Avantages :

I like that the software integrates Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and even Google My Business. The automatic link shortening is a helpful tool.

Inconvénients :

There are some limitations regarding posting to instagram and managing instagram accounts, though almost all social media managers struggle here.

Superbe application

Commentaires : En tant que community manager, j'ai tester plusieurs solutions comme celles ci. Cette application est top. Je met un 9 au lieu d'un 10 seulement parce que je trouve qu'au niveau de la programmation de publication ce serait super si Zoho pouvait enregistrer les heures de publications (par defaut) car au bout d'une dizaine planification ça devient long remettre l'heure a chaque fois pour chaque réseau étant donné qu'il y a des heures de publications spécifiques. Mais en tout cas j'adore.

Avantages :

La solution est très complète. Elle va de la planification au suivi. Top

Inconvénients :

Ce serait mieux de pouvoir paramétrer des heures de publications par défaut pour chaque réseau. Aussi , je n'ai pas encore essayer d'utiliser avec plusieurs marques en même temps, mais je pense que je vais passer a une offre payante.

Meilleure plateforme sociale

Avantages :

Le plus gros avantage avec Zoho est la simplicité et la transparence de la configuration. Tout est bien clair.Zoho est convivial et dispose de processus simplifiés qui permettent de contrôler votre monde des médias sociaux en un seul endroit.

Inconvénients :

Aucun inconvénient à signaler . C’est une très bonne plateforme

Facile et efficace

Avantages :

Je l'utilise pour planifier mes posts LinkedIn. C'est simple, le calendrier est très pratique. Et surtout, c'est le seul outil que j'ai trouvé qui me permette de citer des comptes dans mes posts.

Inconvénients :

J'aimerai pouvoir citer aussi des comptes personnels, mais je crois que c'est LinkedIn qui bloque.

Commentaires : Great! It's very easy to use, very cost effective as part of Zoho One package and makes things quicker and easier than posting to each social account individually. Can see which posts perform better than others to help decide on future content and posting time.

Avantages :

Manages multiple social channels and over the last year the amount of development that has gone into new posting features within each channel is fantastic. Hastags can be added to IG posts, button links for Google etc. It also uses data to advise best times to post for max engagement- the more in-depth tools such as these become available the better!

Inconvénients :

There are still new social features that it would be good to see available within the platform. You can do an IG post or reel but not both at the same time. Would be good if Zoho had one software to manage all chat systems and all social media in one software.

Commentaires : It's easy to use and it keeps all my social media organized and updated. I have been using Zoho Social for about two years now and I absolutely love it! It has made managing my social media accounts so much easier and more efficient. Overall, my experience with Zoho Social has been great!

Avantages :

I love this tool. There are many similar tools out there, but this is the best one I have come across. I use it for managing all my social media posts, especially scheduling. It has a great calendar management tool, as well as an easy-to-use interface. The ability to schedule all my posts at once, on all platforms is a huge time saver. I also love that I can review reports for each platform and see which posts are performing well.

Inconvénients :

Tagging people on WhatsApp Business is a pain because there is no integration for it. This is a big issue for me since WhatsApp is the main form of communication where I live.

Avantages :

Zoho Social is an extensive platform. It has many features we love and use on a daily basis, like scheduled posts, follow global trends, publish quick content to Twitter, advanced reports and more. We really enjoy using Zoho Social.

Inconvénients :

I have been using Zoho Social in my agency for quite a while. I have been noticing that the Zoho Social subscription price increased a lot recently. Anyways, still I believe Zoho Social is the best solution for us after having experience with other platforms that didn't fulfill our expectations.

Avantages :

I enjoy that I can manage multiple brands from both desktop and laptop and that everything is super easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Zoho social has space for a little more customization such as font or font size and adding stories to instagram that doesn't require a manual push.

Commentaires : I think Zoho is a brilliant company and they have so many different types of software to manage a business. I am grateful they exist. I just might use them as my go to guys/gals for everything software in the business world.

Avantages :

I love that I can add Pinterest to this software. It's hard to use a social media marketing software that has Pinterest as an optional platform because of its unique design. I also love how easy it is to plan a post and schedule it later.

Inconvénients :

I get some bugs about Instagram so I can't post there right now. Also, twitter only allows certain characters so I have to post separately for that one. Also, sometimes I have to resize my images and that can be time consuming.

I have been trying many social media management tools over the last few years.Each one platform failing the integration methods. I finally decided to give Zoho a try because I knew they did other SaaS services perfectly, so I guess it worth a try.

The best social management handling platform for brand awareness

Commentaires : Having a great experience with Zoho social. From the beginning, Zoho helped in many ways in order to build our social presence. There are many features from the side of social media management and the interface is very clean and simple to use.

Avantages :

We can able to schedule the social media postings which won't let us to miss out any important days to go on social channels.We also can measure and monitor the insights of our social reach

Inconvénients :

There is the only drawback I observed is there is no free trial account. At least there should be a free trial that let a user access a minimum of 2 social platforms.

Avantages :

I carried out a case study of 4 different scheduling apps and Zoho Social was by far the best one. There are plenty of useful integrations to help manage digital marketing campaigns such as analytics, streams, and lead management which are all hugely helpful. The app is dependable and functional, unlike some of the other apps I tested. Highly recommend this product - it has great functions at an affordable price.

