to manage automaticly, and escape the litle problems of the day to day, allways keeping record, giving report and mesure in the end.

Avantages :

Interface with the end user is very good, reducing wrong input. Custumization provided to the administrator, wich is able to program/implement the software since the begining in his own way.

Inconvénients :

The lack of possability of automaticly associate equipements to the corrective anomalies. Gives preference to localization instead of equipments

Un cambio gratificante

Avantages :

Lo que más puedo destacar en base al sector de la empresa para la que trabajo, es la herramienta de gestión de averías o órdenes de trabajo, para nosotros, es una herramienta fundamental y que nos ha facilitado mucho la resolución de los trabajos correctivos y poco a poco a medida que todo el personal se adapte del todo, irá funcionando mejor cada día. Hay otras herramientas como los controles de almacenes(stocks, etc), gestión de compras, consumos, SLA's, etc, que pintan a ser muy funcionales y que en un futuro no muy lejano, probablemente el año próximo, las empecemos a poner en marcha en nuestras instalaciones. La atención por parte del equipo de asesoramiento técnico y comercial de Infraspeak son super atentos y prestan ayuda cuando sea y para lo que sea, nunca te dejarán de lado.

Inconvénients :

Lo único que podría decir que puede suponer un pequeño problema de cara al personal que puede generar órdenes de trabajo, es que la app para smartphone Infraspeak Direct, cada vez que cierras la app, al volver a abrirla te pide de nuevo ingresar el usuario y la clave, cierto es que desde Infraspeak nos proporcionaron unos llaveros NFC donde se puede copiar esa información y tan solo con pasarlo por detrás del smartphone entras a la app, pero no todos los smartphone tienen tecnologia NFC.

Commentaires : É mais fácil a gestão dos contratos de manutenção, o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais,é mais fácil a gestão de avarias e dos cadastros dos ativos.No geral a experiência é positiva.

Avantages :

Fácil de usar e de adaptar às várias áreas de negocio da empresa, fácil de usar mesmo por técnicos com baixa literacia digital , excelente apoio técnico.

Inconvénients :

Necessita melhor os relatórios mensais e os mesmo poderem ser padronizados ao cliente e não à entidade. É necessário melhorar os tempos de desenvolvimento de novas opções, muitas delas são sugestões de produto que são consideradas uteis, mas levam muito tempo a serem desenvolvidas e a entrarem em roadmap para serem produto final, o que leva muitas vezes a uma má avaliação do produto por parte dos utilizadores.Necessário desenvolver os indicadores de gestão de manutenção que neste momento, além de poucos, não são fiáveis.Necessita melhor o relatório de ativo, que neste momento não é uma mais valia.Necessário melhorar os stock, controlo de custos e toda a parte de gestão financeira.

Commentaires : Acompanhar a evolução do INFRASPEAK e perceber como é versátil e tem vindo a evoluir em função de satisfazer as necessidades das empresas e apoio de forma prática e rápida os trabalhos tem sido enriquecedor. Depois de compreender bem o software e bem construído à imagem da empresa, facilita imenso a vários níveis.

Avantages :

O Infraspeak tem se revelado uma excelente apoio na gestão, acompanhamento e controlo de trabalhos internos de diversos departamentos. O software é intuitivo e versátil, podendo ser adaptado e melhorado, conforme a necessidade da empresa. Essencial para aferição de custos em diversas vertentes e análises de referência em várias componentes. Para o ramo hoteleiro e no que concerne ao apoio da gestão do departamento de manutenção é excelente.

Inconvénients :

Updates ao software que excluam ferramentas/mecanismos que por vezes são usados frequentemente e deixam de existir. Mas reportando, a resposta de suporte e feedback procura sempre corresponder às espectativas dos seus clientes.

Avantages :

O InfraSpeak sem dúvida alguma representa um software pioneiro que abraçar a Revolução Digital e o Lean Management no setor hoteleiro. A interatividade, dinamismo e intuição na sua utilização são características notáveis. Não só auxiliam o estabelecer da comunicação entre todos os departamentos a respeito das prioridades de intervenção; como de igual modo, garantem a correta monitorização, análise e avaliação do desempenho operacional. + intuitivo de utilizar + capacidade de reportar, monitorizar e fazer a avaliação da performance e da concretização dos objetivos operacionais + dinâmico e interativo + capacidade de fazer a ponte/comunicação entre todos os departamentos, tal como definir as prioridades de intervenção

Commentaires : Totalmente positiva, software muy completo y con un buen equipo detrás que no solo te va guiando en cada paso si no que te estimula a avanzar para aprovechar todas las posibilidades del programa.
Así mismo siempre están abiertos a buscar posibles integraciones que faciliten y completen la gestión del día a día y de tus activos.

Avantages :

Sin duda lo que más hemos apreciado del software es su facilidad para comenzar a utilizarlo. Permite hacer una implantación por etapas de forma que desde el primer momento puedes gestionar los trabajos, visualizar resultados y avances y, esto mismo…casi por intuición, te va señalando cuáles deben ser los siguientes pasos. Con una pequeña base inicial te permite ir a tu ritmo, pues ir marcándote objetivos y el equipo de Infraspeak para tu implantación siempre está a tu lado para ayudar, proponer y guiarte a conseguir los hitos fijados. El programa es muy versátil y se adapta a todo tipo de modelo de operación/ gestión.

Inconvénients :

Ya sea por necesidades específicas nuestras o por estructura del programa, la generación de informes y análisis es el punto que más lejos está de nuestras expectativas, no por que no proporcione datos ( qué proporciona TODOS) más bien por no conseguir de forma más “amigable” informes que nos sean útiles para nuestros propósitos y necesidades. En cualquier caso, estoy seguro y confiado que el equipo de Infraspeak nos va a ayudar también en este punto.

Commentaires : Infraspeak aporta facilidad a la hora de gestión de mantenimientos, rapidez en el momento de detección de problemas por cualquier trabajador de la instalación, control total en los equipos instalados, organización del trabajo y recopilación de datos de las instalaciones.

Avantages :

Uno de los mejores programas por no decir el mejor que hemos utilizado para la gestión y control de mantenimientos de todo tipo de instalaciones, los apartados de equipos y ordenes los mas importantes del programa. El servicio técnico ofrece una asistencia de 10, te facilitan todo lo posible la integración con la forma de trabajar de la empresa.

Inconvénients :

Actualmente no hemos encontrado ninguna contra en relación al software y su uso

Inconvénients :

Na área dos stocks poderia estar mais desenvolvido de forma a facilitar os responsáveis nesta área.

Avantages :

Muito fácil de utilizar, permite um acompanhamento online de todas as tarefas e do desenvolvimento dos trabalhos, assim como permite manter um histórico muito rigoroso e um bom suporte documental sobre os clientes e equipamentos.

Inconvénients :

Apresenta alguma dificuldade na integração com outros softwares, nomeadamente do tipo GCE

Commentaires : Em geral diminui bastante o tempo da realização dos relatórios e a possibilidade de termos todos os equipamentos numa base de dados com as intervenções que cada um teve durante os anos.

Avantages :

Facilidade em marcações com os técnicos sobre os trabalhos a executar.Facilidade em verificar onde estão a trabalhar a qualquer hora do dia.

Inconvénients :

Necessidade de definir diferentes tarefas de Manutenção por cliente para um mesmo equipamento.Possibilidade de alterar o relatório final.
