Avantages :

J'aime répondre aux enquêtes quotidiennes ça me fais gagner de l'argent et résoudre certain problème de base C'est facile d'utiliser

Inconvénients :

Les enquêtes ne sont pas permanente et ça paye pas beaucoup

Commentaires : j'utilise ce logiciel tous les jours il est très facile à manipuler et à comprendre et fonctionne parfaitement bien. Je recommande ce logiciel totalement.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est très pratique précis et donne de très bons résultats

Inconvénients :

ce logiciel est un peu couteux mais il a beaucoup d'avantages ce qui fait oublier ce desavatage;

Un outil pratique pour faire de la recherche utilisateur

Facile à prendre en main et le vrai plus: pouvoir faire sauter des questions à certains utilisateurs en fonction de leur réponse.

Inconvénients :

Ne pas pouvoir exclure dans les analyses de données les personnes n'étant pas allées au bout du questionnaire (hors téléchargement)

Commentaires : Overall it's a great site with an easy to navigate interface, not much more to say there

Avantages :

Compared to other form sites like google forms or Microsoft forms, I found this easier to use and had more features, I had to search a lot to find a survey maker site that offers pictured questions as Microsoft and google weren't offering it, I'm using the site for free as a student and I find that the features available is pretty good for no payment.

Inconvénients :

That there are simple things unavailable like the Opinion Scale which is usually free was unavailable and it prompted me to upgrade to pro, I found this a bit weird because on most, if not all sites this feature is usually free, I wouldn't have been shocked if the slider or even the picture format you had to pay for but seeing as there's a way to get the pro version for free even if it's only a week given I didn't make much of a fuss about it

SurveyLegend a Legend for Student Research!!!!

Commentaires : 5 star service altogether. Great for my summer research internship and I am so happy to have this amazing facility available to help me along the way!!!!

Avantages :

I love the general interface of the surveys in the free plan and the ease of use and access in making and filling in the survey. The anonymity option and single participation options super! The logic flows perfect for nested questions. Finally, the data analysis and different graph depictions perfect for the research as essential to display information in easy to read way!!

Inconvénients :

The 1000 answers is a little low for the free plan. Also the having to upgrade to export data is a requirement for any research so even if you could export like 5 question or something per survey.

Practical and easy to use

Commentaires : In general, I liked it and benefitting from it.

Avantages :

It is very practical and user friendly. Also, cost effective comparing with similar options.

Inconvénients :

Question types are limited and available questions are not customizable as well. For example, I want to insert a prioritization question, but I cannot do it with available tools. I have to compromise with my survey and ask such questions in different ways. Also designing sperate questions is also not available. For example, I have several likert-type questions but I have only a carousel-type of a design for all of them. I cannot see all the subquestions together in a table. Finally, I couldn't upload all or a part of my questions at once. I had to write them again.

Avantages :

Survey Legend is easy to use and practical. Even when you do not pay for the full version it is a good tool.

Inconvénients :

The only problem with the free version is that some of the answers are cut short and you cannot see the full answer on all survey questions.

Avantages :

Survey legend has great reviews from very large companies and corporations. That's an excellent measure of trust to me, I know that I can count on survey legend. Easily create an effective survey and distribute it quickly. Integrate with social media or contacts list. Data is easy to understand and is organized neatly. The data is easily shared as well. Other formats include polls and questionnaires, or 100% custom.

Inconvénients :

There isn't anything wrong with Survey Legend in my opinion.

Commentaires : Overall a really easy product to set up and use. We gathered the information we needed and even got a higher level of response than expected. This may be due to the easy use for the end-users as well.Overall a great product for us, that do sends surveys occacionally.

Avantages :

The drag'n'drop functionality of the survey is really smooth, and the results of the survey can be display in multiple ways. These are the to features I like the most.

Inconvénients :

The most cumbersome task is the dependency ruling. I think the flexibility is high, but also means a difficult setup. Would be nice to have a simple/advance logic toggle button.

I really enjoyed the functionality of Survey Legend. I was able to make a custom survey that fit my needs and aided me to get to the audience I needed. Everyone who utilized the survey was so surprised that I had made it!

I have no complaints about my use of SurveyLegend.

A legend Among Surveys

Commentaires : This has been a very valuable part of my market research and funding support. It's been relatively quick, easy and satisfying and I'd recommend this as a regular business tool to any of my colleagues (I already have.)

Avantages :

SurveyLegend - in my opinion- far excels in one of the most obvious but important ways: it helps the user build a really effective survey, and does so simply. And that's quite something given my experience of other survey builders. The richness of formats on offer presented in a neat drag-and-drop user interface was a joy to use, and within minutes I'd got myself the survey I'd wanted to build all along. Top marks. So - speed, ease of use, richness of content.

Inconvénients :

There's little missing. I just need to subscribe to get to some of the bits I really need. If my company wasn't a start-up I would subscribe to one of the reasonable packages in a hearbeat. One thing; the inability as a free user to see any of the survey answers until I reach a certain number of responses is very frustrating and - given that there are other limitations as a free user.. this could be waived maybe?

Commentaires : SurveyLegend is helping us out with our Customer Relationship. We were able to understand what our clients need and be able to hear them out also. The SurveyLegend is so precise that we were able to know what area is more into this product. Really loved the segmentation aspect and trends.

