Avantages :

Je suis très à l'aise avec ce logiciel.Prise en main facile et j'utilise ça pour présenter des catalogue de biens immobiliers à des personnes.

Inconvénients :

Le chargement des photos parfois dure trop longtemps.

Avantages :

I am extremely impressed by the overall quality of the software. It's not a cheap hack and works everytime. Simple to learn and use, I was able to create my first video in minutes. It took just a short time to learn how to insert floor plans. Adding to MLS listings could not be more simple. Hotspots, the ability to tag features with prices and information make it a great experience for the viewer. Customizing icons, logos and contact information for personal branding establishes your authority and brand. Back end management features give you the ability to organize and scale with your whole organization. It couldn't be better.. but it is. Add your own background music, insert Youtube vidoes and even embed 3D models. WOW!!!!

Inconvénients :

The only thing it lacks for me is the ability to personalize each video from a mailing list. This would be a marketing advantage, if you are an agent with a list, you could send a video with personalized messages.

Avantages :

The price is pretty low compared to others companies that offer the same services. There is no fee for publishing the tour. You can create/edit them on your computer or in your smartphone, which for me is incredibly faster than the PC.

Inconvénients :

You have to keep your account active in order to have your tours online. If you cancel your account or downgrade to the free tier you will be able to have only 3 tours with 3 panoramas each. The platform compresses the images, so if you didn't use a good 360 camera you will experiment some noise on your images.

None. There was nothing to like. SaaS lacks customer service and the text is misleading.

Cons: What did you like least about this software? It appears this is a con. I signed up and had a couple of questions. First time the user puts in their phone. If the phone is not accepted, you get this message: SORRY, PHONE IS NOT COMPATIBLE... Unfortunately, VR Maker cannot create good quality tours with your smartphone alone :( But hang on, with the amazing 360° camera bundles, you too can become a VR master! Check out our available bundles here. The text invites you in to sign up but you never see anything about a 360° camera bundle. The software had a message board opportunity. I asked a question. The response said they were out and would answer in three hours. They never answered. When you sign up and it doesn't work out. Beware: You lose your money. They indicate it is their right to keep your money for providing zip, zero, nada services. If they were in the U.S., they would be called Democrats. They believe your money is their right.

Great value for the price!

Avantages :

The price cannot be beat, especially compared to Matterport! I like that it's a DIY solution so I don't have to hire a photographer, and with the fisheye lens attached to my phone I don't need an expensive 360 camera. I love that I can brand it to myself and use my own logo instead of the iStaging logo.

Inconvénients :

There are some stitching errors using the fisheye lens no matter how slowly I turn in a circle. And I don't like that you have to log into the app using wifi. I have a listing out in the country with no wifi, so the first time I went to take pictures I couldn't do it with no wifi. The next time I logged in at home, drove over there, and since I was already logged in it worked for a while. But then I got an error message and had to go back to the home screen and it logged me out. It took me several visits to the house to get a full set of photos. I also wish we could put the custom logo on the ceiling and not just on the floor.

I like the design and how easy it is to navigate the app. This is what online shopping really needs.

Inconvénients :

In order to enhance and personalize the VR experience, I wish iStaging would allow the uploading of 360 videos and audio files in either mp3 or 3D spacial audio formats to your projects.

This product is working exactly as we had hoped! It has been easy and fun to showcase our homes.

Commentaires : We're able to showcase our homes to potential buyers and clients before they even step foot in the home. The virtual tour software simply makes marketing the home much easier as you truly get a sense of the space and flow of each floor plan and layout.

Avantages :

I like that you can edit seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices. It has allowed us to quickly snap the photos, sit down and edit efficiently at the desk, or edit on the run with our phones. It is very intuitive too. The branding is wonderful and the ease of sharing links and embedding is amazing.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to add custom directional icons and have the software keep that custom icon/png/jpeg on its server so we don't need to upload each time we'd like to use any custom icons. I believe the current software requires uploading custom icons each time you want to edit. This would allow a more customized virtual tour.

Great value & works well

Avantages :

Easy to use, compared to other products available. Very good value for money. The quality is of the image is also very good.

Inconvénients :

The length of time it takes to uplaod and create a vr have tried with faster internet.

Avantages :

Easy to use! Even some people with not as much experience with computers can use it. A smart phone is all you need to make awesome videos and clients LOVE it and are so impressed! I combine these tours with drone photos and my clients are thrilled.

