Avantages :

Even though it’s so simple it takes me a while to pick things up. The customer support is the best I’ve ever received hands down.

Inconvénients :

We often get customers finding things hard though, maybe navigating around the app and booking on etc. Im not sure how simple it is from a member point of view.

Club Right is what Club software should be like

Commentaires : I cannot speak highly enough about Clu Right. We have been around a long time and have used a lot of different platforms. We were quite happy on our last platform until we had our heads turned and saw what we were missing out on. The whole process of moving was superb. Every single step was a breeze. But it doesn't just stop there. The team are really really great. Whenever we have an issue (usually a user error) they are there on hand to help out. New features are constantly being added. In shorts Club Right, our rep and his team rock.

Avantages :

The simplicity and the range of features is above everything else

Inconvénients :

The pain of moving from one software platform to another - but actually it was relatively painless

Commentaires : In the beginning when I joined my journey with CR I regretted it, Joining was an absolute nightmare especially the onboarding process as I had several issues with lack of knowledge from Paxton engineer (he was new) and onboarding was a shambles. My GoCardless account was about to be terminated due to moving it all across to CR and I could have lost all my data as CR forgot my when the transfer was supposed to be happening. Honesty CR had MAJOR communication issues with [sensitive content hidden] no where to be seen or heard despite conversing with me personally before the issues occurred. I'm so pleased [sensitive content hidden] is on board because she is someone who i can tell is passionate about the brand and how to help grow.

Avantages :

Not much apart from seeing development and improvements happening. Still a long way to go for CR but in a year I can see improvements have and are being made. Great to speak with [sensitive content hidden] who actually knows what she is talking about unlike previous team members I have dealt with.

Inconvénients :

Lack of and delays in communication between L&Z and CR. No way to refund members. No way to select multiple members groups for automated emails. No way of changing DD dates for members. Guidance on how to upsell, promote, market. send out weekly/seasonal promotional ideas etc, helping us grow will help CR

Their sales process was smooth, and clear.

Inconvénients :

After going through their sales process, which was very smooth and where they were eager to close, we then got stuck in onboarding. They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up. No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update. This all started in July. Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent. No replies to emails. But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us. Don't be fooled by their low price, it comes at a higher cost than the one presented, in time wasted, and poor service.

Avantages :

The better the package the more features you can use to make your gym more unique and bespoke.

Inconvénients :

Can be hard to manage sometimes however the team are on hand to help at a click of a button.

Great value for money vs previous providers we have tried, significantly cheaper and far more functionality. Customer service live chat quick to respond.

Inconvénients :

Lots of data available, but more digestible and aesthetic data graphs would be a great addition.

A Complete Solution For Busy Gyms

Commentaires : Clubright has been game changing for us. The support team are excellent. The software is excellent, and ever improving. And the value is exceptional.

Avantages :

Clubright has changed the game for us. Its allowed us to combine several tasks that we used separate systems for, all into the one easy to use system.

Inconvénients :

There is very little not to like about Clubright. It ticks all boxes for us

Avantages :

This is mainly to praise the work that Yoana has put in for us changing Direct Debit providers. No question has been too stupid and she is quick with her responses. A true asset to the company. I don't know what she is paid but it isn't enough.

Inconvénients :

A few hiccups in the change over but Yoana was on hand throughout.

Yoana has made things so much easier and is always at the end of the phone for any questions or queries I have.
I don’t like the orange button as it’s hard to keep track of and I end up forgetting my query by the time someone answers 🤣
Yoana helps us out and if I need anything will go above and beyond to make sure my question is answered!

The team are very helpful especially Yoana who is always at the end of the phone

Inconvénients :

ClubRight has helped us with our membership base for a while now and is brilliant

Avantages :

Really easy to use and manage memberships, book classes etc and the customer service is exceptional, especially Yoana who has really helped us through the process. Our customers find the app a good addition to our service. The online help are quick to answer questions and resolve problems.

Inconvénients :

It would be useful to have a button on the attendees list for classes that would make it easier to book them onto the same class for the next week.

Commentaires : ClubRight enables us to run our membership admin very easily and efficiently.

Avantages :

Ease of use. Excellent dashboard, better than previous systems that we've used. Great customer support from Yoana.

Some of the reports could provide more specific information.

Commentaires : The guys at ClubRight have gone above and beyond to help me, unfortunately through no fault of ClubRight I have had issues and they have always on hand to help out, customer service is 5 star and although I am only a small club they have made me feel like their only client at time’s, ClubRight has a family run feel about it and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Avantages :

The App is what attracted me the most to using ClubRight, having everything member’s need just one click away has made a massive difference in the running of our club.

