This is probably the best webinar integration that is compatible with Hubspot. We're able to report on registrants, attendees, as well as use forms to push contacts to GTW.

Avantages :

La simplicité d'utilisation pour créer, mettre en ligne et voir les résultats des vidéos. La plateforme est très "user friendly", l'apprentissage se fait rapidement. Le fait de pouvoir voir qui s'est identifié pour écouter une vidéo et le nombre de fois.

Inconvénients :

Le fait que la plateforme soit externe à nos plateformes numériques. C'est moins pratique lorsque l'on souhaite faire des campagnes marketing avec les vidéos, définir des objectifs de conversions. Les vidéos sont hébergés sur la plateforme de GoToWebinar et non sur votre site web.

Very good software for hosting Webinars or Presentations for larger audiance

Commentaires : This is a great software even for large organizations. We all love it.

Avantages :

1. Our company uses GotoWebinar for hosting quarterly update calls and all hands meetings 2. It is a slick application that has useful features such as muting or unmuting all or few. 3. Attendees can virtually raise hands in the app by pressing a button when they are muted by organizer and when they want to speak. 4. Users can send private messages to one another or can send group messages or broadcast messages to everyone. 5. It has screen sharing and Video camera option too. 6. It has lot of toll free and local numbers from almost all of the countries to dial in 7. Phone app is equally great to dial in and has a calling ability as well. 8. No need of hosting this software in local premises. It is available as a software service.

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints about this software.

Commentaires : The on-demand feature was everything for me as it increased my reach, boosted my ROI as I've been able to convert my live webinars into contents that are reusable.I enjoyed the experience, it was worth the money.

Avantages :

The download and setting up was quite easy.The interface is amazing. There was not much lagging. The customer service was very responsive. Registration customization was easy and I like the features. The audio and video quality was good. I also love the on-demand feature, it increased my reach and ROI.

Inconvénients :

The basic version didn't have everything I needed,like more participants. The premium is a little high, you know. Without a very strong internet connection, it would lag and with bad webinar performance. The interface can still be worked on. Integration with eventzilla was quite easy.

Avantages :

GoTo Webinar has a very simple user interface design which makes it very user-friendly for anyone to use it during webinars and online events. It gives reliable data security and privacy functionalities which always ensure complete safety and privacy of all your account data and conversations. It has audience interaction features like raise hand and interactive polls which connects the facilitator with the audiences so as to have a more engaging conferences. The quality of video and audio is top notch and this makes it possible to have very clear communications. It gives one the option to pre-record webinars, access them before releasing them so as to ensure you deliver the very best webinars.

Inconvénients :

There are no features missing in GoTo Webinar. Also all the available features are easy to use and i have not experienced any difficulties at all.

An Online Webinar Solution, Let’s Go To Webinar

Avantages :

Being an area manager for Africa, I have a huge task of making sure my team members all over Africa get training and hold meetings oftenly, truth be told I can not make it in person all over Africa but with GoTo Webinar, am Virtually present the whole of africa, and the best thing I can be present at the same time, I will just set up a webinar or a conference and am good to go. Screensharing option is very cool for trainers to share presentations for a catchy session. Video and audio quality is in HD, very nice and clear. Session recording is another feature I like, for future refrence and to share with those who missed the meeting or conference. Participants can ask questions on chats, this brings the sense of orderliness, where we avoid noisy meetings where everyone is talking at the same time. I can customize meeting invites with GoTo Webinar. Scheduling a meeting takes seconds, very fast and easy

Inconvénients :

I can go on and on for all the things I love about GoTo Webinar, I have not had any single dislike for all the years I have been a user

Deployment Challenges, But Solid User Experience Overall

Commentaires : Overall, from a user perspective, this is a very good option for a webinar which is primarily a one-way conversation. Once deployed, the stream is steady and the platform is reliable. The user experience is solid, and allows complete focus on the content of the presentation, without being worried about the performance of the technology.

Avantages :

Once the software is deployed and the broadcast is accessed, it rarely freezes, glitches, kicks people out, or loses its audio or visual stream. In other words, the user experience is solid and steady. When the chat is available, it also works without a glitch. This isn't the flashiest or newest virtual meeting option available, but it is one of the most reliable.