Inconvénients :

That I cannot edit photos. I missed a blur in one shot and did not have the chance to go back to the house to reshoot that angle. I would love to be able to edit a photo.

An amazing way to make immersive 360 tours of homes.

Avantages :

I like how easy this software is to use. I can go from taking the 360 images to having a tour up and running in no time. Istaging is also updating the software to make it even easier and quicker to get a tour together.

Inconvénients :

I currently like everything about this software and highly recommend it.

I needed to make some shots of the office and searched for option to measure some distances and I couldn't find that option... Or maybe they don't have one?

It was and easy product to learn to use and I found the preparation a breeze. Only took 1 or 2 attempts to get up and running. The lens and rotater are great and I think it is an affordable alternative for businesses that do not want to spend a lot of money providing a service

Inconvénients :

Cannot link to realestate.com which is important factor and cannot put onto Youtube. I did have trouble initially with losing pictures in upload but main issue is You tube and realestate.com. it can be added but is not highlighted as a feature on the property. lighting is an issue as well

Great alternative to more expensive options for Real Estate Virtual Tours

Avantages :

Affordable and there is no expensive and bulky camera equipment needed. Good smart phone camera needed though - we experienced significant difference in video quality between an iPhone 6 and 8. The iStaging app works well.

Inconvénients :

Requires time to put the actual tour together in the program. You have to connect all the individual panoramas and connect them. Easy to do once you figure it out but time intensive. Also, for our purpose in Real Estate, we would like a widget with a video preview & "watch video" option that we can put on our website. One last thing- the rotator piece is a bit flimsy but has held up so far.

Easy to upload to the platform, no need extra space to storage the files. The 360 degree pictures provide circular environment scenes.

Inconvénients :

So far so good! The monthly fee for uploading pictures is little bit higher. The number of the pictures could be increased to 30 or 40 more.

I have been using ISTAGING for several months as a real estate agent. It is a very valuable tool.

Ease of use, photo upload speed, brand & non-branded views, hot spots, 20 views per level, pricing, ability to set the view angle, use of hot spots.

Inconvénients :

Really, nothing to complain about. There are a few other services out there slightly similar to ISTAGING but ISTAGING is more affordable and their software has more features and is easier to use. Although one can use their smart phone to take panoramic photos, if a user plans to create a lot of virtual tours I recommend the highly affordable 360 camera called insta360one which costs very less. But, for a start, using your smart phone with their rotator and lens clip is ok.

LiveTours give an amazing experience to viewers. 3D rendered space even looks more realistic!

Avantages :

Very easy to use and even easier to share! Marketing analytics help businesses gauge effectiveness of campaign! Reasonable pricing.

Inconvénients :

I hope there's an option to save LiveTours and view them offline incase internet is not available.

Been using iStaging for about a year for my real estate photography business. As I said it's easy to use and found it very practical software for my business. My real-estate agents love it. Packed with features. It's a total package. Their help is just as good.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and very affordably priced. The picture quality is great and images load fast. The software in and of itself would be a good deal at this price but the fact that you also get free gear just makes it be a no-brainer.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could put simple little text hovers or tags over things. Kinda like the matterport tags ... "granite countertops", etc. You can put hotspots that will link to notes, etc upon clicking but that kinda chops up the user experience.

The app has been a revelation compared to all others I have tried on the market.

Avantages :

Its ease of use, and slick presentation make it ideal for us in creating a 360 tour for our customers. Customer support has been 1st class.

Ease of use, fast and accurate. Intuitive image loading and overall setting Up per tour and account. Customer service and support is quite fast which is really appreciated

Inconvénients :

Limited panoramas for larger places can be frustrating. No cache saving as backup on Chrome, forces you to always have an online connection. It would be neat to make the tours offline too.

The software is so simple to use and I was up and running in minutes. I have tried multiple services and this is by far the most user friendly!

I sometimes have repeat commands multiple times before it works correctly but bugs can be expected with any real time software.

Avantages :

Very simple to use software, both on the web and in the app. Just upload your panoramas and click to link the panoramas together into a tour, very intuitive!

Inconvénients :

The software could offer more support for direct upload from other cameras such as the GoPro Fusion, the Rylo, or some of the more inexpensive cameras on Amazon.

Great product - needs a few tweaks to make it fabulous

Commentaires : It is ideal for us to have an insight into our facility as many potential clients don't visit the site initially. Therefore the solution is good but it needs to be a little more flexible. The pop up tags design is poor and uploaded floor plans are poor quality. I would recommend the product though as the end result is pleasing.
