En savoir plus sur Splashtop
Splashtop fournit un accès et un support à distance pour les professionnels des affaires et les équipes IT
Very easy to use with a simple interface. When the user is ready for remote support, just a few click/tap away and an agent can rapidly see the user's screen and help them out.
I was a bit confused about finding the correct software package on the website.

Very easy!
Commentaires : Très bon support informatique pour l’installation et sécuritaire.
Avantages :
Comme si c’était votre ordinateur au travail! Génial!
Inconvénients :
Je n’ai rien à signaler, c’est comme au travail, donc aucune plainte!

Great experience with Splashtop
Commentaires : We have been using Splashtop SOS for many years now and started using Splashtop Business during the pandemic to provide remote support to our Zoom Room devices.
Avantages :
Splashtop has all of the features we need to use daily to provide remote support to our community. You can respond to UAC prompts remotely, transfer files to/from the user's computer, and even lock the mouse if needed.
Inconvénients :
Walking a user through downloading a mobile app or approving all of the permissions needed to use Splashtop on a newer Mac can be kind of a pain, but that is the result of built-in security features in the operating systems, not anything on Splashtop's end.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : Webex, ConnectWise ScreenConnect, TeamViewer, Adobe Connect et LogMeIn
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : Splashtop is far easier and more user-friendly than walking someone through sharing their screen via Skype and giving you control. It also lets you respond to UAC prompts.
Logiciel antérieur : Skype
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Splashtop had all the features we wanted at a much better price point than any alternative products.
Splashtop Remote Support
Avantages :
It works great and provide the required remote connection for us to accomplish the support task for our users
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the connection can get a little bit slower.
Splashtop Review
Commentaires : Overall this is a good tool, with a little bit of improvement it would be great.
Avantages :
Splashtop works great to remote in to another PC and assist or repair. The file transfer feature works great and the tool is fairly easy to use.
Inconvénients :
The resolution of the remote PC could use some upgrading, often it seems a bit blury or hard to see. Splashtop requires the user to allow the connection or if it times out it will allow you in. sometime I need to over ride the user and they just reject the remote session when I try to connect.
Remote Access Software That Works Well and Doesn't Compromise Access Control
Commentaires : Splashtop has allowed us to confidently provide secure, remote access for technicians to help end users and remote manage systems for maintenance and support. The product has been very reliable and the costs and licensing model make it well worth it. The licensing which is based on the number of technicians instead of endpoints, benefits organizations like ours with many computers but few technicians.
Avantages :
Our priority when looking for a solution for remote access and support was transparency and access control. With remote access, controlling access is critical. Our previous product, TeamViewer, had many back-doors that could not be managed or audited. For comparison, here are some vulnerabilities in TeamViewer...- Anyone with local admin rights can create a password to remote connect to the computer. This allows any-time access, without the system administrator even knowing that access had been setup.- TeamViewer displays a unique code that anyone at the computer can see, write down, and use to connect remotely. A policy can be setup to rotate the code after each session, but the code itself could not be entirely disabled.- Setting certain access policies to mitigate these issues, such as white lists, created problems when software vendors also used TeamViewer for remote one-time product support.By contrast...- Splashtop only allows remote access if the user/tech has active credentials in the organization.- Access can be further restricted by making sure that the remote user has local (AD) credentials for the remote endpoint.- Modifying the client on an endpoint can be restricted by supplying Splashtop credentials so that even a local admin can't modify them
Inconvénients :
Splashtop works great for our needs, and I have almost no complaints. The user interface works well but doesn't look very modern or pretty. This is the first thing that currently comes to mind when I think about ways to improve the product.
Splashtop ROCKS
Commentaires : Excellent product, I would highly recommend it!
Avantages :
Very easy to use and they are always working on additional features to be implemented
Inconvénients :
Updates come on when first logging in and can take time for the updates
Access anytime with Splashtop
Commentaires : Overall Splashtop is the best solution for remote access of softwares and computers and it's very reliable
Avantages :
The best thing is it's feature of simple remote accessibility to the softwares with fair security and reliability
Inconvénients :
It's user interface can be better according to the modern time and certain functions can be added

Great remote tool with great feature set
Commentaires : We use Splashtop as its bundled with our RMM (NinjaOne), we also use it with another companies RMM/PSA (Atera) and we find it to be a great Remote Support tool with a great feature set.
