Easy to use lead gathering tool, contact tracker, and cadence tracking tool

Commentaires : Top-rated experience with onboarding the product and using the product. Anytime I reached out to support, they got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my issue.

Avantages :

Salesloft is a great value for the money spent, it is easy to use, and my salesperson and their onboarding team did a great job getting my all set up.

Inconvénients :

I wish they had more native integrations with CRMs. Salesforce is their primary integration.

Commentaires : Overall it's been a wildly positive experience. It's drastically increased our efficiency and helped us bring in a significant amount of revenue

Avantages :

Salesloft is a staple in our business development initiatives. The platform makes it easy to organize your outreach efforts while continuously optimizing your methods. It truly helps us optimize efficiency for thhe sales team

Inconvénients :

There are very few things to dislike about the software. We had a challenge where we were unable to track the performance of custom dispositions and sentiments on calls. Although the default dispositions are sufficient for tracking.

Eases communication, and holds records in one place

Avantages :

I like the fact that all email communication can be turned to cadences, and we can move away from antiquated email templates. I'm a big fan of the dashboard, that shows what calls, emails or tasks are due each day.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I wish was different is the navigation, sometimes it requires a few too many clicks to get to cadences or schedule an email send.

Great product but has issues

Commentaires : Overall Salesloft has made me more efficient and organized at work. Even though we frequently run into issues, I couldn't imagine my job without it.

Avantages :

Salesloft is the main reason I'm still in a sales position. Before the system, I was leaving over 70 of the same voicemails a day and had to manually track my cadence progress which was messy and unorganized. Salesloft has completely transformed my work style for the better and has lead to multiple successes in my career. I am much more efficient, organized, and happy than I was prior to Salesloft.

Inconvénients :

I'd say Salesloft runs great 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time my co-workers and I frequently run into issues where the system doesn't function properly. The most common issue I run into is when the entire program becomes unresponsive leading me to uninstalling and reinstalling the extension and even then it sometimes doesn't fix it. Another frequent issue I run into is when Salesloft doesn't record or log my calls for the day. I've had calls that were never logged and also calls where it took over a day to show up.

Avantages :

I liked the fact that SalesLoft offered a comprehensive suite of sales engagement tools and features that allowed me to create, execute, and track campaigns with ease. The platform was easy to use and I found the data it provided to be helpful in making decisions to improve my sales performance. Additionally, the customer support was excellent and provided helpful resources to get the most out of the platform.

Inconvénients :

One of the least favorable aspects of SalesLoft was the lack of personalization for certain capabilities. While the platform offers a great deal of customization for many of its components, there are certain features that cannot be altered, such as email templates, which can be restrictive for users who desire to create more specialized campaigns.

Avantages :

From a sales role perspective, SalesLoft provides an easy to use platform for account management and tracking user productivity. The ability to create effective outreach cadences and having data analytics into testing email campaigns is absolutely crucial. The biggest pro for me is being able to make calls and track email open rates directly from the platform. My product team has also implemented an integration with our CRM allowing a seamless workflow for effective prospect outreach.

Inconvénients :

My sales team and I are incredibly satisfied so far with SalesLoft and have not run into any system or customer support issues.

Commentaires : These people are vultures. Holy heck they are one of the least customer friendly companies I've ever interacted with. The Comcast of sales tools... We bought SalesLoft for a year and told them we didn't want to renew. They billed us anyways. We asked for a refund, and they said one could not be provided. I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company in order to finally get a refund. We asked if we could get our data exported, and of course they said they aren't able to do that. We asked if we can trial the product (since we hired a new sales person) in order to access our data, and they said they don't offer trials. They have a minimum of 2 seats even though we only have 1 salesperson. Honestly these guys couldn't care less about their customers or doing anything friendly at all, they're basically the worst company I've interacted with in recent history.

Avantages :

The product works for the most part, it gets the job done. Most of the problems with this company are with their extreme customer unfriendliness, not the product itself.

Inconvénients :

The software was average - it's pretty lame that you have to pay a high price for something that is available for free in other platforms like HubSpot. The main negative about working with this company is the people and experience you get talking to them, and their aggressive customer-unfriendly policies, not the software itself.

