Commentaires : As a company, we are satisfied with the results that the implementation and daily operation of the prodio system has brought. Previously, we made attempts to implement several other systems, which failed due to the inability to adapt them to our needs. Avantages :

For us, the biggest advantage of prodio is its ease of use and its ability to match workstations. The system is very intuitive, making it trivial to implement, configure and train new employees even those who have virtually no experience with computers or touch devices. A further very important aspect is the ability to integrate other systems via API and scalability.

Inconvénients :

Like any system offered as a service, it has its limitations and requires flexibility and adaptation of processes within the company to the service. however, this is a common feature of all such solutions.

Perfect software for small production plants

Commentaires : We use Prodio for production planning. It helps us to count the working hours, to check the costs of the details production.

Avantages :

We like the most the ease of use of the prodio software. Intuitive production panel is really helpfull in our job. The operation of the software is stable and breakdown free. We have never had problems with data lost or breaks in production.

Inconvénients :

We like the software very much, we do not have any remarks.

Avantages :

Numerous elements of Prodio have been beneficial in enhancing our production procedures. Havingthe flexibility to develop recipes for each product has been immensely helpful because each finishedproduct contains quite a few raw materials. In addition, we can now more accurately track productionand assembly time thanks to the Shop Floor IU. That has been quite beneficial in determining a precisecost per unit.

Inconvénients :

This app is addictive. I check what's happening in the company, even on my holidays, due to myability to connect from anywhere. Besides that, data is the most important thing; in this context,workers need to know the application.

Commentaires : We introduce the system 3 years ago. Before using the system the organization of or production was a much more difficult. At this time we had only 4 CNC machines.The implementation was very easy, we were able to do it by ourselves without expensive specialists.Over the last 2 years we made a lot of fine tuning in our production. We have now a clear overview regarding production status, we can give to our customer accurate information regarding delivery times and very important, we have also the costs unter control. This is very helpful also for offer preparation to our customer.Honestly, I can't imagine how we would organize production now without Prodio.

It's quick and easy to add new orders, but more importantly, I can see right away if I haveall the necessary supplies on hand. I am huge fan of User-friendly UI that isn't complicated. This was my main buying factor whencontrasting Prodio with other comparable goods. Using PRODIO for two years

Commentaires : We started using prodio because we needed a simple program to place jobs on individual machines so that operators would complete them according to schedule and specifications. Thanks to Prodio, this was achieved.

Web-based, real-time tracking production management software with a great interface and function to build reporting stations even on mobile phones. The thing we really like the most about Prodio is that it is not bloated and complicated.