Avantages :
The fact thats its bundled and we get a great product included in our RMM price is a bonus. The product is great and does exactly what is required of it. Its fast, easy to deploy and has a great feature set.
Inconvénients :
The UI could do with a bit of work to make it a little more modern.
Splashtop makes it easy
Avantages :
I like how easy it is to connect remotely to all of our customers.
Inconvénients :
There is a limitation on how many people can connect at one time to a machine.
SplashTop
Commentaires : Overall this is a great software to use if you are hunting a remote support or desktop software for working from offsite or just providing support.
Avantages :
The best part about splashtop was its ease of use. The remote support feature worked perfect along with the remote desktop feature. For the most part it is a fast easy connection to the other client without the need for VPNs.
Inconvénients :
It is a little pricey for smaller businesses and the startup feature is a little laggy at times.
Easy to use and deploy
Avantages :
The ease of setup is what sold us on this product
Inconvénients :
I'm a fairly new user but it's working great for us. Love the ease of use and ability to access remote PCs without assistance.
Just OK Remote Control Product
Commentaires : I'm licensed through NinjaOne. So is Teamviewer. I tend to use Splashtop more, but I see Teamviewer as a premium product.
Avantages :
Simple to use with ad-hoc version that is compatible with the RMM tool
Inconvénients :
Unlike Teamviewer, only supports 1 user remote access at a time to a host. That's a problem where I want to work with a client at the host computer and/or a vendor. Teamviewer allows multiple simultaneous connections. Second, I don't like that Splashtop only briefly shows a panel indicating who is connected, and third, I have to go into Splashtop Streamer, a separate app, to enable reverse printing. Finally, recently Splashtop Streamer 3.8.4 completely hosed processor and memory utilization on many computers across my client base. V3.8.5 fixed the problem, but it will take me awhile to forgive the hassles your buggy software caused me and my clients.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : TeamViewer
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Again, I have both. One is a backup for the other. Sometimes Teamviewer doesn't connect, so I'll use Splashtop, other times Splashtop won't connect, so I'll use Teamviewer.
Finally, Remote Access with a Smile
Commentaires : I haven't needed to contact support very much but each time I have they have been quick to help. More than anything in the IT world speed is paramount, these guys are good.
Avantages :
Functionality across pretty much everything. Fast set up. Secure approval for new machines / users, even down to me having to verify who I am on a regular basis - no trouble, reflects the changing IP's.
Inconvénients :
The software working through the app is sometimes a little less than smooth. It still works well but could see some improvement.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : TeamViewer, Dameware et Zendesk Suite
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : LogMeIn while providing a heavyweight piece of software were exorbitantly expensive. Massive price hikes every year. Why did I put up with them for so long? Fear of having a major headache in transitioning all clients to a different product.
Logiciel antérieur : LogMeIn Rescue
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : I enquired with many companies, those are just a few that come to mind. The easiest and most useful help was from Splahtop. They gave me a full trial, extended that trial and then helped in the move from LogMeIn to the Splashtop product. All the way through I had regular email communications checking all was going well. Very satisfied customer.
Splashtop puts others to Shame
Commentaires : Controlling machines, the fact that it supports UAC prompts, file transfer ability, all of those are reasons that this works well for our business.
Avantages :
To be honest value is the number one reason I love this software. Compared to other solutions the cost is lower, but the product is high quality and is used on a daily basis.
Inconvénients :
No support for Linux. We have several Linux machines that we would like to manage, but the support for Linux has been little to none. They have an old version for Linux, and it has not been updated in a while.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : Remote Desktop Manager, LogMeIn Pro et GoTo Meeting
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : Cost, Logmein went up dramatically in price, so other solutions were searched for.