Inconvénients :

Deploying the software/presentation platform is often a challenge. It gets stuck in the deployment process quite often. There's no error message, so the user is left wondering if they should wait or abort the deployment process and start again. Sometimes it takes several tries to gain access to the platform, but once connected, the broadcast is solid and steady. Because of the platform itself, I can't screen record any GoToWebinars, although the administrator does have the ability to record the entire presentation.

Commentaires : We use GoToWebinar to host educational sessions with our clients or leads. If you're an experienced user, the platform does everything you need it to do. It also integrates nicely with our email management platform and takes the burden off of manually managing registrations and confirmations.

Avantages :

All organizer controls are readily accessible when you host your event. Everything is located on the right hand column so you can toggle between boxes for whatever function is required. The newly designed dashboard makes it easier to see at a glance upcoming events. Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless. The automatic confirmation emails that are sent to registrants are also one less thing we have to worry about during our webinar registration process.

Inconvénients :

When you first host your event, the controls can be intimidating. The boxes are piled on one another and it's not straightforward as to what each control does unless you've had prior experience running an event or reviewed their resources to understand how to operate everything. While the labels of the function provide some context, it would be helpful if a "?" hover option was available so users know what each feature does while you're in an event. Chatting during an event is also a concern. You'll have to be very careful to select who you want your message to go to.

Commentaires : Overall this is a good webinar, conference, and virtual classroom tool. My experience was positive and although the price wasn't ideal I am satisfied with the value for money.

Avantages :

I love the teaching and training features like virtual classroom, Q&A, and polling. I like the webinar templates and scheduling feature. The control settings are useful. The audio and video are both high quality and reliable, I don't worry about miscommunication. Easily integrated with other products. It's great for presentations and includes screen sharing!

Inconvénients :

There are no free versions and the cheapest plan only allows for 100 attendees. One of the more frustrating cons is that for a participant to share video they must be added as a host. I have also experienced issues when using the scheduling feature at times.

Commentaires : It was fine for years until they tried to bill us for something we never agreed to and we had to work with support which is one of the worst I have ever encountered.

Avantages :

Several years ago this was one of the first and best solutions for holding webinars. It still does the job OK and the participant list is well organized. It also allows some branding customization.

Inconvénients :

Many more technical issues come up with participants compared to Zoom. Getting connected and audio setup seem to depend a lot of the client system. Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical. We were customers for years and when the pandemic hit they sent out an email to all their customers that to help out they would add an additional hosting seat free for a year. We accepted only to find out later they decided to lock everyone who accepted into a year long contract that was never free as promised for the second seat and essentially bill everyone some $800. So their pretense of helping was just a cash grab to take advantage of people during a crisis. It took months of calls and emails being bounced around through their non existent support to solve this. Stay far away!

Commentaires : My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful. Some issues with mobile apps can be resolved and the overall sign in process can be improved.

Avantages :

The thing I liked the most about GoToWebinar is the audience monitoring. It helps in strict moderating of webinar audience and provides wide range of services to monitor and moderate audience. Also, the availability on all major platforms is a real plus.

Inconvénients :

The thing I like the least about GoToWebinar is the settings panel. Settings panel in GoToWebinar is really complex and sometimes it includes lot of efforts in finding the required settings.

Great Webinar Platform with Full Automation

Commentaires : Great webinar tool that's supported by a huge number of other apps as well. The app performs reliably and has the added benefit that most people have used it so you rarely have to worry about people not being able to connect.

Avantages :

There is one thing that really sets GoToWebinar apart from the competition in my opinion. First, if you subscribe to GoToWebinar Pro, you can pre-record and fully automate your webinars. If you run webinars in a timezone that's 12 hours behind or ahead of you, it's a HUGE lifesaver to be able to record a webinar a month in advance and have a fully-automated version of it run during the middle of the night when you're sleeping warm and happy at home. There's zero manual input required to run a recorded webinar which is amazing. Simply schedule the webinar, invite people to attend, and it's all done for you! Do see my note below regarding the one downside to recorded webinars with Goto. In general, GoToWebinar seems to have the largest number of native integrations (integrations that don't require you to cobble something together with a third-party API connector). From every other standpoint, I'd say GoToWebinar is on par with most solutions out there.