Salesloft great for tracking engagement

Inconvénients :

The limited ability to create rules on cadence engagement (there are only 4/5 selections) would like more ability to customize according to my companies needs

I use Salesloft for tracking calls and primarily emails as well as email tracking

Commentaires : Tracking and creating emails that are sent to prospects are the biggest values to my job. The new ability to tell if a prospect is looking at our site and what pages they are visiting is also useful. Salesloft does a good job of constantly adding new features like a linkedin extension at the bottom of the screen to verify prospects. The dashboard also helps tell which emails work and which don't and making changes to templated emails is very easy.

Avantages :

The ability to quickly load a lead from salesforce or multiple leads is very easy. The email tracking is also very helpful when deciding when to reach out to prospects. Navigating through Salesloft for the most part is very easy. The notifications on whether an email has been received or not is great. I primarily use Salesloft for email cadences and email blasts. Both allow me to send templated emails to prospect at a much faster rate than gmail. The dashboard also gives you good feedback on which emails are being opened/responded to. Being able to create your own custom templates is very easy as well which allows you to change up your messaging whenever you'd like.

Inconvénients :

Salesloft at times can make it difficult to log calls. Sometimes I'll prefer to just log calls in salesforce when Salesloft isn't recording my calls properly. The email tracking while useful will sometimes give you false alerts if the prospect is opening their email with outlook or if you open the email yourself which can lead to confusion. The tool also has issues with uploading leads from salesforce from time to time which can be frustrating.

SalesLoft, the personal assistant I can actually afford.

Commentaires : I've loved SalesLoft from the moment we started using it. Initially, I was taking over some duties for a member of our team on maternity leave. Her outreach is wide and system complex and I don't say this lightly when I say that SalesLoft is one of the only reasons I was able to step in for her. Her position is unique and SalesLoft allowed me to keep up our daily correspondence with leads in a way I could not have on my own. After this experience, I insisted on setting up an account for myself. We built out a new position for Inbound sales and have seen some incredible results--enough to hire on another inside sales specialist and begin scaling. This was possible partially to SalesLoft's integration into my job--allowing me to stay on top of leads and giving me rich insights. Our new Inside Sales Specialist was blown away when I trained him on SalesLoft--he mentions to me daily how thankful he is to have it. As we continue to scale our inside team, I only see our partnership and dependency on SalesLoft's capabilities growing.

Avantages :

- Easy to navigate - Great customer service - Saves me an immense amount of time - Provides valuable data - Automates for me - Holds me accountable to following up with leads

Inconvénients :

It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.

a huge boost in the efficiency of the sales crew

Commentaires : With a substantially greater prospect-to-customer conversion rate as well as a shorter onboarding period, we've seen a significant increase in sales efficiency.

Avantages :

The ease of use speeds up onboarding, converting new workers into producers in weeks. SalesLoft simplifies prospecting and keeps sales teams up to date on communication plans with potential accounts and leads. Analytics provide vital data to ensure you're continuously improving sales cycle efficiencies. It also helps the marketing team manage messaging style and content. Thus, Sales teams can focus on selling instead of creating messaging. The onboarding procedure was meticulously and it was easily set up.

Inconvénients :

The only major issue I've had is arranging our emails. If you develop a template and then send it, it seems sloppy and likes it originated from just a computerized method.

One of the best Sales Engagement Platform

Commentaires : My overall experience with Salesloft has been great. At first, my network was bad and the call quality was not great, but the support team helped me and my team and now the calls and network are perfect and everything else is perfect. We have customized most of the automatic rules to meet our needs.

Avantages :

What I love the most about Salesloft is that it makes our Sales activities smooth, easy to manage and track, and provides great automation rules and training for me and my team. We can record all calls, all meetings, and send emails from the same platform, making it easier for me as a Sales Development Rep to focus on revenue-generating activities and automate all the other admin processes.

Inconvénients :

I think Salesloft can increase its integrations to include other systems that other companies are already using.

So many features but hard to use

Commentaires : Motivation and automation for my team.

Avantages :

We purchased this product just over a year ago and there really is so much you can do. The reporting capabilities are virtually endless. I love the plugs into Slack and Salesforce. We use those daily. It really motivates my team to see who is setting meetings through SalesLoft and when they are being scheduled.

Inconvénients :

This has been a very heavy lift. Things that would would think are intuitive are not. Changing the time for a cadence step is not as simple as changing the time. We have had to undergo multiple trainings for my team to bring everyone up to speed and training new hires has been difficult. That being said, there is a lot this product can do and will likely become very powerful once everyone gets the hang of it.