Logiciel antérieur : LogMeIn Pro
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Cost vs Features, Splashtop wins every time.
Excellent and appropriately priced alternative to the overpriced competing products
Commentaires : I started using it since Splashtop was included with my Atera MSP solution and was amazed by the quality of the product and connections. It made sense to dump my much more expensive subscription Teamviewer product for Splashtop SOS. It does everything I need without breaking the bank. Some of my colleague's have been on Splashtop for years and love it too.
Avantages :
Very easy to use and deploy. Has all the features I could possibly need and then some. I've had other competing subscription products that just kept increasing in cost. Splashtop I think is perfectly priced and excellent quality. Having the ability to view and remote assist a mobile phone user included is a real value add for my clients.
Inconvénients :
Ive never really had any major issues while using the product. I wish the on demand SOS download through Splashtop's site could be custom branded instead of having to host and deploy a branded SOS on my own. Other than that can't think of anything else to gripe on. Keep up the excellent work guys!
If you are using TeamViewer - Switch now!
Commentaires : It has been good. I was searching for an alternative to TeamViewer that wasn't going to kill my one-man-company. This lets me manage the few servers I need too without having to pay a ton of cash. The file transfer works great, and the screen sharing is solid. Stays connected for DAYS.
Avantages :
It works way better than other screen sharing apps I have used. It just works. I also like the cost - compared to teamviewer, it is more reasonably priced and I don't have to fight bugs all the time. It works when you switch to wifi - long time teamviewer bug!
Inconvénients :
The only problem I have had (and it was short lived) was that it is easy to close the remote client accidentally. Once you realize it needs to stay running (and don't close the tray icon) - you don't have any problems. I caught this very early on.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : Remote Desktop Manager et BeyondTrust Remote Support
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : TeamViewer wouldn't work on devices connected to wifi - it was bizarre. Never used to work like that, but the software just kept getting buggier and buggier. Also, the disconnects were horrendous. Now that i am using the same connections / computers without issue - I know it was the software.
Logiciel antérieur : TeamViewer
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : It was a better fit for my small business.
Excellent User Experience!
Commentaires : I'm able to work remotely with no loss of productivity and also able to provide support to other users who do not know how to solve computer issues themselves.
Avantages :
I was particularly impressed with the sound transfer features of the software. I selected my desired sound settings on setup of the program, rather than having to select it with each session. There was no delay or latency and the full screen function makes it appear that I am sitting at my office computer. The cost was low and the value very high, especially when compared to other similar software, some of which costs 10 times as much.
Inconvénients :
Two different software programs, a streamer and a business program, must be loaded. It would be nice to only have to load one program, but this was not that much of a hassle.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : LogMeIn Pro
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : The prior program was slow and the sound transfer feature was very weak and had to be enabled with each session. When it was enabled, it caused degrading graphics.
Logiciel antérieur : RemotePC
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Logmein was very expensive and the quality was not one bit better than Spashtop.
Best for the money
Avantages :
I love the ease of use and most importantly, the cost vs. Team Viewer. Team Viewer license for a small number of stores is crazy expensive.
Inconvénients :
There is nothing I dislike. This software is a homerun
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : BeyondTrust Remote Support
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : Cost effectiveness. I was using their free but their algorithm detected it was for business so I needed to pay.
Logiciel antérieur : TeamViewer
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Price and ease of use
Great, full featured remote tool
Commentaires : I do technical support, and training for users on a daily basis. I'm often connected to multiple computers at the same time. It pretty well always works perfectly well.
Avantages :
It does everything that the more expensive programs do, and it works very well. I can have as many concurrent connections open as I need to which I often do.
Inconvénients :
Honestly, trying to say the name so that people understand it is the most difficult part.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment : TeamViewer, LogMeIn Pro et GoTo Meeting
Pourquoi choisir Splashtop : Our TeamViewer subscription had expired and I had used the full version of splashtop previously, and was always very happy with the product, and the low price of the ad hoc version made it a no-brainer
Pourquoi passer à Splashtop : Price, previous experience, unlimited concurrent connections