Inconvénients :

There are some quirks related to the setup of webinars that can be a bit frustrating and the customization of the webinar landing pages and emails is so minimal that it might as well be non-existent. Basically you slap your logo on the email and that's where the customization ends. For recorded webinars, there's one big downside. You need to have the recording of the webinar done at the time that you schedule the webinar. This means that if you are planning to record a webinar in a month, you'll have to schedule the recorded version at a later date. We get around this now by hosting the recorded webinars one month after the original, however it would be much better if you could simply create a standard webinar, and change it to a recorded one after it's already been created. A little pricey compared to some of the competition, but a LOT more affordable than others.

A reliable tool to deliver live webinars and trainings

Commentaires : We use it for training, remote team meetings, conference calls, and deliverable presentation to our clients.

Avantages :

GoToWebinar is one of the most widely used tools for live webinars, to deliver online training, product demos, live streams, and online meetings. It is easy to use and has a simple and intuitive user interface. It works via an app or can be directly accessed via a web browser without downloading any app. Multistreaming, option to enable/disable microphone of the audiences, meeting recording, screen presentation, noise reduction, and voice clarity are some of the features I really like. These features play a vital role when you have to deliver training to a huge audience. GoToWebinar Mobile app is really helpful in scenarios where your traveling and you need to attend training. Voice clarity is excellent.

Inconvénients :

GoToWebinar is a reliable tool and I didn’t find any limitations. You would observe some lag in a video presentation if you are on a slow internet connection.

Organising many webinars successfully

Commentaires : I use this software to do a weekly webinar with our clients. Through this software, we can interact with a lot of people at the same time. They can ask us questions, and we can easily communicate with them and solve their queries. We are also using it to connect with our remote employees.

Avantages :

GoToWebinar is a fantastic tool to host online webinars. It is pretty straightforward to get started. You can sign up in the software very quickly and begin organising great webinars. The best feature which I liked the most about GoToWebinar is that we can send live questionnaire about the concept or theme of the webinar or we can directly talk to them about any issue faced during that time. In this manner, we get complete control over the webinar. There are cases when someone is not able to attend a webinar due to some reason. In GoToWebinar, we can have a recorded copy of the webinar directly stored in our dashboard and then, we can also share the link with the participants of the webinar who were not present at the time it was being broadcasted. They can watch them through that link. It automatically sends the webinar reminder to all the attendees just a few minutes before the webinar starts.

Inconvénients :

One thing which I would like to mention is to keep the chats scrolling automatically just like in the case of YouTube. Sometimes, when I am taking coding cases, I would like to see the code on the webinar attendee's screen to correct or debug the code. So, I would love to see a video conferencing type feature to be added.

GoToWebinar it's a wonderful tool for spreading knowledge

Commentaires : It is extremely useful in learning environments such as training where you don't necessarily have to be there physically, or interacting with our colleagues in real time, or interacting with a customer where we have to demonstrate our services. Super cost and time efficient.

Avantages :

I have worked as a Administrative Coordinator for quite some time and I am familiar with the GoToWebinar platform. I was scheduling online and video conferences for my company's managers and our customers. This platform it's very user-friendly, can be learned in an instance, it's easy to manage and does not require IT support or expertise, it is simple to enter a webinar without worrying about any system requirements. The process of signing up and getting started with the platform was very quick and easy. The webinars can also be recorded and watched later. GoToWebinar it's a wonderful tool for spreading knowledge.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything that I immediately wish was different. I've never experienced any glitches while using GoToWebinar and overall have had a positive experience.

GoToWebinar - almost as good as being in-person!

Commentaires : This has been a great tool to help with team engagement, information sharing, and keeping the collaboration going amongst employees. It's is so easy to set up a meeting and to control the attendees & flow during the webinar / video conferencing. It works very well and easy & intuitive to use. I would highly recommend for any company - regardless of size as the flexibility of the software will allow you to customize it to meet your exact needs.

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to set up and host a meeting. It's very convenient and allows you to configure your screen any way you like (minimizing speakers or muting distractions). It does not seem to be a bandwidth hog and works well on pcs or mobile devices. It's really easy to share & record information for a future viewing or for on-demand needs.

Inconvénients :

In these days of remote solutions, there is small learning curve to use this software and you have to download something the very first time users participate. This is only inconvenient if they wait until the very last minute and then get caught off-guard. It would be nice if when the meeting was scheduled it prompted users to go ahead and download the needed extensions / programs so they aren't delayed. After the first time, it is a non-issue.