Inconvénients :

The inability to edit images on the scheduling tool would be the cherry on top of Zoho Social. When ensuring content is in the correct format, even just a cropping tool would be really useful. It would also be useful if Zoho Social was compatible with posting Reels, Stories, and Carousels to Instagram, but I appreciate that some of these are down to Instagram's rules.

Zoho Social is easy to use and comes with a whole host of useful features that suit our business needs! The interface to schedule social-media posts is very intuitive and straightforward to use, but allows for all the customisation you could wish for.

Inconvénients :

- You cannot customise posts for different social networks at the point of creation - The repeat scheduling is limited to weekly or monthly and cannot be customised to - say - every 10 days, or once a fortnight.

Commentaires : Overall, we have begun to be consistent with scheduling and have seen a massive increase in our social media following, engagement, and awareness of our brand. Using Zoho Social has been a great experience and we will continue using this application for all our social scheduling needs!

Avantages :

Zoho Social is very easy to set up and to use on a daily basis. I use the online version on my desktop, as well as the Mobile App and both integrate seamlessly for ease of posting. I love being able to bulk schedule to all of our social channels, as well as to single channels if the content is specific to just one platform. I also love the tagging feature and the calendar view as well.

Inconvénients :

I can't say at this point that I have much I don't like about this software. The mobile app doesn't have the ability to tag people or businesses when creating a post on the app. However, I've been using the free plan and it's possible that this feature is an option for a higher paid plan. It would be great if the tagging feature was an option on the Mobile App as well as the Online Desk Top version.

Avantages :

Great dashboard as soon as you log in. Well formulated compared to other companies at this pricing range. The reporting, both automated and customized, gave us insights shortly after starting use. The filters on the calendar view are very helpful. Having Linkedin and Google My Business as platforms is fantastic, many other options at this price range do not include.

Inconvénients :

You can't make make specific adjustments per platform within the post, ex. all posts have to be in the Twitter character limit if you are selecting to post within all. Other platforms allow you to select the platform within the same edit window to customize it without creating an entirely new post. When you add a link, the preview will show an image, but the post might not always bring the image through.

Commentaires : Having the reporting all in one place, and easily understanding what is effective and what isn't is the best part of Zoho, aside from the price to make it all happen.

Avantages :

The price and the customer service are what make Zoho stand out for me. I like the reporting and automatic scheduling features. It's nice that you get a small team of users, even at the lower pricing tiers. The agency option is one of the best I could find.

Inconvénients :

Collaboration and workflows could definitely be improved. There are some limitations with certain channels, especially with Instagram, but other platforms struggle with some of the same limitations. It would be nice to incorporate YouTube into the mix.

Commentaires : Zoho Social has given me a major time saving when creating and planning posts. The layout is logical and easy to find what I'm looking for. All the analytics is perfect for me as a solopreneur. I'm loving the mobile app too.

Avantages :

Every part of setting up Zoho Social was seamless, easy and no fuss. I was up and running quickly. The same can be said for all the posting features and analytics. It's all there easily found and used.

Inconvénients :

I haven't found a con yet. I'm 2 weeks into using Zoho Social for 7 social media platforms and posting daily and the only item I can't find it having is importing the captions .srt file to YouTube. But otherwise every thing is going well.

Commentaires : I stumbled upon Zoho Social about a year ago when a friend of mine (who works at a Digital Marketing Agency) suggested it to me. It took me a while to consider it, but when I started using the software, it certainly made things a whole lot easier. It enabled me to cut short my social media management tasks in half and focus on other important aspects. NOTE: Since I'm also into e-commerce apart from my full-time job, I found that Zoho doesn't do well in this aspect. I have various reasons for this. The most annoying one is when you have to add shoppable items individually and the whole thing becomes a mess. However, I have tried out a few of Zoho's alternatives and they seem to be doing fine only in this aspect. So, bottom line, if you are planning to use Zoho for e-commerce, I strongly advise against it.

Avantages :

1) Adaptability: Zoho is very easy to configure and it can be easily customized to suit your business process. 2) Schedule Posts: This should be the main reason why I chose to use Zoho in the first place. At the beginning of every week, I normally create a road map or a content calendar with different kinds of posts that I want to post during the week. Zoho allows me to schedule these posts individually or collectively throughout many social media platforms. 3) Crucial Data: Zoho churns out relevant data that is easy to understand and can help you make informed decisions. It can even tell you what the most convenient time would be to post something on a particular platform - based on the maximum user engagement at a particular time in the geography that you are dealing with. 4) Dependability: So far, I've not witnessed any of my posts fail with Zoho. There have been a few instances like these that occurred when I had used other alternatives. So, I guess it's safe to say that Zoho is reliable - and this is important for digital marketing agencies where clients can get real cranky at times (I've freelanced with a few of them, so I know how risky a failed post could be) 5) Android App: Zoho has an android app that surprisingly notifies me way before an actual social media application does! However, though the app has a lot of powerful features, there's still a lot of scope for improvement.

Inconvénients :

1) Platform Integration Range: Though Zoho caters to the most prominent Social Media platforms, it has still left out a few less common ones. However, people still used these platforms and have their own reasons for doing so. So if Zoho can integrate with these platforms, it would be great! 2) Media Sharing: I found that when it comes to sharing pictures or videos, the user interface suddenly becomes a bit cluttered and hard to navigate through. Still not a deal breaker for me, however, If you're new to social media marketing and if you haven't tried out any alternatives previously, it's going to be a tough process until you get the hang of things.
