Commentaires : C'est notre plate-forme principale de recrutement. Nous l'utilisons aussi pour faire de la prospection dans la banque de CV.

Avantages :

Possibilité de commanditer les offres d'emploi pour obtenir plus de visibilité.Service-client très facile d'approche et collaboratif.

Inconvénients :

On ne pouvait pas faire rentrer les CV directement dans notre logiciel de suivi des candidatures.

Un bon outil pour chercher un poste

Commentaires : Je le recommande vivement aux personnes qui sont à la recherche d'un nouvel emploi.
Il y a des centaines d'offres d'emploi, en ajustant les filtres on peut trouver celui qui nous correspond.
Dans une époque où déposé un CV et une lettre de motivation est révolu, indeed vous permet de postuler plus rapidement et de façon plus qualitative.

Avantages :

Indeed est une bonn plateforme de recherche d'emploi le choix y est important. Je l'ai beaucoup utilisé pour mes recherches d'emploi et je l'utilise encore. On peut télécharger votre CV sur la site et postuler au poste immédiatement (uniquement pour les candidatures simplifiées) C'est une bonne chose car vous n'avez pas besoin de postuler directement sur le site Web de l'entreprise, où vous devez passer du temps à créer un profil. Il y a de plus en plus d'entreprise qui sollicite INDEED pour trouver plus de profils.

Inconvénients :

Parfois la recherche nous donne des poste qui ne sont pas adéquats. Encore trop souvent redirigé vers des sites tiers où il faut de nouveau s'inscrire. Trop d'agence de recrutement présentes.

Recherche d'emploi à l'international

Commentaires : J'ai obtenu plusieurs entretien téléphonique via cette application depuis le Canada. C'est incroyable

Avantages :

Logiciel très facile d'utilisation. Il permet de postuler le plus rapidement à une offre de candidature partout dans le monde.

Inconvénients :

C'est le fait de vouloir passer à la version pour un mois d'essai gratuite. On me demande à chaque fois de mettre mes données bancaire.

Un bon moyen de trouver du personnel ou du travail

Commentaires : Correct, le site est très clair et intuitif ! Je le trouve bien construit. Mais les candidatures sont délaissées par plusieurs employeurs..

Avantages :

Service client correct pour un accompagnement sur mesure en moins d'une heure. De nombreuses fonctionnalités permettent d'aller toujours plus vite ou plus loin.

Inconvénients :

Je ne trouve aucune information nulle part concernant mes candidatures. Certains employeurs ont marqué ma candidature comme traitée, mais je doute que ce soit réellement le cas.

Bonjour, J'ai fait la découverte du site Indeed depuis plus de 5ans, mais je n'ai pas utilisé souvent. le site est très pratique, il permet de cherches un emploi parmi des centaines offres mis à jour quotidiennement, on peut suivre en temps réel qui nous suivre, et qui nous consulte

Inconvénients :

En dépit des avantages qui offre le site, y'vais des points que je n'ai pas aimé. 1- le temps; vous aller passer plus de temps à chercher du boulot 2- si vous passez au mode de payement, et vous aurez un compte , c'est cher par rapport qualité. prélèvements abusifs sans justifications et factures. 3- service client inexistant . Je ne recommande pas vraiment le site

Commentaires : Bonjour Je ne recommanderais pas cette méthode de recrutement !Je suis extrêmement déçu et mécontente de INDEED !Lorsque j'ai posté l'annonce, votre site m'annonçait 12 candidatures, or j'en ai eu que 4 !De plus malgré "les critères" demandés lors de la publication de l'annonce les candidates n'avaient pas de diplômes dans mon domaine d'activité !C'est totalement mensongé et ça ne vaut pas du tout les 320€ pour 18 Jours d'annonce !

Avantages :

La possibilité de définir une requête filtrée correspondant au l'offre d'emploi par le candidat et le bonus est que le résultat de cette requête est transmis par mail quotidiennement au candidat.

Inconvénients :

L'interface est austère (web 2.0) et demande à être rafraîchie.

My experience has been that I’m able to find a deep and varied talent pool from which to seek candidates. I suspect some of this is due to the name recognition and broad use.

Although not my own experience, I’ve heard other users complain that the free version has limited access to details.

The more time and money you are willing to invest in the application, the more beneficial it can be for your recruiting efforts. It is definitely a solid platform for reaching a larger pool of applicants for your position opening.

It then gives you a breakdown of how each candidate matches against the criteria, which can save you some time sorting through various resumes. Indeed also allows you to be very specific about your monthly spend, which is important as you are charged a base fee for each candidate who applies for the position. The best job-search tool ever!

Commentaires : As a candidate, I have outstanding overall experience with Indeed. In order to go through job applications, it has been conserving me time. Since Indeed continuously shows me new chances in my area or recently added employment that I'm interested in, I've actually loved it constantly for both the browser and the app.

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to search for appropriate job positions on Indeed using keywords, titles, industries, and locations. In addition to that, I appreciate that I get daily emails alerting me to fresh job postings relevant to my quest.

Inconvénients :

What I did not enjoy about this software is that there is tremendous competition for job postings because new positions are uploaded every second. As a result, there can be a lot of unqualified applicants to sort out.

As a recruiter: many unanswered requests

Avantages :

I used indeed for 2 things I was applying for job offers to whom I have already worked as a salesperson and I managed to get hired and the platform is very easy to use, and the other thing years later I wanted to recruit candidates according to my branch which is a headhunter

what I frankly did not like as a candidate to find a job is not obvious because many applications are unanswered employers give us no sign of life, and also the worst is that as employer to find candidates it is not obvious because they will make believe that it is free supposedly 1 month free and we are directly debited I find it scandalous I had a very bad experience of this and it is for its that I do not recommend at all indeed neither for employers, nor for candidates

This website is great for searing resumes, posting positions for hire. It has the capability of posting multiple positions.

Inconvénients :

It can be very confusing when trying to renew a a job posting to update the date of the posting. This keeps it fresh and higher up on the line.

I like that indeed is straightforward and easy to use. I like that its a quick turnaround for employers to fill a role and a quicker way for applicants to get jobs. You won’t find many roles in the same field but you will find where spots are needed to be filled.

Inconvénients :

The suggested jobs to apply to feature I feel should auto populate in general. It’s not as narrow searched when you login

My favorite job search software!

Commentaires : I've had nothing but good experiences with indeed, I've actually gotten hired with two different companies through the app and after you get hired you are able to put that on your profile that you are hired somewhere and basically off the market. For me it's just always been very easy to use and I've never had to question what I was doing in our when I was looking at!

Avantages :

I love the ease of use of indeed, it's never been difficult for me to navigate throughout the app or the website. I've never had to question what employers I have already applied to and which ones meet my specific qualifications. I especially love the little markers for each job application that say whether it is filling up quickly or if there is a lot of applicants who are applying, there's just a lot of information that's given and it really makes it easy to never doubt what is right in front of me!

Inconvénients :

To be honest I don't think I've ever had any problems with indeed. I have used it for years and I have always used it to keep my resume and it has since been very easy to update and keep track of places that I have applied to, places I've worked at, how long I've worked somewhere and the messaging feature is sort of new but that is also a nice touch that they added so that instead of having an email back and forth you are able to converse right in the app!