Inconvénients :

The only issue I have is with the integration with Harlands who are my DD providers, due to the lack inconsistency of integration I have often not seen a true reflection of my members and daily takings to solve this I have made the decision to start using Go Cardless to collect my DD in future as they have a 100% integration with ClubRight which we’ll enable me to use all their features.

6 Month Gym Review

Commentaires : Id like to mention at this point that I have used the chat function LOADS, As its just myself running the whole business for the moment at [SENSITIVE CONTENT], that have been on the other side of the chat button at a moment notice have really made this software the one for me! These three legends have helped me set up, upgrade for more functions, even virtually walked me though sections and troubleshooting the welcome screen too.
Note only are they friendly but the team also empathize that not all of us are computer wiz's. Cheers guys.

Avantages :

This software is very user friendly. In both cases for the gym director and members. The interface in which I personally use for managing the gym day to day which bookings for classes and personally training or the members app which they use to scan in and book classes on their phone. Simplicity for the user is paramount for bookings. The bulk message/text or email option I utilize most to get the message out or even notify the members of up coming courses and events. The reporting feature is very useful to analyse loads of option too.

Inconvénients :

The only slight issue I personally have come across with this software is that My Qr- Welcome screen sleeps at random times, where I have to re-boot and uninstall sometimes. But other that that its a fantastic system which i will use for the foreseeable. To note with this too. Is the 'chat' button which the Clubright team are there to assist at a moment notice.

Great for small businesses

We haven’t managed to set up the access management yet however I’m sure once all of the teething process has been completed by transferring all members from our old system, it’ll run smoothly.

Winners 2000 ClubRight Review

Commentaires : ClubRight is the best software on the market. It does what a club manager needs and the product is still really evolving and still improving. As more and more features are added it will only increase in benefit to the clubs that use it.

Avantages :

The software "does what a gym needs it to do". You can tell it has been designed by someone who has run a gym and knows the things that happen on the shop floor. It is very easy for any of the team to use, and very good for the members to use on the App.

Inconvénients :

We run 3 clubs but have memberships that are able to use all 3 sites, so we are still in the process of integrating some features This is currently under development, and when done will be a feature that appeals to all other potential customers as well as makes our day to day operation smoother.

Excellent member management software for the independent gym

Commentaires : Clubright are excellent overall, they are on hand to provide support in a flash and are very accommodating to your needs. The app works very well and is perfect for our independent gym with many integrations that work well. I would advice against using DFC as a direct debit provider and instead going with GoCardless.

Avantages :

Clean interface with lots of options. Clearly designed by someone from the gym industry as it has all the features which one would require. Customers like it and generally any issues can be easily sorted out.

Inconvénients :

Advanced data sorting and extraction, csv files with complete customer database information (i.e hidden ID codes, membership codes etc). Currently can only sort by a few fields. The User App interface could be updated to be more modern.

Avantages :

Features which stand out for my business. Ability to create different membership options immediately including creating discount codes / offers without going through our third party collection company. The diary is also excellent.

Inconvénients :

I would like a Sunbed usage tracking option for my members if I was being greedy.

Club Manger software

We have notifications on all aspects of the company and helped us save man power.
Nothing is to much for the company and if we have any problems they sort them out really quickly.

Avantages :

I found this new software system easy to use. I am not a tech no phobe and even myself found this easy to understand

Inconvénients :

Honestly there is none. Best thing we have ever done for our business.

Great Software for Gym Owners and Operators

Commentaires : The Clubright system has been excellent to operate our facility and grow our membership. The support from the team has been second to none and it is the attention to the customer's needs that sets this software apart from some of its competitors. There are many Gym management platforms out there but you will be hard-pressed to find one at this price point that does so much. I find that the continued development of the platform and the customer-centric way in which they conduct their business is a breath of fresh air! Five stars from me..If I could have given 10 I would have!

Avantages :

Easy to use and operate and lots of functions that make it easy to operate a club

Inconvénients :

Honeslty, From a club management side of things, there really isn't much to complain about!

ClubRight is the "do-it-all" management tool for our independent, boutique gym.

ClubRight is the professional, user friendly management system we didn't know we needed. For an independent, start up gym, ClubRight has all the tools and features to aid in the smooth running of our facility. From aiding sales from initial customer enquiry, easy sign up, retention and facility operation, ClubRight has easy to understand and use features and integrations to all necessary partner applications. It is obvious from the outset that ClubRight has been designed by a team with relevant industry experience and with club growth and operation the primary objective. Constant upgrades, new features and high standards of customer care means ClubRight's value to us is always improving and giving us the confidence in a fully integrated management system.
