Avantages :

Exceptional billing and invoicing system. It is a very useful tool in evaluating the financial growth of the company. Very useful time management and task distribution options. Also, they do not stop development and upgrades. They are always within one phone call if we need any help. It is very easy and intuitive in implementation and we easily switched to Amberlo from our previous billing system. The use of Amberlo on a daily basis helped us to evaluate our growth and understand our weaknesses.

Inconvénients :

It might be beneficial to have more advanced task tracking system

Amberlo App. Great software for lawyers

Commentaires : Amberlo has proven to be an incredibly useful tool for me in my daily work as a lawyer. I especially appreciate the case management module, which allows me to have all the information about the client and the cases in one place. This makes it much easier for me to track deadlines, remind myself of important activities and avoid mistakes. The automatic invoice generation function has also sped up my office work. Previously, it took me a lot of time, and now I can focus on more important tasks. Amberlo's technical support is at a high level. I can always count on quick and professional help in case of any problems. To sum up, Amberlo is a solid and functional software that has made my work much easier. I recommend it to all lawyers who want to optimize their processes and increase their efficiency.

Avantages :

Amberlo is characterized by simple operation combined with advanced functions. I really appreciate the possibility of exporting almost all data to Excel. Additionally, they have great support and you can set everything individually with them. They are very flexible. Additionally, I love the ability to manage time and costs associated with running cases

Inconvénients :

In general, I do not see any major flaws in it. What I would improve in the application and what may be a certain flaw is the way of archiving cases. Additionally, there are few functions that would allow for the precise division of the client base into people working in the office and visualization of parameters of such clients in the database of each employee.

Commentaires : A good piece of software if you want several functions across full matter management to client delivery, but it is let down by slightly less advanced interfaces.

Avantages :

The calendar function works well for matter management.

Inconvénients :

The client portal was not up to scratch with other legal applications we also use. Its interface was somewhat confusing to use.

Amberlo is a good and reliable way for client management in a law firm, with always room for improvement.

Avantages :

An extremely simple and reliable way to track the number of hours spent. Keeping records of clients and specific cases for each client is clear and sufficiently accurate. The entire system greatly simplifies client management.

Inconvénients :

Just a few minor issues. Searching for matters is not intuitive, and the search function is overly complicated. It’s not possible to sort matters by number or client, only to narrow the search by parameters. Additionally, it’s not possible to include a fixed price on the invoice without specifying the number of hours, regardless of whether the actual hours exceed or fall short of the fixed price.

Avantages :

Amberlo.io is an excellent tool for task management in a law firm and for increasing work efficiency, especially thanks to its clear analysis functions. It offers numerous features while maintaining user-friendliness. Automatic reminders, integrations with other applications, and the ability to generate documents provide time-saving opportunities in performing repetitive tasks. The Amberlo team supported us during the migration process, putting in significant effort to implement the software in our company.

Inconvénients :

Creating reports in excel format could be improved. Many clients expect reports in an excel file. Therefore, the program could allow the creation of templates for such reports

Great tool for lawyers

Commentaires : 10/10. Every law firm needs this kind of tool that helps to manage the day-to-day processes of the firm.

Avantages :

The product is truly excellent and of high quality, perfect for both individual lawyers and large law firms. The software is highly functional, with a whole range of functions that facilitate work organisation, delegation of tasks, document storage, time-tracking, invoicing and debt management. Amberlo is a perfect tool. I recommend it.

Inconvénients :

None. There are specific features that Amberlo doesn't yet have, however the developers are constantly improving the app.

Commentaires : As above, I enjoy using the app, I think at this point its the best option on market for law offices.

Easy to use, very efficient way to track billable hours as well as manage work on different project.

Inconvénients :

Missing some analytics features - I would really appreciate possibility to verify in Amberlo e.g. what was an ultimate hourly rate in project performed on fixed fee as well as percentage/proportion of work on particular project of different employees

Avantages :

Your product has made accounting for the legal services simpler and easier, also made invoicing for our clients easier and faster, which is crucial for a lawyer's daily work. Your application allows us to track work, provide reports to clients that are informative and take very little time for the lawyer to prepare. The information in Amberlo is easy to access and quick to learn how to use.

Inconvénients :

It would be useful for Amberlo to create tables to keep track of all clients' time in one place.

