Outstanding Customer Service

Commentaires : The customer service is top notch, there is always someone available to answer your questions.

Avantages :

The Tenna team made it as easy a possible to get all out machines entered for the initial set up. A team of guys showed up to our office and worked side by side with the mechanics for installation. The website is easy to navigate and the trackers are easy to set up and install.

Inconvénients :

Nothing I can think of rite now. Everything is great

Great Company with a Great Product!

Commentaires : Tenna has the capability to cover all of my tracking needs such as, heavy equipment, vehicles, mid-sized machinery, attachments, small tools, and consumables all on one platform. It has also help with our preventative maintenance program to signifyingly reduce costly repairs throughout our fleet. And again, I can't say enough on their customer service.

Avantages :

The customer support staff is by far some of the best that I have ever worked with. Tenna is very easy to use and navigate around in the platform.

Inconvénients :

Tenna’s quality comes at a price, and I feel that some addons that they charge for should be included in the original modules, I look at it as just bettering their product.

Not as User Friendly as We Hoped

Commentaires : It does the job but not as user friendly as we were led to believe. We're willing to stick around in hopes these issues are resolved.

Avantages :

Preventative maintenance feature, rollout was relatively smooth

Inconvénients :

The app is incredibly difficult to navigate. The website is not all that user friendly either. We have had several "glitches or issues" at times where we needed the data and this leaves us wondering just how often these happen and how reliable the data is. We also rely heavily on the tracking/data to file IFTA and we had some major issues in our IFTA reporting. We've also had some issues with the geofencing feature.

Good product with very poor delivery

Commentaires : Upfront expectations were never met and the total implementation costs were very high and not explained fully.

Avantages :

It is a very good product that has many great features.

Inconvénients :

The upfront implementation cost is ridiculously absurd. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing they do to get the product installed and running.

Commentaires : The asset tracker has helped our company know where our equipment is at all times. When we started we just had the QR Codes, which needed to be scanned, and was very time consuming. Now we have the trackers/beacons, and less work for us.
Tenna has been oncall with me and respond very quickly when I have a problem or need help understanding how to do something.

Avantages :

The initial setup was a little time consuming, but once everything was uploaded, all of our information is there and readily available. The assets are very easy to access.

Inconvénients :

My lease favorite thing about this software is that it is not always user friendly. It takes a lot of trial and error to do a task.

Commentaires : We tried other fleet systems in the past and once we came across Tenna we haven't looked back. The software and hardware are unmatched by previous competitors we tried. Customer support is excellent. Anytime I need new hardware, or have any questions, our account rep is quick to make sure we are taken care of.

Avantages :

The ability to see where all of our equipment is at all time provides peace of mind, and helps with our scheduling process. Tracking hours and milage, as well as maintenance alerts are a huge plus. Tenna helps us keep all of our assets organized all in one platform.

Inconvénients :

The filters are helpful, but it would be ideal if when viewing all inventory without filters, if the assets were in dropdown boxes by category or fleet id, and if the dropdowns could be hidden. Having the ability to inline edit assets instead of individually would be great as well.

Commentaires : Excellent company to work with, great support team. Very good software, and easy to complicated to use, depending on your needs.

Avantages :

Great customer service, ease of use, functionality, asset tracking, inspection and maintenance reports, organization of equipment and tools, planning and scheduling of equipment to jobs.

Inconvénients :

A little expensive, and you have to really know exactly how many assets you are planning to track. This can be challenging if you are consistently adding new assets.

Inconvénients :

Support for Materials & Trucking is immature today. Slightly awkward mapping between our job-based structure that we use in Vista to site-based structure in Tenna.

Excellent tool/equipment tracking system

Commentaires : Overall Tenna is a great product and I would highly recommend.

Avantages :

The vast amount of information available on the portal interface is very helpful. Their customer service team is top notch. The willingness of the programing team to make modifications for our particular circumstances has been impressive.

Inconvénients :

The integration to our Spectrum accounting system has been slow to refine, however the implementation team has put forth a lot of effort to make it right.

Very nice Product

Commentaires : From the beginning conversations with the Tenna sales team, installation crews and software / training teams we have been very impressed so far. It is nice to be able to reach someone live by phone for questions whenever needed, every employee I have had conversation with have been extremely nice and helpful!

Avantages :

After trying a few other GPS tracking brands with many multiple issues we are glad we found Tenna. Vehicle tracking seems to be where most GPS companies excel, Tenna is the only company that was able to seamlessly track our heavy equipment without issues!

Inconvénients :

We have not had any issues that could not be taken care of with a phone call!

Useful and Progressive Tracking software

Avantages :

The ease of locating equipment and tools. Overall the app is very easy for field personnel to navigate. The customer service is impeccable. Staff is very knowledgeable of construction and how best to apply and have full use of Tenna.

Inconvénients :

I wish the Resource Management Schedule was easier and more practical and looking forward to advancements so it can be more useful. Main function being able to export and share the schedule. Having a better Geofence feature to accurately capture when working for two different customers in close proximity.

Great Company, Great Product

Commentaires : Overall Tenna has been a great company to work for. It has allowed us to effectively track and manage all of our equipment helping us feel secure knowing that we have eyes on all our equipment 24/7.

Avantages :

Features I like the most are the asset tracking and inventory management. It's hard to find a company that manages everything from vehicles to hand tools as effectively as Tenna does.

Inconvénients :

Some of the information that we need leaves us jumping back and forth between different reports on the software. Some more consolidated reports would be great!

Great software for a large overview.

What works for us!

Commentaires : I think overall it’s a good program.

Avantages :

I like the idea where its a one stop shop for asset tracking. Although i feel as though its a lot of features but none of them are completely thought out. I believe there’s simple improvements that could make a huge difference.

Inconvénients :

Searching for employees when I don’t know their truck number is really the hardest thing. I believe a meeting with Tenna might help alleviate a lot of this confusion.

Commentaires : We have recovered two pieces of stolen equipment within hours of them being taken. This alone paid for the system.

Avantages :

It is easy to use and get deployed. The fact that your entire fleet is instantly accessible from your smart phone exceeds anyone else systems.

How We Tenna

Commentaires : The overall experience with Tenna has been awesome. They have multiple resources for training, asking questions and the weekly meetings help as well.

Avantages :

Tenna's mobile app is very easy to use. From finding assets to creating a maintenance entry, it is convenient and quick to use.

Inconvénients :

The buy in factor from our field users has been slower than anticipated. We have also noticed the changing of reps frequently. All the reps we receive have been very helpful and knowledgeable. It would be nice to have 1 rep to stick with for a period of time.

Knowing when equipment is moved without prior knowledge and who was responsible for the equipment at the time it was moved.
Organization, organization, organization!

Avantages :

From the onset, the customer service has been spectacular. There has not been one instance where if we had a question that we had to wait for assistance. The response has been immediate and extremely satisfying. We would and have recommended using this software for any business that, like us, have been losing money when equipment is lost, stolen, or misplaced. We really can't speak enough about the high quality of customer service. They have really backed up everything that they had told us while we were looking into this software.