Old Dog, Learning New Tricks

Commentaires : My overall experience has been a learning one, coming from a CRM such as HubSpot which I have like several years of usage. But now that I have been using it

I do like the ease of use and I am getting used to it, as well I have looked at other learning tools, (i.e: Youtube)

Inconvénients :

Just took me some time to get used to a brand new platform, and sometimes there are glitches that happen.

A great way to optimize your sales outreach

Avantages :

Extremely hands off, effective outreach that allows you to maximize output and log information on salesforce with a click of a button. I do like the workflow they have established. I can crank through 100's of calls a day if needed, increase volume of conversations.

Inconvénients :

Saleloft freezes often, and their internal dialer messes up ALL the time especially when you use a dial by name directory. It gets frustrating that their service also goes down or at least slows down 2 every two weeks.

Adequate tool with poor support and predatory billing practices

Commentaires : Overall the experience is bad. The tool itself is fine but there are many better and cheaper alternatives, the support in setting up the tool and managing it is poor. We are so unhappy with their behavior we are switching to Outreach even though Salesloft refuses to release our company from the contract.

Avantages :

It does the most basic part of the job well - putting leads into automated cadences.

Inconvénients :

The platform is not intuitive to manage, reporting is poor, customer support is almost non existent, and the company employs predatory billing practices, we're currently struggling with them to be released from the contract.

Great idea but the platform is built SUPER bad

Avantages :

The tool undeniably boosts the productivity of a sales team. You're able to touch a much higher volume of prospects per day than without it

Inconvénients :

the downside is the platform was architected and built by a 5 year old. Their APIs is bad so their email integration with Outlook is constantly spotty. The logic built into the Contact sorting function is very basic so its hard to sort through a high volume of contacts at once. Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.

Commentaires : I'm enjoying it! I think it's a great platform that can use a little work, but it's great. I really like that it's not HTML email style so my team can make it look like their own.

Avantages :

I like how easy it was to teach the individual users how to use the platform. It's easy for me to set up cadences and get them ready for my team.

Inconvénients :

Personal fields, account fields, etc. I would like to make it easier to create fields and customize them. Also, it's hard to get answers from customer service. Like it'd be nice for users to have a chat area.

Commentaires : Very good, this is the 2nd company that I've utilized Salesloft and I've enjoyed both experiences

Avantages :

Ability to integrate with Salesforce and it makes it easier to prospect by building out templates and cadences.

Inconvénients :

The data management can get a little messy if you are switching account/contact owners, but the work around is to re-import.

Augmented sales engagement platform

Avantages :

There are a lot of features that help our sales team with their prospecting activities. CrystalKnows is pretty scary how accurate it is. Cadence also allows our team to seamlessly create repeatable processes. Support has also been exceptional.

Inconvénients :

We've had some issues with customization. In particular, some of our users wanted to personalize the font and look of their outbound emails. We had to work with their support team but we're still limited to a default font for the entire team.

Great Product for Outreach

Commentaires : Overall I loved my experience with SalesLoft - it was a great way to reach out large numbers to prospects and to find opportunities easily.

Avantages :

SalesLoft completely changed the way we approach outreach here. I love how easy it is to send personalized and tailored emails to multiple individuals at the same time.

Inconvénients :

Not much I dislike about SalesLoft - there were times where certain dynamic fields wouldn't change (i assume a small bug caused these to happen).

Salesloft for the Salesforce user

Commentaires : I think the idea of Salesloft is good but for a company coming from Salesforce it is a bit confusing. For . New company that does not have anything for CRM it is perfect.

Avantages :

Salesloft is insanely robust. There are so many incredible features and their functionality is very advanced.

Inconvénients :

The software is too robust. It is almost too confusing to figure out. Every time I think I understand something, there is another layer too it.

Excellent tool for creating and managing cadences

Commentaires : In general, the experience has been good, I can create several types of cadence, whether events, inbound, outbound, ABM. It is possible to create personalized and massive campaigns in the same tool.

Avantages :

Ease of use, functionalities, analytical resources, possibility of creating massive campaigns

Inconvénients :

Limitation of up to 500 e-mails sent per day, does not allow you to delete a cadence, just archive it.