Avantages :

reliable, easy time and case tracking,

Inconvénients :

some minor solutions for generating reports and how the data is displayed [f.e. minutes are by default converted to 1/100 of an hour, and not displayed by default in hrs and min, you can add time in hrs and min format in addition to the 1/100 - one of the Clients got very upset and claimed that this is not very clear] however those are not dealbreakers and we opted to continue using Amberlo for next year

Amberlo perfectly organizes the work of the law firm

Commentaires : Prior to implementing this system, the Amerlo team helped us customize the interface to meet our specific needs. The Amberlo team also helped us transfer our existing case records to the Amberlo system. Amberlo's personalized approach to users is a huge advantage for us when working with Amberlo.

Avantages :

We have been using the Amberlo system in our office for a year. By using Amberlo, our work has become more organized thanks to which we save a lot of time. Combining all information in one place is possible because of the many functionalities of this system. Amberlo is a cloud-based software, the interface has a modern look, is well designed and clear. Operation of the interface is very intuitive so it does not require long learning. Also the training of new lawyers works smoothly. We mainly use the records of cases and court deadlines as well as the assignment of individual cases and tasks to lawyers. Moreover, the ability to filter the data contained in Amberlo by multiple criteria is very helpful. Amberlo's cooperation with Office 365 is functional. A big advantage of the system is also its mobile application - simple, easy to use, clear and minimalistic. The mobile app allows you to manage your law firm anywhere and works on both IOS and Android.

Inconvénients :

Amberlo's cooperation with e-court still needs to be refined, but we know that this is a problem beyond Amberlo's power.

Commentaires : The program is clear to use, has many interesting features and makes daily use easy. The problem lies in closing tasks for which you need to spend extra time. Great for creating new clients and appointments as well as a calendar. I highly recommend.

Avantages :

We have been using Amberlo for a year. It is quite easy to use and to navigate. It really helped us with productivity and time/tasks tracking. Dashboard is the most useful feature for me. I can not imagine working without this app.

Nothing, it is a great app. I think that some features may be improved.

I can’t imagine my day without Amberlo

Avantages :

Time tracking and billing is super easy. I also enjoy a feature to send invoices and reminders using Amberlo.I also love the charts and tables that Amberlo shows on the left corner.

Inconvénients :

When I have a fixed fee project I would like to enter it into the system once and them turn on/off the timer whenever I am on it. Now it is not possible.

Avantages :

The app is really simple to use, super intuitive, and that’s something others don’t have. You don’t need any training with Amberlo as everything goes smoothly from one dashboard to another

Inconvénients :

Some Spanish accounting is not included so you are not able to make every kind of kill you would like

Commentaires : Very friendly use, easy to cope with. In short it is life-saving.

Avantages :

The mechanism through which issuing invoices became so smoothly conducted. The ability to store documents is also an important feature in Amberlo.

Inconvénients :

1-Sometimes we like to issue an invoice for a fixed fee without breaking down how the time was spent on the matter. This does not seem possible. We still need to figure out how if it is possible. 2- Had Amberlo included services tailored for IP matters like registration and checking trademarks, it would perfect the system.

Easy time tracking and billing

Commentaires : AMEA Legal enabled our team to track working time spent on client tasks easier and more precisely. This ensured that all working time is billed and even slightly increased our income. The transition to the new system was smooth because it is intuitive and AMEA support is very helpful.

Everything you need for efficient case management

Commentaires : Our planning and time tracking have significantly improved since we started using Amberlo. The team calendar provides an excellent overview of what team members have planned, so you can easily see the load and plan additional tasks. Team members can easily convert completed tasks into timesheets, which makes planning and time tracking very efficient.

Avantages :

Amberlo is easy to use and has many useful features at the same time. It is very efficient for managing cases and organizing teamwork, especially when the team is working remotely. It has a beautiful and very intuitive user interface and does not require any specialized training. Both web and mobile apps function flawlessly.

Inconvénients :

We are waiting for the integration with our accounting software.

Excellent tool for managing a consulting business

Avantages :

very speedy and intuitive. Lots of functions which can be almost fully utilized and covers the whole of our process. Very professional, timely and friendly customer support.

Inconvénients :

There is no opportunity to check the document content. I think this feature would really come in handy.