Avantages :

I like most about this software is the segmentation and being able to create a cool and easy survey for the customers. Its not just a survey it also captures the customers with its cool design and interactive survey format.

Inconvénients :

I least like about the software is the price, its quite pricey but I know its for a good reason. With all of its beautiful formats.

Loved it only took me 5 minutes to create a very beautiful survey that i could easily share with my colleagues, and that i could review the feedback instantly. Would definetly recommend.

Commentaires : It was a wonderful experience because it had all I was looking for at one place without going up and down to look for them

Avantages :

This product is first of all very easy to use. All the major sections and fields needed in order to write a questionnaire/survey is already at the side for you to just drag and drop. Also, I love the fact that they have the view of all platforms, both mobile and desktop, and you get to see it beforehand. Most importantly, I love that you could export all your surveys for free if you try it.

Inconvénients :

The pricing is good though but for some people that stay in my side of the world, Africa, they might get scared because of the pricing. But it's still better compared to many other survey services out there.

Avantages :

First I love the aesthetic and customizable features. With a design background, it was important to me to find software that would make a survey appealing for participants. I have heard great feedback. People love the design and interactivity of the questions.

Inconvénients :

I am using this for a short school project and I would love to export the data to learn how that looks to inform me if this will be the right tool for me to use in PHD research. However it does not export in the trial version. I can't justify paying for such a short project (under one month) while I have such a low income.

There are several features that I really enjoyed while using it. Firstly, the designs all look really nice. There are many different themes to choose from and all of them look wonderful. I can also set a front page to introduce myself and my work before people start doing the survey. It has made my survey look classy and appealing for others to do. Secondly, it's very easy and simple to create and use. Just drag your favourite style of question into the survey and you can simply edit with ease. There are also quite a lot of question types to choose, so it gives my survey more variety and fun to complete. Thirdly, it allows me to have unlimited questions. I really like this feature as it offers me an opportunity to develop my questions in depth and provides me a convenient platform to create something more academic to support my school project. Overall, it's a great experience to use this and I'm satisfied with the quality of my work.

Inconvénients :

There are some features that I would like them to be included in the free version. Firstly, I think that the function of branching out is quite a common type of question and it would be great if I can use it. I have several questions that require this function, yet I was not able to use it for free so I had to change my plan. From this, I also hope that there is a function of labelling the questions in numbers so even if I couldn't use branching out, I can still ask my respondents to skip it themselves. Secondly, I hope that the results can be shown in an excel file, yet this feature is again only available in the pro version. I'm still a student and I don't have much money to afford this so if this feature is provided for me it would have been so much more efficient and convenient for me to analyse the data.

A Great Alternative

Commentaires : SurveyLegend seems like a great resource for my work committee to use for surveying our membership. Based on my experience running a test survey so far, I'll likely recommend the platform for the cost savings it offers over its competitors.

Avantages :

First of all, this product is a great, cheaper alternative to more expensive platforms out there. The drag-and-drop features are great, and the site layout makes it very easy to create and review surveys. The steps to design and publish are very easy as well.

Inconvénients :

For some reason, extra clicks are required to enter text while designing the survey. The free version (of course) lacks many features, but one of them seems to include reviewing any survey responses longer than a sentence or so. Many of the backgrounds and font choices are a bit amateur-ish as well, but it may just be an issue with the free version, again.

I am loving the fun functionality of this!

Avantages :

It is very intuitive offering drag and drop style design features. This product has such vibrant personality, I felt it could help in addressing the dry survey overload many folks experience that doesn't encourage deep engagement in the topic. While being funky and colorful, Survey Legend still offers professional evaluation options, making it a holistic survey platform~!

Inconvénients :

Hmmmm... There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. I would have loved to have access right away to a free trial of full functionality to truly understand the platform's value right away. I think that would be strategic -- to offer 1 initial survey attempt at full capability and then require payment (or offer the option to submit reviews for extra time). Without this option it's difficult to get the whole picture perspective.

Instant Quality Survey Form

Commentaires : Overall, It is an amazing app if you have to make survey forms again and again, than only you should buy it otherwise you can use the free one as It provides all the basic option for a good survey form. FOrm me it was a great investment as it worked very well and provided everything for a quality survey.

I have to do surveys now and then to get the opinion of my colleagues. Survey Legends helps me to make interactive and fun survey forms which provide precise and in-depth analysis of the survey. It has a lot of features to customize every bit of survey forms, which helps me to make it accurately according to my needs.

Inconvénients :

The free version is very restricted and does not have a lot of features. And you can use it for only 3 times. on the other hand paid version is very useful and feature packed.

A great survey site for beginners

Commentaires : My overall experience has been good, I'm impressed by the options and by the user-friendly aspect, which is very helpful to people learning new software while working from home.

Avantages :

I love that this software is very easy to use for beginners who are trying to learn from home. I was able to collect responses in a survey for our company as well as for our sales reps. We previously used SurveyMonkey, but didn't use it enough every month to justify the cost, so are trying out SurveyLegend. I love how many options there are and that's it's very easy to play around with creating all different kinds of surveys for free.

Inconvénients :

This software was reccomended by a coworker, so I jumped in and started setting up a survey I needed right away, impressed by the options. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to export any responses to excel until I upgreaded. I probably could have found this out myself before starting my first survey, and I understand that limitation. But it would be nice if, say, the first survey you create allowed you to export responses so you can see what the entire survey collecting process is like before making the commitment to pas.
